Dalton did an awesome job cutting my hair. He suggested a little different style and it looks great. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. I felt like my business was genuinely appreciated unlike other places where you are just another hair cut.

Rough experience today... been here several times before with no issues.Today got 3 cuts with the clippers. Pulling my hair with dull scissors. Had to explain 3 tines the way I wanted my hair... and asked for shampoo but she clearly didnt want to do it.So no shampoo. Hair all over me and my clothes - on lunch break from work.I didnt even get a chance to tip... cause I guess she knew...Very sad and rude experience... why?Oh... and razor burn on my neck from I guess was her pushing so hard and fast with the straight razor? Not happy...

I needed a basic easy haircut. Fade my sides and trim up my hair so I can get my hair permed at a salon the next day. Now I have to wait months for my hair to get back to normal. Half my hair is half an inch long, the other half is 4 inches long. By far the worst haircut I have ever had. I know it is my own fault for not researching the shop much, but this place is the lowest quality cuts you can get. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but this place is having me live my worst hair nightmare imaginable.

So I asked to get a fade down to 1 on the side. Britney proceeded to do a 1 all the way up. I asked her again to fade it. So she then fades my right side and the left is a straight 1. I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home later that night and asked my friend who is a hairstylist. With this being my first time here I went back to have my right side shaved to straight 1 so it will grow even. The lady who helped me was nice and fixed it. She then proceeded to charge me for a full second hair cut to literally shave my right side fade to a straight 1. Never going to a sports clip looking place like this again. My regular barber was closed on Monday and I had a meeting on Tuesday.

Used to be walk in but some time ago. Was good though for a while. Skilled and very polite. I would go back but dont plan ahead for basic mens cuts. Nice place and reasonable prices.

They took great care of my son. 14 and wanted green hair. Both of the ladies there were very kind to him and made his hair look great for 8th grade promotion. Thanks

None of them listen. Unless you’re balding or rocking the buzz don’t go here. Hair grows, but not that fast.

Great place to get a haircut. The young lady that cut my hair was very pleasant and professional. They offer other services with your haircut including a hot towel, neck shave, shoulder and neck rub and shampooing. The conversation alone was worth the price of admission.

I have my hair cut every two weeks at Lady Jane’s.I find the lady barbers very skilled and friendly. Their prices are very affordable and less than competitors like sports clips. My recommendation for a fifth star would be sometimes when they are done, I still have hair on my face, ears and neck. I would like a better clean up process.

Britney cut my husbands hair and did a wonderful job! He has awful cowlicks in the back and most of the time, the stylist cuts it too short and it looks terrible for a few days until it grows out. He discussed it with her and she did an amazing job! His hair is not sticking up like a baby chicken!

Not only will you get the best haircut and beard trim that you have ever received but will also get a really good laugh while getting a great affordable haircut. Use to go here on a regular basis. Rarely had an appointment and that’s what I likes as my job can catch me at the last min. Even when I did not have an appointment, they would do their best to work me in. However, this is my second trip to this location with.... do you have an appointment? No... well we are all booked and there are ladies just standing in the back. So guess this location just does not want the business... giving 2 stars only because in the past they were a 6 star easily.

I go here all the time and Im usually pretty satisfied, but today I went in and got my normal haircut. After the haircut when she used a straight razor on me ended up cutting my neck up more than not and used a razor on my hair like normal and made it uneven and caused bald spots. Im 23 btw....

I went to the Lady Janes in Cool Springs, and Kate was my stylist. She has cut my hair before and always does an outstanding job. Makes me wish hair grew faster. Definitely going back again.

I have hired out Rhonda Parman on a couple of my film/tv shoots and she did not disappoint. She was able to do what was needed for our stars which were mainly men, and talent (men/women) to look amazing even when we had 10 plus talent on set with special effects needed. She’s on point that she even had time to cut my hair. I have a hard time finding stylist locally who know how to truly cut long layers the right way especially on curly/wavy hair that are affordable. I was pleased to say I went away having exactly what I needed. My personal experience with different stylist are extensive to where I’ve had cuts from newbies and top cutters and colorist in the nation if not world. I would recommend Rhonda at Lady Jane’s. 😊

I’ve been going here for almost two years. I recently had a girl that cut my hair for a while move to the Murfreesboro. So, I was a a little hesitant to have someone new cut my hair. But, I have to say that Kate was excellent had a great personality and took her time and very professional. Needless to say she’ll be my new go too!!!

I scheduled an appointment for 6:15 and came at 6:15 on the dot and was told I had to wait because the guy who was checking in at the same time as me was an hour late to his appointment. I mean cmon I have to just sit here and wait when I was the one actually on time, apparently there is so customer service at lady janes. This used to be my favorite barber but I will not be coming back these people aren’t professional at all and incredibly disrespectful.

