Our upstairs wasn’t cooling down or getting any airflow. I reached out on a Saturday and Tracy was able to fit us into the schedule for the upcoming week. Wayne was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain what the issue was. He took a look at the whole system and gave us a fair quote for a new updated furnace. He also made sure the temperature upstairs cooled before leaving so we weren’t left in the heat. We had a different company come look at it before however they were only interested in selling us their latest products rather than finding a solution to our problem. Tracy and Wayne have excellent customer service and care about their clients I highly recommend them!

I am so thankful and impressed with T&W.I called after having 2 frustrating encounters regarding my furnace with another company. Tracy took my call on a Saturday and was so warm and helpful. She set me up with an appointment for that Monday and assured me they would get my issues taken care of. Monday came and the tech, Jack, arrived on time. We went over everything I had been told by the previous company. After inspecting my furnace, he found that nothing I had been told previously was true, and spent time explaining everything I didn’t understand. Was referred to this company by various individuals. Unfortunately my experience as a potential first time customer was not a good one. I had my appointment for an A/C and furnace tune up as well as a duct cleaning rescheduled twice only to be ultimately canceled by the owner. The rep (Tracy) was actually incredibly nice and apologetic but unfortunately we wish we would have gone with another company from the get go since most had specials with and a/c and furnace tune up for $100. More or less incredibly disappointed that we waited for them to cancel our appointment last minute due to an inconvenience to the owner. 👎🏼👎🏼

SAVED ME $1,108!I received an estimate from Smith Plumbing & Heating for my heater to be repaired, the summary of issues entailed replacing the inducer draft assembly, cleaning a blockage in the roof cap and replacing up to 10 of B vent totaling $1233.Due to the high cost, I got a second opinion from T&W Indoor Comfort - and Im glad I did!They basically did a service for the heater, cleaned it up a bit and charged $125 - this covered the service visit, as well as the cleaning. Its been 2.5 weeks and its running like new.I am grateful for their honesty and hard work, I will be sure to use them in the future for not only my home, but also for my 3 rental properties.

Wow, T&W Indoor Comfort went above and beyond the call of their service! I had two different A/C repair companies look at it and one said they did something that they didn’t do, the other one said I needed to replace the unit. After speaking with Wayne and his office staff, they wanted to ensure our house wasn’t hot for this very hot summer. Was recommended I call T&W after 1 company come out twice to clean and repair my AC, and 2 other companies tried to sell me a whole new system. Wayne came out 2 hours after I called T&W, diagnosed in about 10 minutes, then spent the next 1.5 hours cleaning/ scraping out half a grocery bag full of dust, dog hair, and just straight nastiness out out my system. I googled for hvac help and seen another company first (one source) they came out and without even troubleshooting my unit they told me I had a bad compressor then he looked at my furnace and said I had rust. We sat at the table and he told me 20k to fix it all or 5k for the minimum. I told him I needed other quotes and he tried to get me to sign. I told him no. I asked for recommendations on FB and had several tell me T&W. They came out, listened to me and said they could fix it, and it was not the compressor, ended up saving me tons of money, followed up with me to make sure it was working out. If I ever have an issue with anything or hear of someone needing help with hvac. I will totally recommend T&W.

They have great customer service and the manager goes above and beyond. Theyre very inexpensive for all the work they do making sure everything is up to code. We got an AC and Furnace for a very good price! If youre looking to replace either one or both I definitely recommend this company! If you are military or veteran you receive a discount which is awesome because not a lot of companies offer that and when they do, they usually make you have to active duty!We had other estimates done on our house wanting more than 12k. This company is very reasonable. They gave us choices and recommend the best ones to go with. Theyre a very trust worthy company. Definitely highly recommended!

This is by far the best HVAC company that I have ever worked with. Our AC went out on a Sunday night and we had someone there that night, WITHOUT a large fee. This company cares for its military families and we use them every year for maintenance on our systems! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

T & W Indoor Comfort is the best!!! The owner is very involved with whatever job is going on. He came out to diagnose a issue that we had with our A/C unit behind 2 companies that tried to pretty much scam us and insurance company. He told us it was a capacitor that had exploded due to the lighting and power surges, where the other 2 companies told me that it was refrigerant that had leaked out and since it was r-22 it was going to be $1400.00. T & W Indoor Comfort got our A/C working within an hour and recommended a new more efficient A/C unit. At the end of the month because of the honesty that T & W Indoor Comfort brings we are going to get a new A/C system. I highly recommend T & W Indoor Comfort to anyone in the fountain Colorado springs area.

T&W Indoor Comfort is a business that I would recommend if you are having issues with your heating unit. They were at my doorsteps before I knew it from the time that I called them. They did not have the part on hand but took the time to go and get it to ensure that my family would not be freezing tonight. Wayne was great. He came out to my home and spent time figuring out what happened to my furnance. He fixed it and provided information on what happened to my furnance, the computer board went out and he fixed it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a company that works at decent prices and has great customer service.

We first called Wayne with an emergency repair for our furnace in the middle of winter. We were so happy with the service we received so kept his card and called him back to install a new furnace with A/C, as well as a new water heater we noticed was leaking when he came for our estimate. He does great work and goes above and beyond for his customers. His communication is outstanding, as he makes sure that his customer is happy throughout the entire process and is okay with what needs to be done along the way. There were a few obstacles we hit but he worked with us through it and got the job done, and done well. Great service, very reasonable price

I approached T&W Indoor Comfort because my furnace/air conditioning unit was out of order. Unfortunately, for two weeks, I had been getting a lot of conflicting feedback from my home appliance insurance company and their designated contractor. After dealing with unbelievable heat for two weeks, I was ready to bite the bullet and pay for it out of my pocket. I called a couple places to see if they could come to my place on an emergency basis, and check things out, but I was unsuccessful. I called T&W and luckily, Wayne, who was done with a long and arduous, went out of his way and stopped by my place. He determined that my 20-year-old unit had some bad parts, recommended a full replacement, but for financial reasons, provided an estimate for parts he believed would make it work until I decided to replace it. Fortunately, the insurance company decided to replace the unit, so their contractor went ahead and took care of the problem. What I liked about Wayne was his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. Without hesitation, I recommend T&W to people who need heating, ventilation, and air conditioning support.
