This was the worst experience ever. After the first visit on Thursday, June 4th. they said they will be back on Tuesday 9. They charged 50% in advance. Tuesday went by, Wed., Thur., on Friday my husband called. The owner in a NOT good mood said we needed to wait a few more days. 3 weeks after, today, we called again and guess what? we need to keep waiting because the pieces are not here yet... 0 costumer service, they never called to explain anything and the worst manners over the phone. People, you need to tell me how long it will take before taking my money, I would not have paid neither hire you if you tell me right there how long it was going to take, so you lied to get my money. 0 Start
They Set an appointment from the hours 10-2. We called several times and finally at 1:30 spoke to a human that stated, “You are on the list and they will call when they are headed your way.” Shut me down of all questions....we waited til 3:00 still no show and no phone call! NEVER do business with this company again! What happened to customer service?
