This is the second time Ive had to call Constructeam due to water damage in my condo! My upstairs neighbor had a slow leaking toilet and by time the water hit my bathroom, and I called in Constructeam, I had mold in my double hung drywall. BEWARE - do your homework before signing a contract with this Company although that doesnt stop them from breaching a contract & leaving your house in a BIG MESS! We had serious water damage in our home, and we have a detailed, decorative plaster ceiling in our living room. Constructeam was our second contractor after the first was unable to complete the job. We needed drywall and plaster replacement and painting. The critical part of the job was the decorative plaster ceiling replacement (house built in 1924). The Constructeam crew did an amazing job, matching the plaster details exactly. I really appreciated their communication, responsiveness, and quality of work. The few minor issues that came up during the job (due to the uniqueness of the plaster and trim) were handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend Constructeam to anyone who needs a quality contractor that can do a quick, detailed job.

I hired the company for basement remediation and waterproofing. I was very pleased with the company. Their crew was prompt and professional. The foreman kept me updated on the time line for the job. He ensured that the job was completed in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with their cleanliness and that they came back to properly clean up the cement dust which was left behind by a waterproofing sub contractor. They did not consider the job completed until the basement was cleaned and my washer and dryer back in place and properly hooked up. I would recommend them.

They were very responsive and helpful in putting together a plan to put our basement back together while being mindful of our limited budget. Worst Company ever. I would never recommend using this company for any services. I explain to them before they started the job to not use any chemicals because I’m severely allergic and I have asthma. They started the job and used chemicals That coated every item in her house making my house unlivable for me. Six months later I still cannot live in my house because the chemicals are still there even after hiring a professional company to clean. Other mold remediator says that the spraying of chemicals all throughout the whole house was unnecessary and was never used in mold remediation’s. Specially in somebody’s house My doctor also said that should have never been done specially with someone with asthma. I was told it’s going to be very difficult to get rid of all of it because in every crack and every item is coated in every part of the house.Second of all this company told us it was going to be one week job. Two weeks later still not done. Then they started showing up couple hours a day and then not showing up for days. Because they had more important jobs to do besides ours. Plus they kept failing mold tests over and over. Two months later the job finally gets done supposedly. My husband walks through the house and sees the remediation in the attic was half done. So they had to come back out and finish the job.This Company does not care about what they did to us. All they cared about is that they got their money. The mold is gone but they left our house worse than what it was before they started the job.Also they did a lot of damages to our house during the remediation.

I unfortunately had to call when my basement flooded on a Sunday night. Talked to Ken who said it was a busy night but would come ASAP. He was at my home in less than 90 minutes to assess the situation. He was very pleasant and sympathetic. He explained everything while the cleanup crew was on there way. He said the goal is to dry and prevent molding without destroying more than necessary. Justin and the crew have been here for 6 days now and are very neat, professional and pleasant. Though everything is not done, I would highly recommend their company.

I used ConstrucTeam to remediate my finished basement flood. I called them at about 5am and they answered and had people at my house by 8am to begin the clean up. Their workers hauled everything out of my finished basement, and detached the carpet, and removed the wet padding. They set up fans and dried out my basement over the next few days. They came several times to check on the progress of the dry out, testing the walls for moisture and checking on the fans. They took great care with my belongings making sure to lay out tarps in my garage to store everything on. They had very good contractors come out to complete drywall restoration, painting, molding, and carpet installation services. They even came back again at no charge to lay upgraded carpet padding after they had installed the original carpet padding. They also set me up with a plumber to fix my leak which couldnt be included in the insurance claim. ConstrucTeam worked closely with my insurance company to handle all estimates and work out final figures. They came directly to my house and my place of business to take care of all matters. They were very polite and easy to work with and quickly addressed any and all concerns I had during the process. The owner of the company even checked in on the progress of the work with me and his employees during the process. My parents also used ConstrucTeam to remediate an insurance claim at their home and had an equally pleasant experience. I would recommend to ConstrucTeam to others looking for their services.

I first used Constructeam for mold remediation in my attic and they did an excellent job. I recently purchased a house on a lake that needed a total renovation and of course I contacted Constructeam. Joe and his team redesigned the entire layout of the house to get maximum use of space since it had originally been a cottage that had been added onto several times. Then they gutted it to the studs and the real work began. An entire new roof, windows, doors, siding, all new rough framing inside with all new electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Joe is using the largest room in the house for the kitchen with the best view of the lake. They have just finished drywalling and will be starting to do the flooring next week. We are so excited with the quick progress theyve made. Our project manager, Matthew, is terrific and keeps us posted on daily progress. I recently had surgery and cant get to the house so Matt sends me pictures and comes by my house if I need to finalize any details or selections. The process has been fabulous with Constructeam. I also have a side real estate business and have started using Constructeam to help with some of the renovations on my properties since they do such a great and quick job. They replaced a roof on one of my houses and then retiled a bathroom in one of the condos we purchased to rent. This is not the first time I have worked with ConstrucTeam and I know it will not be the last. My first experience was nothing short of amazing. I agonized for many months as to what to purchase. Together with Matt and the right carpet people I made a decision about which carpet to install. The crew came in and did an excellent job. They were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up wonderfully, even vacuuming when the job was done. Matt wasnt here during the installation but contacted me several times during the day to check on the progress. He arrived just as the crew was finishing and cleaning up. I am very pleased with the carpet quality and the installation job.
