Scam. 0/10. This company wants to take your money. 0 in terms of customer service excellence. I was charged $135 plus dollars since this company added a driver to my policy because we share the same address. I even provided proof of the other driver’s policy, proving that he didn’t belong to my policy and never even used the car of the policy owner (which is me). This company didn’t resolve anything and threatened to terminate my policy if I didn’t pay the full amount plus. Needless to say I will not get a policy with them! They prey after your money taking advantage to raise prices without warning. I provided proof of the other driver’s policy and this company did nothing to give me the refund.

Where to begin.... my mother inherited a house that had home owners insurance with this company for 10 years. My mom kept this insurance up and has continued to do so until today. The first time we had a pipe burst, ruin the carpet in two bedrooms and a hallway they would not cover anything because they said it would have to be $5,000 worth of damage. They wouldn’t file a claim, never sent an adjuster to look, etc. I had to pull all the carpet up myself, and learn to lay tile with the help a handy man. Not to mention having to fix the wall and tile that were around the leak.Fast forward to the day after thanksgiving. A leak was discovered in the bathroom. A plumber had to drill 4 feet under the ground to find the leak in the slab. It had apparently been leaking for awhile but hadn’t surfaced so we couldn’t see it. We again TRIED to file a claim. The first time we called the guy said he would only cover an immediate leak (like the first one we called about?!?) and this one had obviously been leaking for a while because the plumber noticed mold on the dry wall. It probably has but it could not be seen because it was underground. I tried to explain that but he said it wouldn’t be cover and wouldn’t file a claim like the last time we tried. So I called our agent Tammy upset. She told me that the person taking the claim could not tell me for sure if it would be covered and told me to call back and insist on a claim. She told me once the claim was filed an adjuster would contact us within 24 hours. I called back and filed a claim, this time the lady took all the information. However no one contacted us within 24 hours. We called Monday and still didn’t hear back. They still hadn’t called after 4 days of not hearing back, my brother called 4 times before we finally received a call back. Tammy told us that the adjuster would have to come to the house to see the damage before making a decision, but then again she also told us they had to contact us in 24 hours. So today, once my brother was able to talk to the adjuster she flat told us no. She didn’t come visit. She said that it only covered the pipe being fixed, it had to be immediate, and that our deductible was $6,549 (strange because the year before the man who wouldn’t file a claim said it was 5,000). After 15 years of home insurance I didn’t feel taken care of, no one contacted us, we had to repeatedly call and get angry to get a callback, and the fact they wouldn’t send an adjuster either time to look at the damages just topped it all off.I did not feel taken care of after spending thousands on insurance they never took care of us. They would never look at the damages. They refused to file a claim twice. I will tell everyone I know to leave Allstate, you are not in good hands. I will cancel my car insurance Friday once I am off work, why stay with a company that won’t even come look at our damages. I will look at other companies Friday if anyone has any suggestions!

Ive bought car insurance for 30 years now. Ive never been treated so kind in all those years. The people at the agency are fantastic. They took the time to actually explain my insurance. No one has ever done that for me.

Because i cant give them zero stars. The previous comment about staffing changes in the officd is correct. Beware of the window claim policy as it does show up as a claim to every other insurance company and thus increases your rate with them. Things will go good, your prices will go up, and then things will go bad when you decide to change.

We have Allstate Insurance for our home, but had a different company for our cars. Didnt take us long to figure out Allstate was a better choice for both. Thanks to Robert Stine and his staff, we not only save money, we actually enjoy working with them. We can trust them.

They switched office agents and the customer service went down the drain. I have been with this agency for over a year and just switched to another company because the new employee EVA was rude over the phone and does not know how to conduct herself to customers. I do not recommend this agency.

They beat geico and progressive by $600 a month and anytime I have a question or concern and call their office I always get an answer right away. I will never go anywhere else!
