Chip was amazing! After a power surge, my computer wasnt working. I replaced my power supply but still no luck. I needed help and expertise, and Chip provided that.He tested each component, was in constant contact throughout the process providing feedback and suggestions. He replaced my motherboard and CPU, while keeping my GPU and SSD. He was able to boot up my computer and install the new motherboard drivers so I had no loss of data or applications. It was like nothing had happened.I also brought him a laptop from 2011. It was slow and had poor performance. His testing concluded the hard drive was corrupted, and made a back up of my data and replaced the hard drive. It is now just like new and my files and pictures were still available.Thank you so much Chip, I highly recommend.

Wow! I am blown away! So I have a brand new laptop (only a few months old) that started randomly rebooting on me due to what was apparently a wireless driver issue. I spent several hours sifting through Microsoft help articles trying to repair it on my own with no luck. I decided to give this place a shot. I called and he said he could look at it immediately. I dropped the laptop off and headed back home. I have an older laptop that needed an upgrade so i took it too chip. He did a fantastic job,new battery,new dvdrw drive,new palmrest since mine was cracked plus doubled my ram,all for way less than some of the other people i contacted.
