Having an appointment is just to tell you, hey you cant come earlier, but there is no interest in loading you on time neither

DOTERRA supervisor( ANGELA )have to learn how to communicate with people and begin a supervisor. People always quit because the way she spoke to people. I hope someone takes care of this problem.

Just because I cant give it zero stars is what it deserves to be able to work in the warehouse you need one as a Hispanic to endure humiliation from the leaders and when you defend yourself they report you to the butlers and the next day they tell you not to return even when they you have explained how many times you have been humiliated in order to stay there you have to stop humiliating by the shipping and packing leader. They hold meetings for you and explain the safety rules when they do not comply with them and demand your work, making you violate the rules and in fire safety they are not preparing when in reality the warehouse is a bit big and there is only one emergency door, which is the same door through which the staff enters. They have been infected with Coby and they continue working as if nothing.

Very slow took 6 hours to load us up with. 4000 pounds.. No Restrooms.. Not good... Dont recommend it.. Unless you want to wait and loose time and money.....

Is mostly Hispanic , very prejudiced working on the lines. Conditions are not suited for climate, warehouse is very hot. With the high temperatures, proper safety are not available, salt tablets to help stay hydrated, no chiller units to cool the warehouse. People are constantly dropping out due to the heat.

Very easy to find. It is in a safe location and has overnight parking. I have been here numerous times and coming in and out has usually been pretty quick. ONE time it was an all day affair. Maybe everyone was sick that day. I ended up waiting 4 hours. Every other time has been drop and hook.

First of all this is not a good place to work saddlecreek ( dottera ) don’t work there at all ! I worked there with 2 other friends of mines and we started the next day thru Randstad and soon as we walked in usually you’d Except them to say if your new sit over here or over here and try to get you familiar with the place but they didn’t the mangers just looked at us and was starring like they were confused or something and didn’t know what to do they just threw us somewhere , so then days after we started working I see new people and then they want to finally say something about if it’s your first day ! Like how come you didn’t do that with us !! We was the only new people that day and not to mention they kept cutting me for no reason .!! They then wouldn’t let us work til 11pm we kept leaving early they kept saying what are you waiting on clock out now not to mention they are an horrible management team .

They usually are willing to work with you on delivery issues to help get you in and out

For a location promoting safety,they fall way short on this property..Crews rolling outa & into faster then posted speed.Plus the way drivers got to check in,walking across parking lot is unsafe..Plus,trying to move around on property is not truck friendly,crews parking in fire lane 3 deep.Location looking to expand,but need to due better on what they have now..in this location daily.Mangers dont care about these matters,spoke to several reps,falls on death ears...

IF YOU GET HIRED HERE , THROUGH ANY AGENCY YOU WILL HATE IT. THIS IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED PLACE EVER. Once you’ll get here on a 4am shift “ Its we have no work “ so we get sent home, 15 MINS AFTER listening to the daily meeting and hearing “ There’s no work for the staffing agencies today “ WHAT A WASTE OF TIME , GAS, & MILEAGE.Then you’re put on another shift and the words “ This is my floor so either take the hoodie off or leave “ comes out an LEAD MOUTH .I treat you with respect until IM DISRESPECTED. WHO WANTS to be talked to in that way, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE POWER DONT OVER USE IT. I HEAR NOTHING BUT BAD THINGS ABOUT YOULLS COMPANY! But i decided to give it 2-3 more tries! and it was a failure. WORKING IN A COLD WAREHOUSE you should be allowed to wear whatever KEEPS YOU WARM & me being an anemic , THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF AIR MAKES ME COLD. AFTER EXPLAINING TO MY 2 Leads, They come back amd say “ She has to much attitude we don’t need her “ Well at this point with the horrible treatment they give to colored people, I will be having my lawyer into this for discrimination. You’ll are a new building and the SUPERVISORS AND LEADS ARE HORRIBLE! Hispanic guy on side gets to have on his bennie & guy driving a forklift has on a hoodie. But it’s an issue when i wear mine, BEING ANEMIC

Not very helpful people, dont have a clue how to load. Tried to ask for pallet count and how they were going to load I didnt get an aswer. After loaded i told them it was wrong. Who loads a 44000lbs CA load all the way to the tail? Right away I knew i needed a 9ft space on tail for right axle weight. But even then they refused to fix load, had to waste an hr at the scale (plus 2 more with them) for the princesses at saddle creek to fix the issue and even then they denied their fault.Not coming back here again.

I deliver here quite a bit. They do not start unloading until appointment time. If you show up early you can always park on the street. They have restrooms for drivers in the shipping office and have a vending machine in there that doesn’t take cards. Live unloads usually don’t take more than 30-60 min.
