I really am confused how this place has 4.8 stars. I called to be a walk in pedicure and the lady that serviced me was kind but she was so rough. I didn’t feel very relaxed having her dig her nails into my skin and in between my toes. Kept bending my ankle down on the foot stand in a way my ankle couldn’t move. She also said my nails were dry and then put my shoes on to just completely ruin the polish. I just wanted to relax and it seems she was in such a rush. Oh and on top of it- she did the wrong service that I didn’t ask for!! I only gave 3 stars because the gentlemen fixed my toes.

Went for a pedicure. Service was amazing and three weeks later my toes still look good! I found my new nail place! ❤️

Went in for the first time today and wasn’t expecting too much but they were amazing. Lynn worked with me and I explained my past nail tech cut into two of my nails so she was very careful and gentle and did such amazing work. I will definitely be using this as my usual nail place now.

By far my favorite nail salon in Franklin❤️ Great prices, they do beautiful work and it is always super clean. Also, everyone is so sweet and the ambience is one of the best parts.

My daughter and I Came to get a pedicure and manicure Because my daughter wanted to treat me as an early Mothers Day gift on Easter... Everything was going well the men who were servicing me were awesome!! So was the beautiful lady thar was so polite and full of energy... I had just had knee surgery the week prior, so the guys was sooo afraid they would hurt me, I kept telling them the problem is my knee not my foot my daughter paid extra for the orange foot scrub so I personally was expecting both feet to be serviced, but besides that it was very professional with a spa like environment!!! They get your right in.. My daughter actually mentioned what happened to my daughters nail technician and she started being real hard on her nails.. The issue was never addressed, I was just hoping they wouldve at least brought the price down to a basic pedicure since only one foot really was serviced with the other leg pretty much just got hot lotion and painted.. I still feel as if I need a pedicure which is why I gave them 4 stars but besides that this place is awesome!!! If I were told prior I wouldnt be able to get full service on both feet I wouldve waited on the pedicure and just got my piggys painted I still believe they have A1 service and I think the bond with each other is so tight if anything negative is said about the other that person becomes very offended and possibly offensive like siblings vs co workers which to me sounds like an awesome place to work for...

This place is amazing. No TVs. Soft music with running water. Spotlessly clean. I walked in on a Saturday morning and was taken care of right away. I would highly recommend getting your nails done here.

Two years ago I decided to get a manicure for the first time in years because I was attending a wedding and my nails were brittle and not very attractive. However, I never liked how acrylic nails felt. I work on the computer all day and dont need nails that hinder my work or feel heavy. Tyler at Relaxation Nail & Spa totally changed the way my nails looked using his SNS manicure (3 dip method). I could not be more THRILLED with my nails! Tyler is truly a master craftsman when it comes to nails. He gives me the custom fit I needed. They look great and feel lightweight yet strong. I cannot believe these are my real nails. I get compliments all the time on them. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Tyler for SNS & a pedicure. He has a fun personality, positive attitude and is highly skilled. Relaxation Nails is beautiful, clean and everyone is very friendly.

This place is excellent! What every nail/spa should strive to be. They are so friendly and make you feel so special when you walk in. The atmosphere is very calming and the massage chairs are so comfy!! For a pedicure they massage your feet and legs for a solid 20 minutes which is always the best part. 🙌🏼

BEST experience in Franklin, HANDS DOWN! I came in on a whim trying someplace different and I recognized Tyler and Heidi immediately (formerly with Deluxe Nail Spa). To say I was overjoyed is an understatement! This place is all about making sure you are taken care of properly. I wasn’t rushed, the atmosphere is so pleasant and calming. The whole staff there is warm and friendly and they genuinely make you feel welcome!!Tyler did an outstanding job on my nails, and he did my waxing which I can honestly say was pain free!I will be bringing my daughter back tomorrow, and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. I went to Relaxation for the first time today, and I will absolutely be back! They stay open until 7pm so I was able to go after work (praise). I walked in and was helped right away + everyone was very friendly, and my nail tech was suuuper meticulous and made sure my dip nails were perfect. I was greeted by every employee who happened to walk by, and the prices were so reasonable. I’m really happy with my experience!!

I dont leave alot of reviews, but this place is exceptional! I went in there yesterday thinking I would just have to find out about their prices, etc., and then book an appointment, but they were able to take me in with just a few minutes wait. From the time I walked in, all of the employees were so nice and friendly, and the atmosphere felt very relaxing. The girl did an outstanding job on my manicure and pedicure! I have looked and looked for the right nail salon, and THIS IS IT! The sound of the fountain with the music playing was so nice. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was pampered. Having a glass of wine while having my toenails done was the perfect top off to an already extremely satisfying appointment. Tu who did my nails was extremely pleasant and thorough. It may be an hour drive or so, but it will be worth it to become a regular.

I have had pedicures every couple of months for the last 18 years and I can say hands down this was the BEST pedicure I have ever had. I had been in before and had a great experience but this time I specifically asked for Tyler. He was amazing. I have never had someone take so much care with their work and not try to rush you out. He made a recommendation for which pedicure I would like and he was spot on - it included hot stone massage! The prices are incredibly reasonable and I also got a fantastic gel manicure. I am very picky about precision and he did a phenomenal job. Same situation where he took his time without being overly slow and didnt rush me out. I also got a brow wax which was better than the ones I have had at the professional waxing salons! Finally, I left super satisfied and about an hour later got a call. I had left my wedding rings! They are so honest and called to let me know immediately when they found them. I really could not recommend a better place. Thank you Tyler!

