They take forever to load and never provide you a direct and honest answer. The broker only interested about his client and not carriers. Be aware!

Way to much security but great check in and loading in and out in just over an hour nice!

I work there now and it has been a great experience so far.

This LG facility is pretty decent. The line to get in is agitating but once youre in, you get a door and drop trailer in door then drive to shipping office and check in again and wait until they unload or load you. Usually takes around 2hrs, but Ive experienced waits of up to 5hrs on and easy load less than 15 skids. 5 stars because its a clean facility and close to 2 major truckstops, hotels, and interstate 35w and tx hwy 114 and 170. They have a pop machine and a snack machine and a restroom inside too.

Delivered few times there they were able to get me in 2 hours early. But I tried to check in 6 hours early and got turn away, because they were so busy. Sometimes they let you drop trailer. Usually they try to get you in and out within 2 hours.

Numbers is more important than the people working there. So dont expect to work with the hours your agency told you. This place will give you extra 4 hours .

This place, wasted 3 hours to get loaded. Then they didnt have the load I came for. So about 6 hours in all waisted. The security people were very nice.

Omg arrived 4pm loaded 1:30AM next day , Dont forget after you check in at the entrance gate you have to stop again at dock door 134 for second check in , and give them the copy of the entrance receipt , and there is a place to park out side in the street for over night parking also the restroom location at the Exit gate where the security check out . Appt. 3pm arrive at 12:30pm almost 16 hrs later still sitting waiting worst place ever to get loaded. Will definitely not be coming back here ever again.

This place is like a prison. Too many regulations to abuse drivers.

Loaded and rolling in 1.5 hours. They have strict appointment times. Lots of space to back in.

BLACKLISTED!! arrived at 1400 for 1500 appointment. Slide tandems at gate, open doors at gate, 2 straps at gate, guard inspects trailer. Dont walk up to the guard shack until at stop sign. Dock and unhook completely. Walk up to another check in window by dock 133. They call when papers ready. Its now 1545 havent even started loading. Women generally get discrimination in Tx and Az.1800 nothing loaded. Couldnt reschedule Target so, TONU and lost 4400. Blacklisted load .

Bought an ac window unit. I was told it might take 10 days for delivery. Two weeks later, no time frame for delivery.

It’s a nightmare here,I got here 3.00 pm huge lines of trucks at list 15 to 20.by the time I checked inn it was 5.48 pm still at the dock and it’s 11.10 pm not loaded….. not coming here no more. No overnight parking but they have a restroom for you guys

In and out is easy. Within 2 hours they got loaded me and thank you for not taking so long time to loading!

I picked up “loads” two different times from this facility . My experience was good one. This facility want to become “#1 Shipper Of Choice”. I believe if they are not already “#1 Shipper Of Choice”. , they are good candidate for it. Very very speedy loading . That’s not mean jeopardize the quality and the safety of shipments instead when you pull out to close your doors, the neatness and professionalism on the load will be very obvious. I will continue later

They loading very slowly 5 hours or more be ready

We have an LG refrigerator, 3 years old. Bought it from Costco with an extended warranty (thank goodness) however we can NOT get LG to repair or replace the fridge. We have been without a fridge for a month. They repaired it once and it was hot again in less than 12 hours. The company they hire, A & E services, to repair was scheduled to come out again yesterday but never showed up and of course they are not open to call until Monday. I am highly disappointed with LG Electronics USA and Sears A&E factory services and would never buy or recommend their products again!

Checked in at 11:34am got loaded at 12:30pm less than an hour. Generally speaking, an hour to load in a live load is pretty quick. I also liked the front desk lady so pretty and so friendly. Oh that was a false alarm they sent me a text but then told me to wait for a phone call probably another hour or so. Still not bad for a two hour window loading.

Not a place to get a quick load, 8hrs wait only to be told another 5 or so more. Left freight on the dock. Will not go back.

Very easy in and out. They will load youEven if you get there 5 to 6 hr earlyFor example if you get 5:00pm appointmentAnd you check in at 8 am you will get your load. Generally its a good place to pick load from. But sometimes you wait awhile to get pepper work.they load you fast .. slow on prepare paperwork.

