I have been in several times to send back returns. The employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable. Although there were several customers waiting behind me, she was able to quickly compare prices for USPS and UPS. She was extremely helpful! I will definitely continue to use their services!!

A pretty disappointing experience. The woman working was pleasant and did her best, but I wasnt able to do any of the things I came to do. I couldnt return Metronet equipment (and I had the instructions), mail a Poshmark package, or even get a couple of stamps. I understand every business has an off day, but youd think I could get ANY of these transactions done.

Slow service. Werent wearing masks at peak of pandemic. One day they closed abruptly with many people waiting outside and werent answering the phone.

Surprises you and then gouges you on extra box requirements of Amazon. seems to enjoy doing it too, the guy and the girl working the shop today especially. I was in there 3/12/21 around noon.

I went in on Wednesday 27th of January to send in a document. The young light skinned man is rude and acts as if he doesnt want to be there, his communication skills are below a 10. I dont like to gripe and complain but he doesnt need to work there with that type of attitude. Listen to the customers. Read your ratings and take it seriously if you want to stay in business. I want to continue to come there, as long as that young man is there I wont be back.

As a long time resident of Frankfort I always try to shop locally. I have been into this store multiple times over the years and can honestly say that customer service is not a priority. Today was no different. This speaks to a leadership issue and apparently is not important enough to address based upon the complaints I’ve read. I will no longer utilize this store.

The other day I received someone elses package. My first thought was to call the UPS store and drop it off. They told me they dont do that stuff and to call their main office, get a shipping label, attach it, bring it in etc... why am I doing this when it was their mistake? They were rude, had a conversation amongst themselves with me still on the phone and had a little giggle at my expense. I called the main office and was given no option to press 0 and no other automated options fit what I needed. I was hung up on several times. Im not going to go through all this for a mistake they made. Im dropping this guys package off at their front door and hoping for the best. I would suggest you work on your people skills or find another line of work.JUST AN UPDATE: I affixed a letter and dropped the box off in front of the store.

All they care about is squeezing every last buck out of you. I don’t mind paying for their services but my goodness, they charge to get in their computer to print my prepaid label from HP and then charge for the label itself. It is like restaurants charge extra to use their plates and silverware.FEDEX from now on. Owner/manager is rude and doesn’t careless. Would give them 0 star if it’s an option.

Received someones shipment in error (person has lived at my address in over 25 years) and they referred me to the customer service line, who not only doesnt pick up, they dont have an option to speak with an operator. Im contacting the person via messenger because UPS has made this such a pain in the neck. Im not jumping through UPS hoops for their mistake.

Went in to return an Amazon package after asking about the price a day before for packaging since we lost the box. They said $12 a box regardless of the size. They ended up charged me $44 included tax since they didn’t have the box for the right size, and had to combine 2 boxes. Each is $20+. Terrible service since it was way off what they originally told me. If I had known it, I would not have gotten the box from them

Not very helpfull. Called to check on my lost package couldnt hear me I had to repeat myself several times. Told me to call ups to check on my package I was like this is ups and they said no it wasnt it was a private.

Staff make no effort to offer cheaper alternatives to ship an item. Came in with a box, asked if they had something smaller we can ship with - guy comes out with the same sized box AND charges me for it! No offer of a refund. FedEx for the win!

Generally rather rude service. The man who waited on me today just glared when asked questions. Another time, I asked if everything was ok after a long period of silence and he just said waiting on the printer. The young lady helping another customer seemed nice enough, so I gave 2 stars because of her. If i had just rated based on my experience, it would be less than one star. This review is based on multiple interactions at this store, too....not just an isolated occurrence.

Bring a bag of frozen peas to sit on after you leave. You will be raped in here. Also be sure to ask what they charge for packing your item for shipping. Ask from outside the store with a bull horn. Dont walk in first and dont sit the item on the counter first though. Otherwise, the guy will grab it and hustle to the back. I guess I would hustle like that too if I was preparing to rob someone. I thought I heard an evil laugh but Im not sure, there was some street noise outside. 1 cardboard box + bubble wrap = $44.43. Thats right $44.43! Forget prepping your kids to be brain surgeons and corporate lawyers. Guide them instead towards an illustrious career as a Packing Engineer. Two minutes of packing time for 44.43 = $1332.90 / hr!

Definitely do not forget to ask how much itll cost to pack and ship an item for you!!! I ended up losing money on a package I sold on eBay!! These guys will RIP you off for 2 minutes of their time!

Such a scam! They never mentioned my item being shipped through USPS and charged me twice the cost of what USPS would have been. IF YOURE SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL, GO ELSEWHERE.

Walter helped me out so much! I had alot of items to ship and he was very courteous and professional explaining the different rates and methods that he recommended. I will definitely be returning! Service like that is hard to find nowadays.
