The complaint that I have with the USPS office at 4909 Northeast Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76106 is Their lack of professionalism with rendering services. We recently moved to 76131 and were given (2) keys for our mailbox but was told that it would take about a week for the lock to be changed. After a week, we called but no one answered. Then we went to the office and was told that the keys didnt work because the lock has not been changed. They didnt know when the lock would be changed since they were way backed up and that she was looking for someone to change the locks. I have seen other Google complaints with the same issue that we are having with this particular office. Since we moved to the area, that means that our mail has been on hold previously and redirected to here. Mail is valuable and there are important letters and checks that we are waiting to be delivered. The staffs careless attitude didnt lead me to believe that there is any since of urgency to help their customers resolve any issues.

Couldnt go any lower on the stars but shouldve been a 0. Package shows delivered at a front desk, reception area, or mail room when the delivery address is a residence. I call the post office and a lady, who was very helpful but sounded like she was eating all the time on the phone, tells me the regular carrier was out that day and the mailman for that day failed to read the address completely. He only read the numbers. That is the stupidest excuse I have ever heard. Theyre supposed to be trained and know that many numbers are repeated in addresses and the rest of the address info is what makes the difference.

Had a very important time sensitive package sent to me with it needing to be signed for and the mailman didnt even attempt to deliver it he just left our mail in the mailbox and threw the failed delivery notice in there too. USPS is A JOKE!

I’ve had the WORST experience with this post office they don’t care about your mail or the fact that I went months without getting my mail just because the delivery man who was a retired vet complained about my neighbors dog who btw we do have a fence every time I went up their the problem was never resolved even though problem was fixed they are rude and zero costumer service, ppl like this shouldn’t be allowed to serve us our federal documents/mail or important packages! Btw the building is so old it should be taken down, no parking either be prepared to park on the grass the inside looks like an abandoned building everything is so outdated looks like your walking into a time machine from the past that’s old and dirty.

I truly hope that changes are made and that things get better because I have never had so many problems receiving mail and packages in my life. They are either lost, or end up in other peoples boxes,(we have the residential community boxes in my neighborhood) or I plainly never see my items or mail at all. I have lived all over the US and NEVER had these problems with a post office. I pray things get better, but at this point, I just hope to move away from this area. To not have to deal with them again.

I had to go to this particular post office annex station to pick up an oversized package that the mail carrier had previously attempted to deliver to my residence (but I was not home at the time). The service was quick and I had waited no longer than five minutes.

I received a “delivery attempt” while we were home. No one rang my doorbell nor knocked on my door. The tracking number says a notice was left, but I haven’t received anything on my door or in my mailbox. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this location. My husband also left a review about this facility, and it was taken down.

Wow. I don’t even know where to begin. I was in Walgreens the other day and they couldn’t find my order. However, Barbara who works at the post office overheard our conversation and kindly explained she worked there if we needed her help finding our order. She asked me to write down my name, number, and order number and the next time she went into work she would search for it. She called me the next day and told me where it was. I was in such disbelief that someone could be so kind just because. Barbara deserves a raise or promotion or SOMETHING! It is so nice to know people like this still exist!

I’ve had a package sitting in this facility for almost a week. It gets scanned everyday, and then says delivery attempt, no access to delivery location. I work from home and live on a public street so I know no attempts were made. I’ve even tried going there and picking up the package, and they told me it was out for delivery which never came. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. I will not order anything else that gets delivered usps. They are so unreliable and incompetent. Aside from this my mail does not get delivered on a daily basis. In fact they have not come to my street sine Thursday, and today is Tuesday. They really need to make some serious changes at this facility.

Usually my parcels come to 76179 post office and I get my item the day it’s says expected delivery date.This one is 76106 and I did not get my package on the 20th as the site stated.EDIT: it was an error on senders end but still didn’t get replies to inquiries within 5-6 days so I’ll give it 3-4 stars not 2 now

Going to this facility was the strangest experience I’ve had with a post office. First, it’s the closest USPS to me and 15 minutes from my house. Then once my GPS said I’d arrived at my destination I couldn’t believe it. This barely looks like an inhabitable building. I pulled into the circular drive and saw cars parked up over the curb on the grass. There’s no parking. I parked in the driveway and headed in. My bathroom is bigger than the lobby here. There were 4 or 5 people in the tiny office behind the window and not one acknowledged me. While I stood there waiting I noticed a sign on the window that said they don’t accept packages or sell stamps. I was there to mail a package so I left. Utterly confused at why there is nothing mentioned on their website about what services they offer. When I see USPS I assume it is for POST SERVICE. Apparently this facility is for picking up packages only. Two hours later and I’m still scratching my head at the entire experience.

