The worst experience I ever had.The lady doesn’t even know how to do the hair cut. Messed up with my hair. I told them for step cutting she did opposite. I am not sure how this store for 5 star ratings, they are not good for 1 star.I request who ever is reading my review please do not visit this store.

Ive been a client for over 4 years. The entire staff is amazing. Its like catching up with long time friends. They are always friendly and professional. Whenever I call to make my coloring appointment I am on a first-name basis. Id like to point out that you can book haircuts (only) appointments 1 hour beforehand to put your name on the waiting list. So it may appear someone just walking in goes ahead of you; however, that person has been added to the list prior. Any of the stylists will take great care of you. I do recommend Alex P! :)

I was in again today and had an amazing experience. The entire team is friendly and always very helpful. Kayla is my go to girl for EVERYTHING!!!! She’s amazing. I read the review posted below and was actually in the salon when this encounter took place. The lady was told she could leave without paying because she was unhappy with the cut. It was not rude or malicious in any way. The customer was kept in the loop the entire time regarding the child’s haircut and how the end result would be based on what she wanted. In many opinions of those that were there this customer was the rude one, not the other way around.

Been going there for years. Always a great experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff who are always smiling. It’s great to know I’ll always leave a very satisfied customer.

Very disappointing. Been here before on the weekends with no issues but it appears the evenings is a different story. Arrived to get hair cuts for kids and there were two stylists with one active client. Put our names in, someone showed up 10 minutes later who a stylist took and we waited over 30 minutes and were completely ignored! No communication that there was a wait or anything that would indicate that 30 minutes later I would still not be assisted. If you have kids don’t bring them here in the evenings as they clearly are not interested in that repeat business.

Hit or miss. Ive gotten good haircuts here and some not so good ones. I wouldnt write them off but depending on whos working you may or may not like your cut.

I showed a picture of a simple toddler cut. She cut off most of my son’s hair and cut it sooooo short you could see his scalp 😠 I mentioned a couple times “it’s teally short” with concern in my voice and she kept going wo checking with me. When I told her I was really not happy, she responded with “you can leave then.” I said, no I need to pay you. “No, just leave” was her response. I apologized for being honest and told me yet again to leave. Never going back because of the rudeness and lack of professionalism and communication.

On a rare occurrence you can get a nice haircut. But more times than not youll be unhappy with it but hey if youre looking for a cheap looking and priced haircut? This place is for you!

Cheap equipment, horrible haircutsNot sure how are they allowed to cut hair.Had to find a real barber to fix my hair after this place.

The price might be cheap but you’ll actually end up spending more when you have to go to a new salon to get your hair fixed. The “stylist” spent 5 minutes at most cutting my hair. It was uneven and there were spots that weren’t even cut. Very disappointing

I ben going to cost cutters cent this’s store open and I went last week for a haircut the girl that always cuts my hair said she was on break couldn’t do it so another girl cut my hair sides came out OK the top she left too long a week later now it looks puffy went back ask them to straighten it out they told me she was transferred to the other store and she was a manager and they couldn’t fix my hair I have to go down there so I says OK or I have to pay so I said OK I will go somewheres else I’m done no more cost cutters

Im so disappointed I called asked for nieka I was told she no longer works here OMG Nieka where are you my family needs you! Cost cutters didnt tell me where she Is now Im sure Im not the only one that feels this way when I find Nieka I will post and let the world know where shes @ Nieka I will find U you are the only one that can handle my wavy hair!!!!!!!!!
