I called John at Rapid Computer Repair to have a couple things installed on my sons gaming computer. He was extremely responsive and even picked the computer up that same day! We had it back the next morning, upgraded, clean and checked that everything was working, once he returned it!Great service at a very reasonable price, even though it was a Rush!! Thank you John! About as good as it can get. Located less than 5 min from a Best Buy, so pretty much grabbed the part I needed installed, dropped off and it was done within a hour or so. Will be using for all my computer needs from now on.

John installed my SDD without issue. Cleaned my PC as well. The price was great. I checked prices at other places and they were higher. Not sure if it was because they didnt understand what I needed or if they were trying to rip me off. In any case, John understood and got it done so Im happy with my extra terabyte of storage. Will pay for his services again if I need anymore upgrades installed.

Although he works from home, dont let that discourage you from getting your repair done by him! He knows what he is doing and communicates with you every step of the way. I had a black screen problem with my computer. I got in touch with John at Rapid Computer Repair. I explained the problem and he had an immediate solution with certain repairs. John offered to come to my house, but I elected to go to his, because of my dogs. I dropped my computer off on a Tuesday evening and it was ready the next morning.Now my computer is running faster and I will not hesitate to contact John in the future with any questions or problems.Also his prices are very reasonable. I was surprised it was so inexpensive.
