I dont know whats going on with my packages & this has happened two days in a row where I get an email that my packages were left in the mailbox. One package would have been able to fit in mailbox but not the other. I checked as soon as I received my email and my packages were not there. So someone is lying! If the postman/lady is not putting mail in wrong mail slots my mail is open. Ive been a resident of Franklin park for the last 25yrs and never all this mess. Investigation needs to be investigated on whats going on, this has been going on for the last year already! I will have to speak with the manager once again.

William and Shemmy were FANTASTIC! I brought in 19 packages from our company for Operation Santa and, even though it was their first time with the program, they were quick, efficient, patient, and very kind. They also took care of other customers that came in so they didnt have to wait. I cannot thank them enough for making the process easy. Thank you!!!

Today Mar 18th 2021 I had a priority envelope coming to Schiller Park serviced by Franklin Park post office. The tracking says delivered to post office box in Franklin Park when I dont even have a PO Box there!!! They stole my envelope and documents.I reported it to USPS MAIL THEFT HOTLINE and whoever you are I hope you get caught and go to prison. In the morning I am calling FP police as well!! It is a federal crime felony to steal mail!!!!Edit:. Young postal carrier mailman delivering in Schiller park, I know who you are...better cough up that stolen mail or I am going to the police. You work with the old man over here.Edit: Today Apr 2 I have elevated the status of my complaint. You will be caught I know who you are.

Everyone always greets you with a smile here. Refreshing!! Especially if you’re stressing about getting something mailed in time or sending something out. They ease your pain.

This would be a great post office if anyones mail that was in my box every day actually lived in my house and my mail didnt wind up at someone elses house. I know its hard to make sure the numbers on the paper match the numbers on the wall when youre texting your lady, but maybe some mandatory Sesame Street time will help you learn your numbers!

Horrible service! They lost my parcel. Mailman was with parcel by my door, two days later left the note. I went there 3 times and my parcel wasn’t there at the post office. Talk to manager twice! He said “they can’t locate it”- ignorant! Mailman had it in her hands and that can’t locate it. Parcel was from Europe. And it’s gone! Joke! Horrible service. Many times mails are wet or broken, or just I have someone else’s mails in my mailbox.

Im so happy to know these professional people in the post office of Franklin Park!!! They are so kind, nice and polite, with a big passion and understanding, they carefully listen to the customers, give them the better advices, help them, and simply do their best!Like a month ago, I tried to get some how two of my packages from Europe... My sister sent them to me the middle of March... Because of the worlds situation, it took too long to get to Chicago...When finally, the packages were in Chicago, in Schiller Park, actually, I, already was in Cleveland, Ohio, I just moved here...I couldnt get there, in Chicago, no one was able to go there either.., so, the Supervisor Amir took the situation in his hands, and two and a half weeks he struggled with this two packages! He even spoke with the Manager and they found a way how to do it by m.s., not to bother anybody, eveñ for free. They forward the purcells to my new address. Before that, on 11 of May the packages supposed to be sent back to Europe, but Amir decided to keep them in the post office and to forward them to Ohio.We use this post office for years, and always we are very satisfied from the work of all of them, especially the Supervisor Amir and Wanda. These two workers are just brilliant and their work is wonderful !!!No comments, Amir deserves to get some reward for his knowledge, for his understanding, for his kindness and for his competency; he deserves to be promoted !!!Today the parcellls came to my new home , actually one of them, the other will come tomorrow :)Such a pleasure is, to work some how with these workers and to know them!Thank you, Amir! Franklin Park has great PO Box hours. Lobby hours are convenient, too. My local Chicago PO is only open the same hours that l work. Cant even send a simple package.

My perfume order from scent bird never made it to my PO Box even do it showed as delived, appears that someone there kept it to themselves. What a shame!

Do not come here for passport renewals, etc!!!! They are listed as one of the places to go for this but do not provide the service! They tell you to go to the Franklin Park city hall, down the street, which I did and they had no Idea what form to fill out, seemed incompetent, I filled out what I was told then you have to go back to the post office and mail it, mine was returned and had to do all over since Franklin Park does not know what they are doing as far as passports go.

Poor Customer Service. Office workers cant find my envelope.My tracking number confirms that my envelope delivered to Franklin Park. They dont want to transfer me to manager or supervisor , they disconnected a phone i cant even reach anybody at their office.Calling USPS Customer service there is not option to talk to alive person and describe my problem.USPS LOST MY MAIL! I paid for service and nobody wants to help me.

Varying levels of customer service. Some times they make you pay for everything even tape to tape the package shut. Many lost packages, high shipping prices one of the worst post offices in the area.

Absolutely horrible for pickups. Have missed pickups multiple times. Causing packages to be damaged and destroyed due to weather. Leading to delays to our customers. Considering switching to an entire different service that cares about small business and their customers.

The person in the mail says he left the package when he never left it.

Used to be the best post office and now is slowest ever . If there are more than 3 customers plan on being here 45 min. Old staff is not here.

I had a package transferred from ups to the post office it was supposed to arrive Saturday the status sayd package left with individual however I was home waiting for it as soon as the mail man got there I got my mail but no package he never left a package there no individual in my household received the package nor did he leave one because I was there and he only left 2 letters and when I call some lady named wanda is rude and doesnt give you info or care to even help she says call later or talk to your mail man and when I spoke to my mail man he sayd sometimes that happens and its ups fault still havent received anything and since the status says delivered the company which I ordered my stuff from wont give me a refund more than 100 dollars of merchandise lost with no answers this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced ever !!!!!

The worst Post Office in the US, no letters are coming. I have already lost two packages, e-bay writes that the item was delivered by postmen to the mailbox, when I check the mailbox is empty. I reported the case twice at the post office but it is even worse.

My package was delivered at the franklin location then it was out for deliver dec 1,2017 after that no more status i open a case and they close it with out resolution they didnt care in contacting me. Then i call two days later to reopen it so they say your package was lost nowhere to be found the supervisor of that facility didnt care in looking for it she basically said good luck finding it. Rude unprofessional how is it that my package is lost and nowhere to be found i ask if they ever find it to send it back to me she said no because the package was lost like really? Im pretty sure the people who works there took it never attenpted to deliver it they ask the mail man. Ridiculous bad experience. How is people supposed to trust them with there packages. Very unprofessional

Very Poor customer service, some WANDA WOMEN wouldnt provide simple information on a package when i had the adress and name of package. Prior to that i had called Schiller Park and they provided information simply with my name then right after i called Franklin Park and this rude WANDA LADY acted guetto and didnt help me at all. This is why people dont like you people because of your ignorance! Very disappointed Franklin Park.

Terrible customer service! I had my mail on hold and went to go pick it up just to find out my mail wasnt at the post office. I called two days in a row to try and track my mail and all the woman (Wanda) would say was to call back and see if it got there. No help what so ever.

Put package for delivery saturday, 1 day priority. They said monday delivery. Today is monday night and the package hasnt even left the building via tracking.
