This company did a great job on my fathers house. Took about 5 hours to finish everything. Peter answered every call and was willing to reschedule many times due to weather. Peter explained everything and how the work would be preformed when he was giving us the estimate. I would recommend his company to my friends.

Work was performed by Anchor, Peter Blain, and I couldnt be happier - Anchor answered all of my questions, kept me at ease during the process, and was on top of every move. Ive had several homes foundations worked on by Mr. Blains Anchor Foundation, this one being the the third. He has always been very professional and done a great job. Thank you Pete for all the great work . I will definitely use you again if I need foundation repairs!

The price was great, and the job they did was excellent. My parents couldnt open a couple of doors in the house, cracks in the bricks and walls. They looked at a few companies and this was the best choice. The guys did a thorough job and cleaned up really well. The day after, all their doors worked with ease.

I was very please with how well they explained the process and its end results! They were very nice to work with considerate and paid attention to details. Did a good job at cleaning up. I am amazed at how good the area looked when they finished.

Called around to get several quotes prior to choosing a company. Anchor had the best pricing and guarante out of them all. The back bedroom in my house had bricks falling off due to being so far out of wack with the other part of the house. Come to find out it was about 2.5 inches lower than the rest of house. The team was very pleasant and diligent. They even replanted a tree that was in the way. After the work was complete you would have never been able to tell that there was anything wrong. I really liked that about 2 months after the work was complete the owner come back and measured again to verify the work was done correctly.

Work was done by Anchor foundation as a condition of buying my home.The side with the work always appeared to be too high. After roughly 3-4 years I decided I needed to have it looked at because it looked strange and seemed uneven. I tried contacting Anchor Foundation first. I contacted them over the phone many times, but I could never get them to come out and look at their own piers.After numerous calls with Anchor foundation I gave up and instead contacted several other companies to look at these piers and give estimates on adjustments. The estimates I received always said that the side of the house with the piers were ~3 inches higher then they should be, and one corner was at 5 inches.Finally I agreed with another company. They dug up around where the piers were placed and knocked off several inches off the piers to allow the house to settle down.

Let me start by saying I have taken down a horrible review which I gave the company 1 star.Now first is first and I can almost agree mr Peter ( owner) can agree with me on this, scheduling and communication is horrible! Definitely needs some work on this aspect of his business. Secondly I want to say mr Peter did in fact, FINALLY, make it out to our home to take new readings, explain thoroughly what his Piers are meant to do, what the house is experiencing AND what to expect In the future with the weather changes and so forth.

SEE FOLLOW UP BELOW: Run, dont walk away from this guy. He may be wonderful at first, but if you have problems, dont count on him to honor his warranty. Even if it says LIFETIME, it isnt. He wont remember who you are, and hell say his wife is sick, hell say you never returned his calls (when in actuality, its him not returning calls). I could go on.FOLLOW UP: The only way we were able to resolve this issue was to take him to court. He didnt bother to show up. We drove 100 miles to show up at court, he couldnt make it from Fort Worth. This review may have been from three years ago, but the problem lasted several YEARS to resolve. (approximately 5) We finally got our money from him AFTER we had to pay someone else to come fix our foundation so we could sell the house. At one point, Mr. Blain even sent us a report on a house that wasnt ours! Not even in the right city! I actually saw him driving by in front of my house one time. About the time he was wanting a letter from me saying the problem was resolved. I live more than 100 miles from him. Sorry Mr. Blain. Its time to retire.Warning, one of the positive reviews is his girlfriend, Janet. Also, he asked me to amend my review on Better Business Bureau, not Google.Its interesting how once he gets online there are suddenly several five star reviews that show up about the same time. Coincidence? I think not.

Although Peter Blain did not work on my personal home, I contacted him about the lifetime warranty he issued on my clients home. He refused to view the home without a fee that was not listed in the warranty plan. He cursed at me and called me a liar. It was a terrible experience.

They did an amazing job and the crew was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Refused to provide me with paperwork on work he performed on a past house. He stated he doesnt have time to provide customer service and then hung up on me. Ive never dealt with someone as unprofessional as this company.

If you have a lifetime guarantee forget it. This company is no longer in business. I reached out about a month ago left a message for Mr. Blaine, several weeks later number disconnected.