Pack a good lunch. Your gonna be there for a while. More than 5 hours. Be an hour minimum early

Arrived 5 hours early for my appointment, no line at the guard shack, got on a dock immediately, and it was easy to dock. Dont even think it took 10 mins to get loaded, I was busy fixing a fuel leak on my engine so didnt notice the text message until 20 mins later.Look forward to booking more loads from this place.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON’T HAVE AT LEAST A HALF TANK OF FUEL AND 4 HOURS OF DRIVE TIME LEFT ON YOU CLOCK!!! YOU HAVE TO DRIVE AT LEAST 150 MILES AWAY FROM WAREHOUSE AFTER BEING LOADED! I was loaded fast. Nice people.

They took 6 hours to load a trailer. For security reasons they take a picture of driver`s face near the back of sealed trailer.

This is what drivers call purgatory because you are going to be here a while so bring a bucket of patience, not sure if its their lazy workers but they are super slow. But if you decide to pickup @ this loc just know you wont be getting out anytime soon.

Pretty quick check in process. Door for restroom is around dock 50. If you went too dock 53, you went to far. FYI, no AC so bring a portable fan while utilizing the restroom lol.

I somehow got a drop and a hook and security guard clearly explained procedures in English.

The building I worked in was cold but the work was easy

Got here three hours late for the appointment. We got our gate a few minutes of parking at the security gate. Docked at the gate. About 40 minutes after docking they started unloading us! Everyone from the security guards to the dock staff have been super friendly and professional from start to finish!

A lot of DOs and DONTs. Some people are good others are really rude! What I did not like about this place is that they took a picture of me standing at the back of my trailer as if the shipment was military secret. The load was cheap, just trying to get home, and time consuming! I wouldn’t recommended.

This place is trash all they would do is want to get you in and out Youre nothing but a number out this place I wouldnt waste one time nor anybody elses time trying to work here they give you a set amount of hours and then change that as soon as they get a chance

They absolutely dont know where is my trailer, I go 👀by my self. The management is sucks, Im staying from 12 pm and in 11 pm trailer still empty and they tell me its still processing will complain in high instances.Update: they woke me up in 1:30 am drop your trailer on door ..its already on doorThis company is something so stupid people work in hereOver the 12 hours on door and still got nothingWith workers like that -America u will dieIn 3 am they tell me can u move on door 14Its third door when I move trailerLeaving in 5 amI hope and wish this company will close .

I deliver here regularly and it’s hit and miss based on how busy they are. A drop and hook could take 20 min or could take an hour or more. The staff is cool though and rarely have any issues.

They take at least 20 minutes to check in a truck ！

I have never been here but I work at the whse next door so this keeps popping up for review. Dont think its a place that is opened to the public but if Im wrong please let me know.

No microwave 4 drvr. They need a bobtail area because some docks get crowded & limited room to back because of all the bobtails that is parked a few feet in front of they trailers.. it isnt really necessary to be parked by your trailer cause they gonna call u when its ready anyways

This place is an absolute unorganized joke. Dont even mess with a load from this place for anything less than $3.00 per mile there is always headaches with the pick up and deliveries. I think they hire elementary school drop outs to work in the office. The only thing squared away here is security they have there act together. I never have nor will I ever buy LG products.

LG makes LEMONS for refrigerators! Ive owned one for 33 months and had the icemaker serviced twice in the first month. Now after ONLY 33 months the icemaker quit again AND the compressor has gone out. Their customer service reps at the support line cant speak or understand English well enough to be of ANY help. A complete waste of time. LG REFRIGERATORS SUCK!!#LIFE IS NOT GOOD WITH LG REFRIGERATORS!

I loaded Tuesday my appointment was 8 am I got out at 4:30pm unloaded in Bloomington mn on Wednesday 7:30 am and I still have 1 fridge and 1 stove on my trailer Best Buy says it goes to a different door but there was no appointment for it so they wont take it I called the broker 4 times and they dont care I left and called lg and talked to 4 different people and still no answer I guess I will keep them

This place SUCKED! appointment was for 1400. Was told it was ready so we went in.....I know....thats on the broker. BUT. We still never got cut loose until 0200 the next morning. Crowded back there....Probably would turn the load down the next time....

This place doesn’t respect appointment times. Shipping staff rude. Took 7 hours to load 30 refrigerators. I could have done it myself in 30 minutes. Not recommended if you’re on lean HOS. No place to park overnight.

Waited for 4.5 hours to be unloaded. Other drivers stated they have been waiting for a day. Just horrible production. Make sure your appointment time is a definite because u will wait even if you make it early
