I called seven times to renew my insurance and they keep putting me on hold for more than 10 mins and if I go there is no people there for them to be really busy 🙄

Some of the ladies need to be more familiar with insurance quotes over the phone and give correct info. But one particular lady Adriana is awesome person great friendly person

Some of the girls here are rude as f×××Never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold for about an hour. If you ever want something done, just go to to the office because you will never get what you want over the phone. Ive already made 15 calls to this place in less than 1 hour and have been put on more than 30 minute hold the 2 times I was answered.

Worst Customer Service EVER!-Neglect Calls b/c the office girls are lazy-Terrible Phone etiquette, the girls are rude and do not call back-This business could be doing so much more in growth, but the employees are definitely hurting them. I would fire every one of them at this location and tell them to go get some experience and learn some manners in the work placeI called them 18 times in one day and they put me on hold for 25 mins, said they would call back in 15, and never did. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME.

I attempt to pay my insurance by phone and get hung up on, left on hold, and flat out ignored! Worse customer service ever!!!!

Worst insurance ever. My insurance was suppose to be $69 a month and they are trying to charge me over $200. And when i call no one ever answers there phone it just rings ive called for three days straight and still no answer. Dont get this insurance.

The staff answered each of my questions, the lady who attended to me, made everything easier for me with her attitude in general, a very good decision on my part, gone to the party, Insurance, thank you.

When I come the attention is pretty good, the girls are nice but now its 9:17 and they still do not open the doors. It came at 9 to my work. I asked for 30 minutes to arrive late but apparently its going to be longer.
