I have lived here since August 2021 and they have been nothing short of amazing. My dishwasher was leaking and Larry came to fix it the next day as well as fix one of my windows. I was worried about my air ducts being dusty as my allerigies have been bad since i moved in and they had them cleaned as soon as possible professionally. I was very surprised as my last apt complex i lived at didnt really seem to care about things like that, but clinton estates has been amazing! Glad to reside here!

My husband and I have moved quite a bit so we have had a lot of experiences with landlords. Fortunately, almost all were good for the most part.However, Clinton Estates and the staff have to be the best one yet (our one and only place in Indiana). Samantha, Leslie and Larry are all have been super friendly and follow through with what they say they will do.We very much enjoyed our time at Clinton Estates and only moved because we relocated out of state.