Incompetence is the best word to describe this facility & most of the people working here. Not to mention a few people I spoke with immediately made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. I had a package get delivered to an old address even though I went through the proper procedures & left a forwarding address. The package was in a mailbox at my old address & they acknowledged that they made a mistake. I was told the carrier on that route would pick it up & then it would be delivered to my new address. I had at least five different phone conversations with different people trying to get this package. After about two weeks from the date I initially brought the mistake to their attention it was finally picked up but unfortunately they decided to return it to the sender. The level of boobery is off the charts here.

I accidentally placed an order to go to my old address from a year ago. I called and talked to Cindy and she was able to get the driver to bring the package back so i could pick it up the next day. I am very happy and surprised because it was already out for delivery. I even left her my phone number and she called back promptly. I know she said she is new but this has been the best service and call back i have received from the post office. :)

I dont think people ACTUALLY work here? I went in on a Thursday and requested keys to the mailbox for the new house i moved into. I was given keys and was told that the lock matching those keys would be put into my mail box If not over the weekend, then on Monday or Tuesday... an entire week went by and i still didnt have a new lock on my mailbox. So, i called, and was told our ONE guy that changes locks has been out sick all week so it will get done Monday or Tuesday of next week. Wednesday comes... no new lock... i call again and am told itd be done today (Thursday), guess who still doesnt have a god damn new lock. Two effing weeks and counting just to change one lock? an actual joke this place is.

My package was suppose to be delivered on Saturday may 18 & it never got delivered.. I was home all day waiting for it, then I check tracking history and it says attempted to deliver no access... THATS A LIE! Now it is may 21 & they do not know where my package is when i called.. said it could be with the truck/carrier who is suppose to deliver it.. they will leave them a note. Actually 0 stars. Just moved into our house, trying to get a key for a mailbox because I have a pkg that was supposedly shoved in there. Thought it was coming ups or fed ex. I called the regular post office and they sent me to this one. Told me to call first. Ive literally been trying to call since 9 this morning. I cant go up there because Im at work. And not open Saturdays. Its either always a busy tone, or it will just ring and ring, I finally just let it keep ringing, and after 3 minutes, someone picked up and hung up.

I had moved and changed my address 2 weeks before moving day and my packages are lost. 2 months already passed and they still not forwarding my packages. I called they said they don’t have my packages. Also they had been delivered 2 days ago a packed to my old address when they supposed tonforwarded to my new address. They are not answering my call and when I went there people is so rude and lies about information. I had lost over $600 in merchandise because this people are not doing their job well.

I lived in Ohio for 42 years and have never had this much trouble with USPS!!! I moved to Fort Worth a year ago and they have lost 3 packages and many more arrive late for no apparent reason. Tracking just says “arriving late.” And it can say that for some times 5 days after it arrives in Fort Worth. I’ve called this location every time and have never gotten anyone on the phone, it just rings and rings. What’s the point of having a phone number? Get your act together, you are an embarrassment.

I got a notification saying they couldnt deliver my package. They claimed the address was wrong, but after checking the tracking info, I saw that everything was right. I went up there to pick it up myself. When I got there, they told me that it HAD been delivered. BS. I went back home, checked my mailbox and front porch. NOTHING. They straight up lied to me!Not only that, but I waited for a solid 10 to 15 minutes at the front window when I was there. No one. And when an employee finally did appear, he didnt even look or say anything to anyone waiting for assistance. He just walked on by without asking if we needed help. They just need to tear this place down and start over in a new area with new employees.

So I waited Saturday all day at my apartment waiting for this registered package that required my signature to be delivered and the inbred delivery associate drops me a Sorry we missed you notice at the mailbox by the community gates. If it wasnt bad enough for the lazy ass not to come to my door and drop me the package, this notice to pick up my package was for a pick up all the way in Roanoke. So here I go make a 40 miles round trip to pick a package that wasnt there! The inbred left me a notice from another post office! Sorry we missed you my ass and pick up the dam phone! These are some of the rudest, laziest, hateful people I have ever had to deal with! They sit in the back offices while customers have to stand in line and wait for someone to come to the front to help us. And they go out of their way to let you know they do NOT want to help us in any way. They roll their eyes, and will allow phone calls to ring and ring and ring. This one black woman even picks it up and hangs up on the person on the other end! I am appalled that a govt worker can behave this way, and get away with it!! They should ALL be fired!

