I came in with no understanding of the process and they layed everything out in plan terms and got me started. Very nice and efficient from beginning to end. I would recommend if you need a surety bond come see TMD.

Let me tell you something about this guy…. Matt Gonzales is the most helping, most kind and overall most professional person ever!!! He gave me every bit of information I needed for my bond title and I recommend going to see him! BUT WAIT, there’s more… Victoria was a delightful young woman and gave me the best of service.

Id give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Ive used TMD for two motorcycle bonded titles and theyre always super quick. On the second one, our DMV changed an undocumented rule at the last second nearly leaving me completely stranded, but I called TMD about making said minor edit to the bond certificate and Matthew quickly jumped on editing electronic signature into the bond while we were on the phone so I could run to Staples and get it printed out. Super fantastic service.

I visited TMD Surety Bonds not knowing what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, effectively practices social distancing by eliminating and spacing out chairs to 6ft and has quick and courteous service. Matt Gonzales assisted me and got me in and out the door in just a few minutes. (Bonus points for also wearing face protection)

I called them over the phone in panic because my insurance company gave me the run around and was going to charge me an excessive amount without even telling me what a surety bond was.I believe I spoke with Matt over the phone and he ended up helping me in the store when I came in. Amazing service by Matt!I submitted for a bond online at 5P that evening and got my bond by 9A the next day...went to the DMV and had issues and Matt helped me over the phone by talking to the DMV directly over my cell phone telling the DMV how to do their job and saved me a trip over to Ft.
