Please do yourself a favor and use any other company for your insurance. This company does not value loyal customers nor will they take responsibility for their short comings. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years bundling policies for auto and homeowners. Over the years I’ve had multiple administrative issues (I would receive my in-laws mail and get my in-laws phone calls even though our policies have nothing to do with each other…) and just recently I was non-renewed WITHOUT notice. Liberty claimed to have mailed a letter (even though I am set up on paperless billing and paperless notifications - didn’t send it certified Mail either), no emails and no calls for confirmation on receipt of this communication. They also had no issue keeping auto pay turned on for a policy that did not exist. I was billed on auto pay 08/16 and then they non-renewed my policy without my knowledge on 08/17. I drove my vehicle around for 3 1/2 weeks uninsured and had no idea. I was able to sign an auto policy (at a premium price because I couldn’t take advantage of early bird signing and was penalized for having a lapse in coverage) with another company only two days before being penalized for not carrying coverage for 30 days. If I had not found out this information, my auto insurance could have been more than my car payment!!! Never in my life have I dealt with a company more unprofessional. The representatives for insurance companies I explained this situation to said this is wrong and Liberty should have been calling or emailing to confirm I had received this notice. No one from Liberty could give me an answer for why I was not called or emailed nor could they tell me why my policy was not renewed. They eventually emailed me a copy of the letter that was sent non-certified mail and it was a one sentence “your policy is not renewed.” No other explanation! After 7 years of giving them my business, what a slap in the face. Your loyalty to this company does not matter!!! Save yourself the true headache and exhaustion and just go somewhere else.

Hired a doctor I never saw to debunk my medical expenses, just so they wouldnt have to be fair to me in my settlement. Absolutely criminal with no morals.

Despite being a loyal customer for over 12 years there is a huge flaw with their computer system when you change card number for payment. As a result policy cancelled, no direct communication and no chance to reinstate in a reasonable manner. Big Big FAIL when you are supposed to be able to depend on a company for which you pay dearly for their services.

If your employer uses this company to handle their workmans compensation policy, find another employer. Theyll send an investigator to your house, while your spouse is fresh our of the hospital & heavy medicated on painkillers & in braces after a major wreck. Theyll have the investigator claim that they need a medical records release signiture, even though a copy had already been mailed, emailed & faxed to the main office; attention to the claim agent who refused to call, email or fax back. I believe they took advantage of my spouses condition at the time & actually had them sign papers that claimed he admitted fault, because the investigator refused to give my spouse copies of what they were signing & claimed to have been in such a hurry that they didnt have time to wait on my spouse to read what they were having them sign. They took advantage of the fact that were average people making it from paycheck to paycheck; they knew we couldnt afford representation to contest what they had done. But I can still tell our story & warn others before they fall victim to a corrupt system.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rates go up and up without explanation even though we had no claims. When we did have issues or questions it was difficult to get anyone to return an email or call. Oftentimes no one ever did. We were with them seven years and it was a terrible experience. Not professional. I would advise to avoid signing with this agent and company. I wish Id cancelled years ago. Overpriced and based on their customer service it would have been a nightmare if we ever had a claim. Did get in an accident once, other drivers fault, called Shukura Hicks for help. She never bothered to return my calls. Luckily other person to blame paid. She rarely returned any messages at all and if she did answers were vague and unhelpful. Horrible experience.

Oh my goodness where do I start. At first super happy with the woman who wrote our policy, but ever since we moved we have been dealing with a head ache. They had someone come inspect my home with no notice and that person could have been shot for trespassing because we didnt know who they were. Then we receive an email with no reasoning they were canceling my policy. Then per recorded conversations and emails I was led to believe I needed to file a claim. So of course trying to do what was right filed a claim. Then today the woman who wrote my policy resends jer statement trying to tell me she said if I felt it necessary to file a claim. She told me to file the claim then the next day informs me the resended the cancelation, but I cant on file a claim. She then has the audacity to tell me I know you want to blame someone but there is no one to blame when in fact I have not blamed a single person only have been trying to get the issue resolved. Now I have a claim that I could have waited till we were settled in our home to file and so of course when renewal comes I am sure they will happily raise our rate. Needless to say when this is resolved we will be changing companies!!!!!!!! On top of all this I had to speak to 4 different people in order to file the claim I was told to file!! So frustrating

The claims process for me has been the worst thing that has ever happened to me in my life literally. Well I guess the break in to my business was the worst but when my insurance company turned their back on me afterwards and was the direct downfall of my business until I closed the doors last month. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company is the 4 largest in the united states and has over 50,000 employees and does not give two ducks about you or your problems unless you are a new customer... Welcome aboard ..

Dont go with this crooked company. Their insured hit me 1/16/18 and a check has not been cut by 1/23/18. Made me wait weeks for a rental car while they played procrastination games and I caught them in 3 outright lies during this period. Finally gave me a rental car and took it back 2/17/18. No transportation, no check. This company will screw you.

This review is not meant for this specific office but to the general company of Liberty Mutual. Someone hit my car, when I try to make the claim, the phone call just never go through, it always go to voice mail, its been 2 month. No body returned any of my phone call and I was not able to talk to anyone except the automated phone system. I believe this company cannot be trusted if they wont even answer your phone call or return any of your voice mail in 2 month.

Been with them for over 3 years and the rate increases 35% on average each year. Our rate almost doubled after our son turns 16. I just dont understand why the rate keeps going up, up, up, up and up!!!! We never file a single claim!! Dont waste your time here!!

Don’t recommend this company have them for home insurance and refuse to pay my claim stating I didn’t take care of my home which is why I have a roof leak excuse me I’m not a roofer and pay for home insurance for situations like this.
