Outstanding Service! I was rear-ended the day before leaving the country for one month. After filing a claim thru the 1-800 number there were some issues with the at-fault driver which complicated matters. Each time I called the Claims number I got a different story.Rather than deal with Claims and re-telling the story to a different person each time, I emailed Heather at Danielles office. She said enjoy your vacation and dont worry about anything. She took care of everything for me. She resolved the original claim issues, made sure the collision pictures got to the right people, she contacted my repair shop, and more. Every time I emailed her I got an immediate response.
