I went through this temp agency (might I add it truly lives up to its name😬) and have had several problems. Not only are they not organized in any type of way, but they will also somehow blame you for something they’re supposed to be responsible for. Only reason I have one star listed is because I can’t give a zero. The last 2 jobs i’ve worked through them (Buffalo Trace, Lakeshore Learning Materials) have been an absolute nightmare of chaos and confusion with them, including systems being down to be able to clock in and out. The two companies I worked for claimed to not “know how to get into contact with them” or not even know you’re coming in for orientation, but when it comes time you mess up once, communication suddenly becomes instant. If you need to feed your family or need a steady job, please just don’t even waste your time.

I’m happy that they were able to get me a good job so quickly, that’s the only reason I give more than one star. They never answer the phone or return calls when you leave voicemails. I see a lot of bad reviews on here, and they all have a generic response response from the owner which says they will escalate the issue. Obviously they don’t do this, otherwise things would actually change for the better and you’d stop getting negative reviews.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. On top of placing people in good paying jobs. Thank you resource for placing me in a great position and well paid.

Not very helpful, cant never get through to a direct person in the correct region. Every person says something different every time you call because you Can never get back to the same person. Each time i call they say they cant find me in the systemAnd toLog in online to sign up when Ive worked a job with them prior. Smh. A whole complete waste.

Extremely disappointed, everyone acted like all was on the up and up until there is a problem. Then suddenly they either don’t answer the phones or say the system is down an can’t help you, or say you have an attitude for asking a question. How does one get answers if they don’t ask questions??? It certainly feels like the only thing they are interested in is getting their numbers with companies who abuse their employees…..they definitely should know and have figured this out by all the bad reviews left here, wish I would have read them before taking a chance. If you are reading this, take my advice and do NOT for any reason let them get you a job. You will be put into a company that will abuse you for as long as you can take it and then either fire you or push you to your limit so you’ll quit!! These people are NOT your friend, the companies they hire for have them in their back pocket. Do NOT trust them!

They dont take care of there employees I was working for them and while I was in the hospital bc I had a heat Exhausting and they fired me from my job while I was in the hospital and was jus bout to be discharged from the hospital and could go back to work the next day all they really care bout is them making money selfish ppl

Probably the worst temp service I’ve worked through. Very unprofessional and let me go due to doctors appointments over health concerns and my unborn child even though I communicated these appointments. Also locked my account so I can’t even see anything to get my pay stubs or anything off there. Wish I could give a 0.

Always dependable when looking for a change or something better .

I hated the job very bad they didnt do anything for me u mess up more than 3 times ur out of a job I really hope they lose a lot of there jobs bc the people who works for them wont even help u bc there afraid to lose there jobs

Wish I could give a 0. The place is nothing more than a meat market. They care nothing about your wants or needs. They just throw you at a position that needs filled. The pay is low. They dont care about any problems you encounter on jobsite. Im almost certain that the folks running this office are underqaulified for the position. They are completely nasty and rude when you can get in touch with them. Everything I did with this office was a complete waste of my time. They tried to force me into taking an 11 dollar an hour job. I declined so they wouldnt offer anything else. I went and applied with the same company and now make a lot more than 11. What a joke. This office ahould be shut down.

Filled out application and over 20 years experience in welding and industrial work and I wasnt up to there standards nothing but a joke if you ask me I heard lots of stories on them guess now I believe dont recommend and waist of your time

Very rude people that lie and mislead contacted them today for employment drove 40 mins for interview and application took drug test passed it all and was told they had nothing when i asked them if they did before i made the trip very disrespectful group of people