This place is horrible. Called about a missing package that they lost, but dont have a address on and was told it was new carriers okay cool I understand that. I called my complex asking if they had the package like Vivene said and they said no called back and had to call 6 times to get her back on the phone for her to tell me someone signed my name and she doesnt know why it was at the wrong address. Spoke with a manager whatever his name is that told me that I dont understand anything about his job even though HIS mail carrier delivered my package to someone who illegally signed my name and to the wrong zip code. MANAGER said he would be calling me back in an hour its been three hours and no call back or answer on where my package is. 1800 USPS couldnt even get them to answer the phone and called them unprofessional. I would rather have an toddler deliver my package then these unprofessional inconsistent people.

The address was clearly marked on my package, along with the business name. It was to be delivered to my work, and they took it to the building next door which was closed. And of course they close their facility before I get off work. The U.S.P.S. has delayed my last 3 packages. I never have this problem with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. If I could give you less than one star, I would.

Absolutely worst post office grouping Ive ever dealt with in Texas or several other states.Best part of this.... Your package could be here, the old Carrier Annex, or in the post office off Mark IV at any time and none of these folks know until you show up to each one. Additionally, nobody answers the phones at any of the above listed facilities.

Always leaving wrong mail on my mailbox everytime I check my mailbox I have my neighbors mail and I take it to them but I’m sure they have deliver my mail to wrong mailbox so better trust your neighbors to take it back to you.. this is not rocket science people if is not the same house number is not mine. I have even added my name and husband name on a sticker inside the mailbox to make it easier but I guess they don’t give two cents they just want to get rid of the mail. I have amazon orders all the time and I have to hunt down my packages around the neighborhood see where they left my package is ridiculous..

I received a package notification saying that my package had been delivered and placed in my mailbox. However when I went to get it, my package was not there. I live in an apartment so I then checked with the front office to see if maybe they went ahead and delivered it to the front instead and it wasn’t. I initially called the main USPS and they started a claim for me and then they gave me this location number for follow-up. The post office has contacted me twice, But anytime I try to call them it just rings. Nobody picks up nor is there a prompt to leave a message. It’s funny because the one time that someone did call me from this location, she gave me this exact number to call back in case I received my package. I honestly just think this is terrible service and based on the reviews alone I think that something should be done because obviously this is it the first time this has happened. I assume that my package was delivered to someone else’s box but it just sucks because not everyone returns the package when they receive someone else’s mail and the fact that it was a personalized item and now I have to wait another week and a half for the seller to send another one. It just sucks because It seems like just a careless mistake.

My delivery driver will not pick up mail when the flag is raised. Since filing a claim and several complaints (because she will drive past my mailbox and my neighbors thinking no one sees this). Ive had to literally chase her down for a package she didnt pick up. She will also hold a grudge so when I DO complain my mail will have blocked written on it even tho that is not the case. I used to have a awesome delivery guy who went out of his way to retrieve packages that were delivered to the wrong house. Now I have a self entitled driver that is lucky to have a job that doesent care about peoples mail.

We have lived in our new home for 6 months, some of our neighbors have been in the new neighborhood for a year, and we STILL are not receiving mail from this location! They say we arent on a route yet. Why would it take A YEAR to add 30+ houses on a route!? We have had numerous packages lost due to their incompetence. Sometimes they deliver packages they say if the mailman is feeling nice that particular day. So it is a constant guessing game if we are going to get mail or not. We do most of our Christmas shopping online and we are terrified they are going to lose packages or that we wont get them in time. THIS IS THE WORST USPS LOCATION EVER!!!

