Really the slogan says it best. Before we started using Mosquito Joes we couldnt enjoy being outside in the summer, especially at the best time of day. It is totally a game changer. The customer service is fantastic. Even on the rare occasion that we have any issues between service dates, they have no problem coming out and doing a booster treatment.

We can go outside without being eaten alive again. And when they do bite between treatments the company has no problem sending out a tech for a booster free of charge. The selling point for me is this is natural and does not hurt bees.

My wife scheduled this mosquito treatment for our entire backyard and side and front porch of the house. Long story short Andy sprayed less than five minutes because the work order was for shrubs only. My wife wanted the entire yard sprayed. Not his fault but the controller. Mosquitoes are still rampant. No help. Called to discontinue service. Worst ever. We have whole house cameras outside for proof which they requested. We should not have to go out of our way we are the client. Our word is or should be trusted. I watched the whole thing. Never again. Going with a local trusted source that I know will communicate and spray our yard effectively. Horrible experience with the Joe’s.

This is our 2nd year using Mosquito Joes services. They are punctual, efficient, and thorough. We have a koi pond, vegetable garden, and lots of flower beds. They use an environmentally safe spray and it works! We have enjoyed a mosquito-free backyard for two years. Great service! Going to use next year too. We would highly recommend MJ to anyone!

The owners of this Mosquito Joe’s showed blatant nepotism and cultural appropriation to my Hawaiian heritage. The training is also horrible, all they do is use Zillow to map out your estimate and it is not precise. If talk to different people you will get different prices. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend Mosquito Joe/SW Nashville! What I noticed first and foremost was their professionalism/courtesy - Meaning customer service! I have had them spraying our yard this summer for ticks and mosquitoes to protect our fur-baby and us! They text you prior to arrival and have no-contact service (due to Covid-19). My dog came in the house with a tick crawling on his back from the back yard--we called Mosquito Joe and they came out the next day and examined the yard and immediately took care of our property. They were careful where and how they treated all possible entrance points--this is my first time with them, but no more ticks have been spotted--though I know it is early spring still!

Weve used Mosquito Joe for 5 years and its been very rare that weve had issues in the yard. We live in a wooded area with plenty of places for puddles and breeding but their service allows us to live in the yard in the summer. And we have had Damarius servicing our place for long time and he does an awesome job! Id definitely recommend these guys in a minute

We began services with Mosquito Joe last year, making this season our second. We have absolutely loved the peace of mind it has given to our family that our new puppy is safe in our yard (last year he wasn’t able to enjoy our yard without contracting ticks every time). The technicians that come to treat our yard are always efficient, leave a hang-tag about the time of treatment, and always close our gates when done. The best part has been the communication- I love the email notifications about upcoming treatments and the texts when a technician is on their way.

With a creek and tall grass in our back yard, going outside in the summer used to be a PAINFUL experience due to the mosquitoes. I am BEYOND impressed with Mosquito Joe. I am a mosquito magnet and also trying to start a family so its super important for me to not get bitten, but I LOVE being outside. Checked out several companies, and Mosquito Joe was the most flexible and accommodating. Prices good. People especially nice. It is wonderful to be able to enjoy the yard and gardens without insect repellant and wearing long sleeves and long pants to avoid bug bites!

This is so awesome! It works - it is very effective. Moreover, it is so easy! They email you the day before, billing is automated, and the treatment is good for about 3-4 weeks. This is a fogging method, with a backpack blower. It creates a barrier around my home. Im sure they have other treatment options. But, for my home, this is what we need. Far better than the liquid spray I have used for years attached to my hose. Cant believe how much backyard fun Ive missed not having used them earlier. Customer for life.

I had a great spring and summer, mosquito and really bug free in my yard. The treatment works. Had some scheduling problems with the treatments and they bent over backwards to make it work. They truly care about the service they provide.

We’ve been extremely happy with Mosquito Joe. They had told us from the start if we felt we needed bug spray they would come back for a “booster”. The couple times we saw or got bit by mosquitoes, they came out free of charge and sprayed again. No questions asked. One of the times they even sent someone on the 4th of July (when they were closed), because we were having a BBQ!

