Great associates to deal with! Fast, courteous, professional

Very professional if youve delivered here before. Still lack giving directions to someone whos first time delivering here but, quickly corrected by employee coming out to get me. I wasnt expecting or aware that I, driver had to go inside warehouse while being loaded, first one Ive had to go inside since corona due to COVID 19 and all. Other then that in and out in within 45 minutes. Probably sooner if I knew to come back in after I docked. They still get a 5 stars 🌟from me everyone was very pleasant and the place is super clean.

25 min to get unloaded, driver entrance is on Franklin ave, check in door is between docks 17 & 18, nice place wide space between the docks, I dont think they allow overnight parking, and on the street no parking.Monday thru Friday they receive trucks from 7 am to 8pm, Saturday 7am to 4:30 pm , Sunday 7 am to 3:30pm.You have to stay on the dock while they unload your truck

Quick unload, very professional, clean and plenty of room to dock was in and out in half an hour.

This place is slow. I showed up at 9 am and stayed for 6 hours. Was a terrible time sitting there.

Slow slow slow no overnight. Loading 4 hours. If you are over the road driver avoid this place

Be ready with your bills, delivery at door 5,6,7,8 and the ramp. Fast and correct handling the freight. Very friendly staff.Do not forget to chock your truck. Do not push the people, they know their work.

Sat on dock for an hour went back to office and asked how much longer to load me all of a sudden paperwork is done and loaded in less than 20 minutes lady was polite in office but loader seemed upset because he had to do some work what did he come to work for?
