If I could give zero stars I would they promised my bf a job and the day before Olivia sent a email to him stating that hold on job the boss was on vacation. We waisted gas because Olivia made him go to job to watch training videos for the job ..but never returns calls DONT GO TO KELLY SERVICES AND THINK OLIVIA IS GOING TO DO HER JOB SHE WILL WAIST YOUR TIME AND NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS .UNPROFESSIONAL.

Kelly Services helped me get a job within a week of going to them seeking employment. Anytime I need a question answered, Kayla answers my emails right away. Was 12 minutes late to work due to a car accident right at the intersection 1/4th of a mile away from my job site. Emailed Kayla and called my work to notify them. No issues whatsoever. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Service is horrible I’ve tried completely to get a job for almost a month now took a (4) Microsoft excel tests for a week because it was hard then wasted that week to find out that I didn’t pass so on to the next one and as soon as I get an interview I was “TOLD” to contact(Pactiv) which is in Manteno IL (29) miles from my house may I add. Wasted gas to get a no and I had to call Kelley’s to ask if I got it or not I was not interviewed correctly he didn’t ask any question he just went along about what they do at pactiv I got there at 12:30 pmand left by 12:40pm 10 mins of an interview and nothing was said about anything and I will be reporting to both corporate companies.

There are certain individuals that work here that are very unprofessional. I worked for ITW, the company decided to hire me but change they’re minds due to some BS. The job was like high school. When I asked the on site person why did ITW end my assignment? JoWanda was a coward and couldn’t even tell me why however it was a great chance she had gotten me fired. Misery really loves company. I would recommend other positions through Kelly Services. Itw will hire ANYBODY and very LOW Pay. However, I found a Great Job with 3x better pay. God Luck Job Hunters

I have worked for Kelly Services for about 7 months now and I have to say that it has been a good experience representing them. The staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive and the pay is decent too.
