Servpro was great! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They were thorough and knowledgeable about our water damage and got the job done quickly. We got a couple of quotes and ended up paying a little more but they were well worth the money because they came every day to check the equipment and the progress and found more water damage than the other company. I would absolutely recommend them.

This group was excellent to work with. After reading plenty of negative reviews, I was very skeptical of utilizing Servpro. The initial discussions I presented them with my concerns and issues. They were very understanding and under the agreement that nothing would begin or move forward until my insurance approved. Servpro understood and even recommended a 3-way call with insurance. During the mitigation process my insurance sent out a second adjuster. It took the insurance 2 months from completion date to approve Servpros billing. Servpro never once complained or raised the concern of rushing payment status.

ServPro is very professional. We use them to disinfect our units once someone has moved out. All of the employees are very efficient and do a excellent job.

My wife and I had a slow leak from a broken pipe beneath the slab, beneath the toilet. For a while the toilet would leak each time we flushed, but not enough to immediately see. The only tell we had was swollen baseboards. After a while of this silent leak, carpets, baseboards, and drywall were all soaked and, mold was found.Then, enter Mr. Plumber, who served us a ridiculous plumbing bill. To say the least, my wife and I were not excited to spend more $$$ on restoration, not to mention rebuilding. But mostly, we were not excited to get another earful of jargon, that we did not understand and had no way of telling, if it was true. However, that was not our experience at all.Aaron and his crew were extremely informative and did everything they could to salvage as much as they could. Which saved us big $$$$ in the end! Im told by several people, that another restoration company especially the ones that rebuild what they rip out; might have taken more than what was needed. As I thought about it, I realized there wouldnt be anyone to say otherwise....With Aaron and Servpro of Northeast Ft. Worth we felt very confident that, this was not going to be our experience. They took there time telling us every possible detail before they began, and even came over to reexplain to my wife as I did not want to try and regurgitate what they told me. After the very minimal demolition, they sprayed for mold, set up the drying fans, and let us know exactly what would happen next. They came to check the drying process each day until everything was dry.To sum up the service that Aaron and his crew provided, I would say it was honest, efficient, and cost effective! More $$$ in my pocket and language I can understand equals 5 stars in my book

We had a water leak due to an ice maker line break that affected a good portion of our kitchen. Our insurance company recommended we call Servpro of Northeast Ft. Worth. The crew arrived in a very timely manner and were very helpful with explaining the process and options we had available to us to remedy the situation. Kurt, Jake and Dillon immediately began extracting the water that had penetrated below the hardwood flooring and begin drying the wet material so mold would not grow. They came back every day to check to make sure everything was drying properly, I was impressed with how technical the process was. The entire process from beginning to end was handled professionally and efficiently. Kurt was very patient with all of the questions we had. Theyre office handled all of the billing with the insurance company which was a big help since we are out of town a lot. If we ever have a situation like this again (hope not) we will be calling Servpro of Northeast Fort Worth.

The ServePro team came to my house to clean out the ducts and vents for my HVAC system. They did a great job of cleaning them, with no mess in my house. Servrpo stepped up and helped ease a stressful experience. The day my house was going up for sale my hot water heater started leaking while I was out of the house. To make matters worse, it was located in the attic and water leaked down two separate walls.After shutting water off to the house and draining the water heater I tried to figure out what to do. A friend saw my Facebook post and suggested I call Servpro. Their team was able to get out much faster than I expected and gave me options for how to handle the damage. They werent pushy and made sure I understood the outcome of each option.They setup several fans and dehumidifiers for draining/drying out the water. It was shocking to see how much water that was being drained out. It took a few days and a little paint/texturing, but the walls came out like new. I was only delayed putting the house on the market 4 days, and I cant imagine how long it would have taken without Servpro. I highly recommend this team for any water catastrophes!

Servpro was recommended by USAA when we had a dishwasher leak. They did respond quickly and the technician was respectful and professional. However, after the work was done I was harassed daily for over a month for payment even though USAA was still processing the claim. I specifically chose Servpro because of their relationship with USAA. It was very overwhelming to have our kitchen flooded, etc... The last thing I needed was a threatening and hostile phone call every afternoon from their office. I recommend that you be aware that they will expect payment from you and not from your insurance carrier.

The team was meticulous in only tearing out the baseboards, walls, flooring, etc. that needed to be cleared for drying out. Professional at all times.