My post man has recently made several mistakes delivering mail to the wrong person however, todays mistake tops everything. I have textbooks waiting for me in a parcel box that I cannot retrieve that I desperately needing tonight because they left me keys that they had broken off in the key slot! How am I supposed to open the parcel box with keys that are broken off? More importantly, why in the world would they not open it back up with their usps key set, put them in another parcel box and leave me those keys?! Are they really so busy that they cant be bothered to make my packages accessible?! I paid hundreds of dollars for something I have no access to! How idiotic! Its infuriating! I dont know what I need to do now. I will be calling the office in the morning but, who knows when the problem will be fixed. In the meantime, I cant use any of my college textbooks!!!! On the 16th there was a delivery attempt, I was home waiting at the door (literally) and no one came to my door. On the 17th I scheduled a redelivery online... 21st I was waiting by the door (literally) and again there’s was a delivery attempt (twice @ 9 & 10 am) and notices were left. I find no notices, so I go driving around my neighborhood at 1030 looking for the ninja postal worker...I see nothing and continue to drive the the closest post office to inquire about the 3 packages I have some how missed (even though I have the USPS app and leave instructions for every incoming item.... “ring door bell and leave on porch). I wait I line 30 minutes, I am told to go to a bigger post office a few miles away, I go I wait in line 40 minutes and they send me down town Fort Worth to the Anex.It starts to rain so I hold up at home not wanting to venture down town until it lets up a bit. Around 330 pm, I head to the Anex, I get there (there is no where to park literally people are parked on the grass, under trees etc) I find some grass/dirt big enough for my car and go inside. It’s a tiny place... I wait for the 10 people in front of me to get help (20+ minutes), then I am told my 16th package was sent back (WHAT THE HECK!), and both my 21st packages are still on the truck and I should go to this place (around the corner) cause the truck might be back. I end up here, I wait 30 minutes to be told to come back Saturday.Saturday comes wait for the mail man AT the mail box (LITTERALY waiting at the mail box: no postal ninja is getting past me today). They come and I get my mail and 2 packages for the 22nd. I inquire about the previous day, he states it was a different driver.So I head to back down town to get my packages (from this location) from the 21st.... I get here, stand in line, and I’m told my packages are at the Anex, which is closed on Saturdays and will be open again in Tuesday (I exhale and I have to concentrate real hard not to raise my voice and to keep the barrage of profanity I want to unleash). I explain my plight, she says she’s sorry I say ok and leave.This negative review is due to the laziness of not coming to my door and lying saying a noticed was left, the office workers inability to “get it right” the first, second or third time, and most of all, this reflects poorly on the postal service as a whole, after all they hired these people.Some things to note: Most of the people I talked to were rude without my being rude. They acted like I was annoying them; rolling eyes, talking over me, and laughing when they were “apologizing”, etc. I didn’t provoke or resort to name calling or finger pointing because I understand stress and this time of year. Now I know why people just don’t want to deal with USPS and will pay almost twice as much to others for the same service. Maybe we need to privatize the postal service, they suck.

Item sent from UK and this USPS made no attempt to deliver the parcel! it was only after obtaining a tracking number from the uk side that I was aware they claimed to have tried to deliver the parcel to no answer at 8pm( which is BS as I was in all day and got other mail) if this was the case why was no slip left on my door? Package eventually ended up back in the uk and resent via UPS. This facility is the worst! if i could give it a 0 I would. Avoid the extra trouble later by using UPS the first time. Hopefully this place shuts down or the entire staff gets cut and new team members onboard!

Im giving them negative 5 stars... I have placed orders through Amazon on multiple occasions. All of the items that have been delivered via Amazon Driver, UPS, or Fedex has made it promptly to my address. Recently two of my orders (totaling over $200) were labelled on USPSs tracking website as being delivered to my mailbox. I checked my mailbox, as well as for a big box key in case the shipping box did not fit, and also asked the front desk of my apartment if any boxes had been delivered for my address, but all three options were negative. I then called the local post office and distribution center. I was told that my package had been delievered on a Sunday (WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED!!!) and that they were unable to locate my package, and that I would need to get in contact with Amazon, and/or the product seller in order to resolve the issue. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!! IT IS YOUR JOB TO GET MY PACKAGES TO ME!! THAT IS THE ONLY THING YOU DO!! YOU ONLY HAVE ONE JOB, AND YOU CANT EVEN DO THAT RIGHT!! NO WONDER YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS TO UPS AND FEDEX, BECAUSE YOURE A JOKE AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT!! If you ever have any issues with USPS just yell at a piece of poop in your toilet. Its basically the same experience, but at the end, you get the ability to make it go away.

Terrible Customer Service. I scheduled a package pick up and no one comes by to pick them up. I call to let them know, and it takes 55 minutes to talk to someone. Post office / US Gov. please get your stuff together, and help your paying customers out. After my conversation, I asked them if they were going to pick up the packages, they replied with saying they will let me know in 24 to 96 hours. I cant believe the poor service.

Mail carrier won’t take mail when flag is raised, have video running stop signs and speeding through a school zone, now I have a package coming they said a notice was left because my mailbox was blocked???
