The individual that assisted me was excellent, however, whomever serviced my car over filled my tires. The tire pressure should have been set to 33 yet my tires read 42. This is unacceptable as my maximas horn blows and head lights blink when you have reached the designated pressure. I have to take it to another service station to have them deflate my tires. UGHH!!

I would like to thank the service team at Neil Huffman Chevrolet for taking care of my service needs in a prompt and professional manner. The process was easy and smooth from making the appointment to being greeted by my service advisor, Mr Bobby Toll. I didnt get to interact with the service technicians, but I thank them for taking good care of my truck while it was in their posession.Thanx all around to the service team at Neil Huffman Chevrolet.

Had some issues with new tires but Billy Girth was able to get it resolved and went above and beyond to fix the situation. Much appreciated.

Sorry, I just cant recommend based on indifferent attitudes to correcting my problem. I have tried to contacted both the Service Manager and General Manager but have not gotten a response.

Was given one price of 30 min then told it was 3 hours. Didnt do the work I asked and still had to pay. Very dishonest people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I purchased a GMC Sierra from here and was given 2 years of free oil changes with the purchase. As the saying goes nothing is free. Knowing service departments at dealerships can be difficult, I called the day before to schedule a time for my oil change. I showed up 15 minutes early so I expected to wait a little. An hour later I asked about my vehicle and the lady helping me completely forgot to even send my vehicle back. She stated to me she has just been so busy. Not sure how that was my problem, but apparently now it is.In short I spent an hour and a half at the dealership for a scheduled oil inspection. I barely even got an apology. I think I’ll just pay for 15 minute oil changes from now on.
