The excellent team in the office has done it again! This time I am here to give a huge shout out to Anna in Cheryl Stewarts office.  I was having a major issue with the repair center Id chosen to fix my car and had to quickly get in touch with claims and the tow truck driver in order to choose another repair shop...because of this last minute change along with most repair shops being  very busy due to the recent hail storms weve had, I was having trouble finding a repair center to get my car fixed and stay under the amount of time limit I have under my rental coverage. Working with claims, Anna was able to alleviate my frustration and get everything handled for me, including getting in touch with the tow company to give them the new location (I couldnt reach them no matter how many times I tried).I have been with State Farm for almost 40 years. Due to a hardship with my mothers health I was able to get my drivers license when I was 15 years old therefore my mother put me on her policy with Jerry Bohn in Decatur at that time. Since then Ive been with a few agents and they have always been good. With that said I have been with Cheryl Stewart State Farm for just over eleven years now and they have always gone above and beyond to help me with any issues that may arise and I just want to say THANK YOU and keep up the fantastic work. Cheryl Stewart and her office staff are wonderful it’s just the company they work for will do anything to get out of paying claims. We filed a claim March of 2019 on our roof for wind and hail damage,. We have shingles missing in 5 different places have tarps over 2 places now over a year. We ended up having to get separate appraisers then went to an umpire and he ruled that the roof needs to be replaced. Since then all of the houses around us have had their roof replaced.The next step is we will have to go to court moral to the story I would recommend any other insurance company I am going back to AAA they were great I wish I wouldn’t have switched because they were a little cheaper

Anna, did a follow-up call with me to insure my needs had been met in my accident on 20 July. It was much appreciated! When I called in to report the incident, I connected with a lady with a Russian name from Puerto Rico who lives in Georgia. She made the arrangements for the Auto Body Shop and the Rental Car. She walked me through all the steps and answered questions for ~ 30 minutes. Being my first time to make a claim like this was an uneasy feeling for me. State Farm took care of everything.