Because I have a garden and a goldfish pond, I have been getting the ORGANIC treatment for the last two months this summer. The organic treatment requires service every 2 weeks. Prior to this service, the mosquito problem made it almost impossible to be outside unless I was covered in DEET and clothes head to toe. Mosquito Joe did a great job reducing the population. But, I still get bites if Im outside for more than 5 - 10 minutes. I definitely still need to spray myself with DEET to work in the garden or simply sit on my patio. I just got 3 bites from a mosquito that entered my house while I was carrying groceries inside. Mosquito Joes service has been excellent, even coming back for extra spraying in between my two week sprays. As a company, I give them 5 stars, and I am confident that the regular spray works. The 4 stars is because the ORGANIC treatment unfortunately seems to have limited effectiveness. I guess hoping for a mosquito-free yard was too much to ask. My experience is that it will reduce the population, but sadly you will still have mosquitoes. That said, I will still continue to use their service because their treatment initially reduced the mosquito population.

I dont recommend this company if you have outside pets, they charge me $89 because my dog was outside and they show up in the middle of the day, I have to work and have told them to give me a realistic window, unlike 7am to 8pm. also that day the weather showed rain but they still showed up and call me 30 minutes before showing up at my house.

They do very good work. Since having them come out and treat my yard I have had less and less problems with Mosquitoes. Thank you Hobbe and Jackie for a job well done.

My experience with Mosquito Joe has been superb from my initial contact to each and every service call they’ve performed. As a business owner myself, I tend to nit pick companies’ performances just as I do my own. I have zero things negative to say about Mosquito Joe! Oh...and what they do WORKS!!! The back of our residence is wooded and we’ve had problems for the 5 years we’ve been there with mosquitos. To the tune of our kids not wanting to play outside for very long almost ever. This is no longer an issue, and quite frankly, I’m amazed!Great job Mosquito Joe!

I actually thought that this was a no mosquito year, since I did not have any mosquitoes in my yard. I was wondering if it was necessary to have Mosquito Joe continue to spray the yard. That was UNTIL I went to my daughters yard and the mosquitoes were rampant! I have had no trouble with mosquitoes this summer. My dog and I are in the backyard a lot.

This is our first year of using a service like this. After our first spray in early summer we did not see any mosquitoes. However maybe like our third treatment they came back within two weeks. Tim at Mosquito Joe was very nice and had a technician come out the next day for a booster spray. Let me tell you that his customer service is hands down outstanding. After our next scheduled treatment they came back again after two weeks. Again they came out and booster sprayed again. We just had a treatment about two weeks ago and we were just run inside by mosquitoes. I swatted five off my leg in about one minute. Im not sure as to why it is not working for me as it is the other reviews on here. I wish it did because in the time that it is working it is very nice not to have to worry about you or your kids getting ate up or having to spray Off all over them. Again when it works it is great and Tim at Mosquito Joe is really a nice guy and he has great customer service which is a big plus these days. I just wished it worked for me and my yard.8/4/16 Edit*Tim called me and was very understanding about my concerns. As I type this right now a tech from Mosquito Joe is spraying the yard now. Tim explained different factors that can attribute to mosquitoes coming back early and myself and Mosquito Joe are taking steps to make sure there is no standing water that is missed by myself or them. We have been using Mosquito Joes for about a year now. I like that you can start and stop at any time and arent forced into an annual treatment package. Tim always thoroughly answers my questions and worked with his team to ensure that they properlytreat my yard but do not get spray on my neighbors garden through the fence. Recently I messaged on a Friday evening that although we werent due for a treatment yet, we noticed the mosquitos were getting bad and we had wanted to spend time outside over the weekend and I soon received an email saying that they put us in the schedule for first thing in the morning! The $25 referral credit is awesome, too! :)

Ive been super pleased with the customer service and results from getting our yard treated for mosquitos. We used to get eaten up without coating myself and my kid in bug spray even if we were outside for a few minutes. Now, I dont have to worry about the bug spray anymore. I might get one bite when I am outside, so it is a drastic difference!
