POOR QUALITY. NOT PROFESSIONAL. NOT RESPONSIVE. POOR VALUE. HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!Please watch out for Doris Johnson! She has a very short memory and does not remember anything she quotes you or tells you. Make sure you get everything in writing! I had a vehicle insured by the Tapley agency. Beginning of a payment, I called to remove a vehicle that was insured through them because I had purchased a new car, was selling the old one and no longer needed theyre coverage. She asked to do a quote for the new car, I agreed. The quote was to high so I said, no thank you, Ill look elsewhere. She then said, well since your cancelling at the beginning of the month and weve already taking your payment, rather than refund you the difference Ill add your new mercedes to your current policy, i wont charge you the difference of the price between both cars just make sure you call us a few days before the end of month so I can remove the mercedes and you dont get charged the difference and this way, youll at least have one month to find a new policy holder. I agreed. So the following month, I called to remove my new vehicle from the policy just as she had suggested I do so, however, her story then changed. She claimed she had never said such thing to me and that she couldnt add a 2020 mercedes to my policy for the same amount that I was paying for the 2012 BMW, she also said that she had told me to call back 2 days after she had added the new car to policy. So basically according to her, she had suggested that I insure my new car with them for two days only and according to her, I agreed to that and to go through all that paperwork, when mind you, Mercedes dealership gives you 48 hours to insure your new car, until then it is covered through them. Long story short, ( somewhat) I fought with her for over a month, I had a shared policy with my brother, they didnt take out the payment for that month, because of my dispute, but the following month, they took out over $700 dollars from my brothers account which I had to reimburse him for later. Hes vehicle is about $120 a month. I had to pay him the difference for that month. I fought with her back and forth for almost a month and each time she kept changing the dates and her story. It was such a headache, I didnt want to deal with her anymore so I asked to speak to Mr Tapley, owner of this agencies. Never received a call back or returned email from him or anyone else. Doris was rude, incompetent, she hung up on me several times and spoke over me in such a rude manner when all I wanted to was to reach a resolution. And because our conversations for the most part where over the phone. I did not have enough proof to demand my money back. I did file I compliant with the bbb but I was still out of more than $500 for less than a month coverage. This was by far the worst experience ever had with any agency. I feel that I was robbed and no one in that office, ever cared to call me back or help resolve this issue. If you do decided to use this agency, for your own safety, please get everything in writing, especially if your getting quotes from Ms. Doris Johnson herself. If I could give them a negative star I would!

After a wreak in December 2019, Allstate’s response time was excellent and I bought a used car within 5 days.

They always do their best to do right by you. Frequently reach out for insurance reviews to ensure your getting all your available discounts.

They employ robo callers to try and gain business. Received a call from a spoofed number and gave them bad information to waste their time. The ended up transferring me to this legitimate Allstate and even called me from their office number afterwards trying to get me to buy insurance! Horrible way to run your business. Pathetic!
