Mclane is a bad company to work for, 1st they said Id be working a 9 to 5 but I found out later it was more like until the work is done shift, then changed it on me without even asking me to a 12pm to until the work was done. If you got a family dont waste your time giving it to these people because they will take every soul sucking minute they can. Oh and by the way, while this covid thing is happening, FYI they dont force the employees to wear mask around all those food products....they only time they wore mask was during the start of the day at the meeting.

If you are a truck driver or O/O be prepared to get abused by this people, horrible service by the receiver office. They dont have professional employees, plus you need to pay a lumper fee, and dont be late!, or the late fee is $275 extra. I will not provide services to this location no more.

Park across the street in dirt lot provided before checking in. If appt is before 0300, Walk up to the guard shack and find the yard guy who will direct you to a door and then proceed to receiving door 17 and fill out proper paperwork.Someone will then get with you to finish the unload. YARD GUY is super cool and polite! Appt 0200, now 0400...empty since 0250...no paperwork or phone call yet.

Overnight parking available across the street in a dirt lot. No visa is accepted here not even with relay app. Lumper service is Capstone. My appointment time was at 0100 it is now 0500 and barely got my paperwork. Typical lady with an attitude working the office.

Shade tree managers. I remember I transferred from another McLane to this one and when I realized but I wasnt getting paid the $15 that this location was starting at and I was still getting paid on that 14.50 from another location when I go to ask the managers about it they give me the runaround so I ended up leaving because who knows what would have happened when I try to move up.. to see new guys come in to get paid more when I had already know not to do the job was bothering

Overnight parking across the street. Lot can hold maybe 20 trucks. Drove to to guard shack 30 min before appt. Started unloading immediately. In and out under an hour.

For deliveries park in dirt lot across the street. Walk over to guard shack and check in through speaker box. When I was there nobody ever answered so I walked to receiving. Signs were there stating to fill out forms and place them along with bol on desk. No one was in the receiving office either. I checked in at 1am for a 3am appointment. At 2:30 am I walked over and did the same procedure. Still no luck making contact with anyone. At 3:15 am the receiving clerk calls me to tell to go to door 3 and that I’m late. Overall the worst experience making a delivery

Not great on letting in people trying to interview

This place is missed up. No management at all. People are extremely rude,It takes hours to empty the trailer, once the trailer is empty than you have to wait for hours to get the paperwork.

One of your Fort Worth drivers side-swiped my sister in laws vehicle last night (Jan 02, 2017) after performing an illegal lane change across a solid line. He totaled her car, and the shoddy, shifty-eyed insurance adjuster your company contracted and sent out claimed that he had to return in the morning to view the scene, as he couldnt do anything in the dark. - we had provided our phones cameras as lighting, while he failed to even bring a simple flashlight.

Open 24 hrs for receiving by appointment. Overnight truck parking is outside across from facility. Lot belongs to facility. Also one block across the traffic lights overnight truck parking is legal on RHS on Burns street. U can check in anytime and Guard shack will get your phone number and tell you to go park. They will call you within few minutes of appointment time. Always Need lumper, make sure money is ready. In and out quick.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady on the phone is so RUDE!! I work at an extremely busy restaurant, our truck it’s supposed to be delivered Friday night. Lately it’s been coming Saturday morning, this last week it came Saturday afternoon during our busy lunch rush, they called us said that they were 30 minutes away three hours later they finally show up missing items worst company ever I do not recommend them.

Too bad unloading takes 7-9 hrs. I do not recommend anyone to come to your company.

I dont like talking negative. But when I have a 10am appointment, whats the point when you wont call me to a door till 11:30? Then sit at the door till who knows when until I said I had another pickup at one. Its now 12:41pm and I think there just now messing with me, or they are unloading. Cant tell. Theres no reason for this slowness and the rude lady at the desk. Seemed like she hated her job and was just interested in her co workers. I just dont understand the reason for this. If you dont like where you work or the people you encounter, why did you apply for this job? Money isnt the answer. Theres hundreds of other places to be miserable at.

For as big of a company as McClane, their set up at this location is very bad. For truckers, park across the street address might be 7400, then walk over to check in because they wont let you dock early, not even by a minute. Driver bathroom is a nasty portajohn. The warehouse is double the heat outside, employees are overheated while the boss is running around in shorts and flip flops. Its concerning since we are dropping frozen chicken. It should be a refrigerated inside. There are empty trailers and employee vehicles in the way for docking. Texas and heat, no buenoOur appt was at 9am, and we were done by 11am. Expect lumper fees

This rude B that answered the phone wouldnt let me speak to anyone! Why do companys hire ghetto people like that? I had to hang up because clearly she had ALL day to give attitude and I just dont have the time. But I almost told her that she sounds ugly lol how tf do you sound like you ugly looool thats why shes mad obviously. If I call back and get her, Ill get her name next time.

As long as you know NOT to pull your 53 reefer into their gate before checking in, you can probably find a parking spot in the gravel pit across the street. Otherwise, the guard gets irate because you dont see their crayon sign hid in the bushes to park first an walk to guard shack. Was put to the dock for my 7 a.m. appt, and was there until 11:00 a.m. No use getting there at or before your appt time. Never spend less than 2.5 hrs at the dock. Management to dock workers never get in a hurry. 2 places I despise delivering to.. Mclane and ANY Wal-Mart Distribution Center.

Its the usual. You have a holding pen thats to the left of McLane. They charge too much to unload its all a racket. I hate grocery warehouses. Nothing against the people that work there but the system sucks.

Outside carriers need to park across the street and bring paperwork to the guard shack. Dont block the driveway. Stay to the right, other drivers are trying to leave.
