They were very complementary. Its recommended to call and mask for RSVP. They were busy. They are very economical. Always leave a tip and bring a mask or you might not get in. Very clean nice stylists. 5 stars from me. The womens I drove was very happy with the cut.

They were very nice to me when I came in. The hairdresser listened to me about what I wanted for my haircut and color. The color and hair style looks really good on me. Good experience.

Saw Maddie for a razor cut pixie haircut. Great haircut again! Nobody does razor cuts anymore and certain cuts shouldnt be done with scissors. Cost Cutters is always clean and if you call ahead you wont wait forever.

I saw West he did an amazing job on my hair and wasnt afraid of a challenge. Professional and careful with bleaching my hair took precaution not to over damage. And was fun to talk with.

Whenever Im not getting a haircut at home, I will most likely go to this place, and is a great place to get a great haircut, staff is friendly and does a good job. The stylists are very sociable and have nice conversations with costomers. I highly recommend this place!

I am so happy i decided to go to this salon. I met Lyndi the best hair dresser i have ever had, and i mean that. My hair took 7 hours, and the staff there all worked together to make sure she was not interrupted. I felt like a super star. Now feel like the person i have always wanted to be, and Lyndi made that happen! Thank you!

First off, I understand that these establishments are a 1st come or walk-in style settings. When I called to check a wait time the woman who I spoke with offered an appointment time with the possibility of a few minutes wait. When I showed up a frazzled employee said that it wasnt her who made the appointment and that there were people ahead. She said it would be at least 15 min. Anot her guest waiting chuckled behind me, Im assuming in response to her mis-judged quote time. After hearing this is asked her what the point of accepting appointments was. Her response to me, as she walked away from me, was I didnt make the appointment....Well how about accommodating the appointment that was made? Regardless of any mistake another employee may have made she handled this is a poor way. Being in the customer service industry myself I feel like she could have dealt with it in a more professional way. I could have stayed within a closers distance to my home but drove the extra few miles because I was offered the appointment.

1st of all really sad that reveiws are being done by some employees 2nd my wife called ahead to get an app for 2 mens cut no one took her name or anything said yep ok and hung up we go in and there is a half hour wait and the women says if they didnt put your name in there is nothing i can do the other women says she remembers the call but didnt take the name. Employees are not trained to deal with people please get a new staff

Worst place to get hair cuts for kids.I had an appt at 230, but these guys made me wait till 3 pm without any acknowledgement. This establishment lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. The hair cutter to my kid was very unfriendly. Save yourself time and go visit other salons.

Too many distractions for staff here between phone and folks walking in. On multiple occasions I have gone home to realize they simply missed a spot on my head.
