I called Parker 1st & was told 3-4 hour wait for an emergency type tow for our vehicle. I called Blue Eagle & was told 45 minutes! They were there before the quoted time as well as cheaper! If Im ever in need of any type towing service, I will definitely be calling Blue Eagle again! Very friendly & professional service! Thank you driver #53 ( didnt get his name) Awesome job!

Extremely professional and kind. My driver, Ozzy, arrived WAY ahead of schedule, and was very pleasant. He was kind and welcoming to my son, and turned our bad situation into a positive experience. My 3 year-old son was afraid and unsure about what happened to our car, and Ozzy made the whole thing cool and fun for my him. That is the type of service you cant put a price on. Thank you so much. I called for a tow and the dispatcher said she would send a truck. I sat in the hot car for an hour, because I was waiting for the truck. So I called again. The person who answered this time said it would still be about three hours, because when I called before it was a four hour turn around time. I had absolutely no idea it would take that long. The first dispatcher absolutely did not tell me anything about how long the wait would be. So I had someone pick me up and left the car. Two hours later I got a call from the police doing a welfare check because someone had reported my abandoned car. It was so embarrassing. All of this could have been avoided if they would have told me how long a wait it would be when I called the first time. I could have called someone else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Blue Eagle and their veil of family owned is a great joke if they werent gleefully sticking it to the poorest members in society by charging excessive fees, ridiculous costs, and completely just making help inaccessible. Dont use this company and avoid anybody that they partner with.The lone star is the kindness the ladies in the office have. Its obvious management wants them to be underpaid while serving people in desperation.

Arrived before the promised time and was pleasant and professional.

Wife had a flat tire and after using the “fix a flat” from the car manufacturer we noticed it was a sidewall puncture. When we called to have it towed to Belle Tire I spoke with a young lady (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) who was nice and understanding of the situation took the time to look up the travel and how much it would be and have us a quote and time frame of 90 mins for when they could be out there. They were almost literally on the dot arriving in the allotted time frame. Lenny was awesome and took good care of my wife’s car and was just a good person to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our van broke down in New Haven near Fort Wayne in route from RI to CA. Robert from Blue Eagle saved the day. He was so incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. He went above and beyond and helped us out of a very difficult situation. If we had not met him, we would have never been able to continue our road trip. The company I work had a driver visit our facility to do some work. He took a video and added a PG13 “comedy bit” to it and posted it on Tik Tok. Be careful if you don’t want to be famous on the internet.

They were fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They took amazing care of my car; the place they were doing drop off at didnt have a drop box for my keys so they held them and delivered them the following morning so that my car would be safe. 10/10 best towing company in fort wayne.

I got stuck in the pit at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy lube called these guys and I’m not sure who I was going to be dealing with. All I know is that they made sure to take care of my car and not cause any damages. And then after, the tow truck guy and I talked in the lobby about personal life and it was really nice because the last thing I expected was to get stuck when trying to get an oil change 🤣 thank you guys! And thank you to the “papa bear” for chit chatting with me for a bit while Jiffy Lube finally got to change my oil lol. Keep up the great work!!

Well being that the tow was only 6ft at best,I think the pricing was a bit high.they charged towing price to move a forklift that was stuck in soft gravel (150.00) & I think it was to much.I think 75.00 would of been fine.

The young man that answered the phone and took my info was rude. And he was very rude when u asked how long it was going to take. Like I shouldnt have even asked. I almost canceled my tow...the tow driver was great. Maybe that young man should take a lesson from the old school before he answers another call.

Im a Long Haul trucker and I had a few injectors lose seal just south of Fort Wayne. They had a heavy haul truck to me within 30 minutes and I was proud to see it. I had my dog with me and it was a cold night. The driver let us sit in his truck warming up while he got the truck hooked up. During the tow he was an extremely safe driver and even helped me get my truck signed into the freightliner shop and called a cab for me when the tow was complete. I highly recommend this company and I believe the drivers name is Shane.

Was almost run down by one today in Grabill. They need to slow down and respect other drivers.

We broke down when it was below zero and snowing. Their tow truck pulled behind my car and seen we had 2 young children in the vehicle . We got charge a 65$ hook fee and another 21 dollars to go 6.5 miles. I called and spoke to their dispatch who told me i was lucky because that was cheap. 86$ to go 6.5 miles is cheap????Well thT 85$ was grocery money so my kids had to eat ramen noodles for a entire week . Early Oct 2020 my son had my car towed by Blue Eagle Towing Fort Wayne. It needed to be put on skates because the key Fob was malfunctioning. After at least 2 hours and 2 tow trucks, even after being told what was needed by Cadillac roadside they did not have the correct equipment. It took a while. So finally hours later they get it to the dealership. Now it’s the middle of the night, while unloading the car from the flatbed the driver Austin decided to bounce the bed up and down to get the car to roll off the end of the flatbed. It was difficult to move the car because the wheels were locked. He was told and could clearly see that there was very little clearance and advised not to do his maneuver without a block for additional clearance or it was going to damage the car. The front of the car repeatedly slammed into the bed of the truck damaging the front bumper and causing gaps in the body panels. Austin admitted to the damage and I was told by Mark the manger that Austin would have to pay for it. The owner Chris and Manager Mark told me to get an estimate. After getting the estimate the owner Chris refuses to take any responsibility and will not provide his insurance company info. I would never use this company and if I were you I would immediately call someone else if this is the company your roadside assistance wants to send. Do not ever trust them with your vehicle! These are very unethical people running the company.

Was quoted $120 for a 20 minute tow. Maya gave me no information about how long the wait would be if there was one, which there was. After half an hour of waiting I called again to see what the wait time or hold up was and was told there was a two hour wait but the guy could get to me in about 15 minutes. Waited another half hour after that call and cancelled the tow. Funny cause ten minutes after I cancelled the tow truck guess who showed up. Great communication skills and great way to run a business.

The driver that came out to move my car was awesome went on and above the tow to put the car behind my house in the only place to work on it. Blue eagle towing will be the only tow company I will use now because of the treatment I was given by the driver.

They came a little late but apologized. Had me to sign an agreement not liable for further damage to my vehicle. I did see the damage during putting my var on flat bed. Dropped me off and brought my keys.

It may have had to wait for a little bit, but they were also the only company out of the first 5 locksmiths I called to be able to help me get into my locked vehicle. They were also friendly and professional.

My brake line was leaking and called Blue Eagle to tow my truck this morning. They were super professional and pleasant on the phone and in person, and very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend!

Normally when you get your truck towed you have to wait like an hour and a half and then the guy that usually comes is kinda scary. They were at my house in like 15 minutes. Brandon was the FUNNIEST nicest guy. I genuinely wish the car ride was longer. I laughed so hard the whole way to the repair shop. Ashton who answered the phone was a little ray of sunshine. I’ve never had an experience like that and hopefully I never have to deal with car troubles again. But they made it easy and quick. 10/10 would recommend.

Called for a lock-out on a 25 year old truck at 10:30 at night. My wallet was inside, so I couldnt wait until business hours. They were professional and prompt. Also, the cost was significantly less than the other quotes we received. 100% recommend!!

It was my first time having to get our family car towed, so we had no idea what was in store. The driver who received our call was amazing for just his 2nd day of working. Called for a tow was told someone was on their way over a hour later I called back and asked for a ETA and was told they were about 2 1/2 hours out then after my disappointing phone call they cancelled my tow without notifying me! I waited 2 hours for a tow and had to call another provider!
