I am disappointed because I have been paying for full coverage on my car and I asked for rental and road side services and this whole time I did not have it. Now that my car is in the shop after a deer ran into my car, it is costing me 160.00 dollars per week, and I can not pay for my car payment because of this, but no one wants to own up to it. Why would I not want to get the two extra coverage for my 2020 car and the insurance company is taking there time to contact the body shop and now I have to wait another week and another 160.00 and. 56 cents per mile and so I am stuck at home. Not happy.

Ladies were very welcoming as soon as I walked in. Both greeted me at the same time. Josie took care of me. Took her time in finding me the cheapest quote I had in years. Will be back to add my other vehicles

Also, Stephanie goes above & beyond every time I need something! She & everyone on staff there have always been professional, friendly & they quickly take care of my needs. They can help you with most insurance matters over the phone & online, including payments & allowing customers to sign documents electronically which is extremely convenient (especially during Covid). I highly recommend Altima Insurance to anyone who needs insurance.

They take advantage of people. My mom went to make a payment after it lapses because they changed the due date and didnt inform us after renewing the policy. My mom went in to add my brother and drop a car off the policy. Instead they took her payment (including the payment for the car I no longer own) and said they would refund it for the next month. And did not add my brother so now I cant add him without paying them another $200!They are ridiculous!!!! This place is a joke.

One particular employee is very rude all the time. I literally hate going there her attitude is always the same.