I’ve been coming to this place for the last year and a half and haven’t gone anywhere since because of the customer service. They remember everyone who comes here, and they’re always bending over backwards to accommodate people. My dip polish lasts at least a month because it’s done WELL. They also have a bunch of new dip colors every time I come in, so I never have a hard time finding a color I like. There’s a reason why I haven’t gone anywhere else - because of the quality of service here.

Me and my friend got our nails done and it was really great and clean inside. They did our nails beautifully and for an unbeatable price. 10/10 recommended!

I had the BEST pedicure Ive ever had! I walked in at 5:07 on a Sunday (they close at 6:00). I was greeted with a warm smile. I figured since it was close to closing I would get rushed through. Not AT ALL! Everyone working was so kind and I was treated like I was the first customer of the day. The lady did a perfect job on my toes and it was the longest most detailed job throughout the whole service. I will be a regular customer from here on out! I felt so pampered!

Relaxation is what you get here! The music and fountains are soothing. Nikki does an amazing job on my nails. I always get a pink and white fill. As my nails grow out, they look very natural. The owner is manning the phones and offering refreshments as the nail techs work. I made an appointment and he called me to say they were running a bit behind. I loved that they respected my time and I didnt just come in to sit and wait! A+!

I am visiting from Michigan to celebrate my beautiful cousins wedding. We decided to come to this nail salon and from the moment we walked into the salon we have had nothing but wonderful service!! From the glasses of wine and the different choices of spa treatments have made this the best experience I have ever had!! The interior is very relaxing and the owner made me feel like I was the most important person in the salon, a side from the bride of course! I made an appointment for a pedicure in the midst of this covid-19 madness and the staff was more than accomodating with making my same day appt. The pedicure was great and the price was reasonable. I really enjoyed my experience here and will return.

If you are looking for a nail tech that won’t rush you and treat you like you matter you must ask for Tyler or Heidi. I have never been impressed with my nails after leaving a salon until today. Tyler meticulously did my toes and nails in a French manicure for my wedding. I will not be disappointed to show them off in all my beach wedding pictures. This place is also very clean.

The most professional and truly relaxing spa in Franklin. Newly owned and beautifully remodeled. Beautiful fountains and spa music-no TV- which I loved. I was so relaxed and pampered. Loved my pedicure and my pink and white fill by Nikki was perfect- and Im picky. Today was my first visit but I am definitely coming back. Loved my pedicure, it was worth the extra for sure, I think it was the signature relaxation pedicure by David. I also came in to get a fill on my acrylic nails but Nikki said she thought I would like the dip better so I did that. I love it, looks so much more natural than acrylic! Even though I live in Chattanooga I come to this area frequently for work so this is where I will be getting my nails done from now on!

Very nice atmosphere, and the staff was caring and attentive. Even let me and a few others stay past closing to finish our appointments. They are probably fine for just basic nails, but I left unhappy with the design that was attempted. It looked nothing like the photo I had shown.

Ive been in Nashville almost 3 years & in the Franklin area less than a month. This is the absolute best shop Ive been to. Ill definitely be back, they are stuck with me. I got the dip full set for the first time & love it! My eyebrows look amazing! Im just completely overjoyed & satisfied. I forgot to ask the guy his name that helped me decide on the dip, but I think my nail techs name was Liddie...I may be wrong about her name, but her care & attention to my pedicure & nails was awesome! 💙💙

Dont be fooled by this places unimpressive exterior, situated in a strip mall. Inside, crystal chandeliers, marble, soothing fountains, and relaxing music greet you. The staff was exceptionally courteous, offering refreshments and inquiring if everything was ok. And their prices were surprisingly reasonable, considering this is in Franklin. Will definitely be returning.

This is the best nail salon in Franklin! This was a last resort salon visit for me. After a painful, disappointing, ugly and expensive SNS experience at a different salon I called around and found this place. I am so happy with my experience. I never need to look around again. Nikki was so professional and paid attention to every detail. Its super clean and extremely relaxing. David (owner) walked around catering to all customers while ensuring his team was comfortable and had all the resources they needed. Super impressive!

So first I was charged incorrectly, the amount I tipped was increased. So needless to say I wont be returning to this establishment. Also the level of service is not the best, first time lady who did my pedicure messed up several of my toes with glasses dangling from her neck and not paying attention, so she had to redo them twice. Second time the person I got was just rude, she rushed through my manicure and asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done. Here is a thought if I wanted my eyebrows done I would have asked, being that was beyond rude. I could have asked her is she wanted advice on how to be polite to customers but I did not.

This place is one of my favorites. They took over an old salon and have completely redone the inside. They play music relaxing scenes on the tv- no actual tv which makes it so relaxing.They are a family run business and are the kindest people!They do quality work, will fit you in quickly, and make sure you’re taken care of.Highly recommend this salon!

SNS began to break multiple times and each redo was thicker and more horribly done. I had been going there for years and now they seemed to care less about correcting a problem but blaming me for “crooked nails” or how they had spent too much time on me (because of the redo) and caused her to get behind. I was always paired with Nikki. Also tired of hearing employee drama from her. Not professional at all.

Tyler is the best !! Did my nail shape the exact same on both hands , was hilarious , gave me my nails “free” for the humor , and was a perfectionist at everything he did ! The whole environment was so relaxing and positive and they’re open to any and everyone :) highly recommend them especially my new friends Tyler and Pat