I had an appointment for my January cut and it was 30 minutes after before they started on me with no explanation. The cut was good so I scheduled another cut for February. Showed up 15 minutes early to find out she had double booked. Lucky for me I was there first! Finally 20 minutes after my appointment I went back for my cut. Again, it was a good cut so I made an appointment for March. I was again there about 10 minutes early this time. She was working on a client at that time so no big deal. Finally 30 minutes after the appointment another guy said he was also waiting on the same lady and was scheduled at the same time as me. Really, do you all pay attention to appointments or is it all for fun? So he took the next open stylist. Now it was 45 minutes after my appointment and she was still working on the same guy as when I walked in. Never came and said a word to me. I left frustrated for the third time in a row and I will never be back. What a way to take came of your clients and keep busy!!

Such an awesome place. Needed a great haircut for my upcoming wedding and they delivered. Super friendly, great attention to detail and really competent. Also really affordable as well. Got a haircut, shampoo and neck shave all for $14. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.PS: when you Google the location, it will show you that its in the middle of a parking lot in front of Kroger, but its actually located next to the Panera in that same strip, so Google that location instead.

I just moved to town a few months ago and have gotten my hair cut at Lady Janes (by Jessica) a few times. At this point, I wont go anywhere else. She does a great job and makes you feel like a rock star. Great experience for a great price.

Don’t waste your time - just waited 25 min while watching someone tidy up, the other stylist cut someone’s hair, wasn’t acknowledged until told it would be another 25 min.

By far the easiest to book, and best place for a guy to get a haircut. None of the fancy schmancy stuff, just great ladies that do a fantastic, and consistent job every time! Highly recommend this place.

Lady Janes great! I am new to the area and my sylist Jessica Driscoll made me feel as though I had been going there for years. As the manager she promotes a wonderful relaxing environment. I have had my hair cut by other stylists in the shop and they are all wonderful and talented. Keep up the great work.

I just left this place and wasnt impressed. The girl who cut my hair was in a bad mood, hated all people from Tennessee (she was from Wisconsin) and didnt want to have a conversation with me (whatever, just please listen to me when I tell you how I want my hair cut). She did a good fade, but cut way too high and didnt do a good job of fading at the top. She said it was my head and the lack of product in my hair for her inability to properly fade it. I may give someone else a try at this place, but I may not spend $30+ again for for a chance...the search continues for a decent barber.

Highly recommend. Kirstens nickname should be magic hands her work with cut and shampoo were wonderful. The scalp massage was so relaxing my brain turned mushy!

First visit. Drove to the location yesterday, made an appt for the next afternoon for a haircut and possible beard trim. Arrived on time, stylist was a no show, no one called me and they only had 2 stylists working. Was informed that it would be a 45+ minute wait Went to Great Clips instead. Disappointing that no manager took the initiative to call and reschedule my time.

Had a great experience here, I am extremely picky with my hair and I was more than satisfied after leaving here. Reasonably priced and customer oriented.

Quick service and excellent hair cut!

If you dont have an appointment you are looking at least for a 30 minute wait. Dont call to make an appointment because they never log you in for such and then you show up, on time, and they tell you the bad news...that the stylist you requested is booked for the time you made the appointment for and that maybe they might be able to fit you in...for what?? Some quick haircut just to get you done? No this is the 2nd time this location has inconvenienced me and I guarantee it will be the last. BTW Lady Janes be sure you check out my reviews on Facebook, Twitter and the BBB. Franklin TN and other areas need to know how you inconvenience customers and never once apologize for such.

What a joke of an establishment. I love the Lady Janes in Murfreesboro TN. However the one in Franklin is a joke. I sat inside waiting for a haircut for an hour only to watch two of the three hairstylist do nothing. One went to lunch while the other one refilled towels all while having 6 people waiting

I first started getting my haircut with Jessica D (Manager) at Lady Janes when the Murfreesboro location first opened and now frequent both the Cool Springs and Murfreesboro locations! Jessica is extremely professional and does an excellent job tailoring to my haircut needs! For this reason I find ways to get to either location on a monthly basis for a great haircut and a great experience...everytime!

Horrible Service. I called ahead and asked how long the wait was, i was told none. 2 minutes later i showed up and there 3 people ahead of me. After sitting there for a little over an hour and watching the ladies take their time sweeping hair. One of them came over to ask me and one other person their names, she asked the other person if she cut his hair before, which he didnt remember. The ladie went back to talk to a younger girl who was finishing up with a customer and told her she wants the other person who she thinks she cut before. Even though i was there WAY before he came in. So i sat there for another 20 minutes for the younger girl to finish sweeping and goofing off before i could get a cut. The cut! Yeah ive had better at supercuts. I was not impressed at all!!!! This is the first and last time i will go to any of this chain. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save your money. The price is NOT WORTH it, Go to a Real Barber.

Today I visited this salon: -Im totally disappointed with my hair stylist i dnt know her name but I was faced very bad xperience with her!!!she did very fastly without taking care of my hair nd neck she did not give even a cloth to clean my face she just walked to the payment section after the haircut nd charger Xtra $5 dollars from me nd she went off I asked the other girl why she charged me Xtra $5 dollars she went to call her but she doesnt came to me nd send some stupid reason with another stylist I felt very bad xcept her all the stylists are gud and giving respect towards customers I requested her to treat customers in a gud way nd better to pay attention while your doing your job
