Had a radiator put in my vehicle by Chris, a couple days later antifreeze was pouring out my car so I took it back. He kept my car for about a week and claimed he didn’t see where antifreeze was leaking, on and off I would notice antifreeze dripping and tried reaching out but no response. I sent my car to the dealership and I am replacing my radiator again 6 months later. I called, texted, and left a message at his shop for Chris asking him to let me know where the radiator was purchased from so I can at least take the radiator back and get a new one and he ignored all messages. I’ll be calling BBB and the courts to file a claim

BEWARE CHRIS TOWING DOES NOT STICK TO THEIR INITIAL PRICE. Called them to pull my van out of the mud. Estimated $50. Upon arrival they said $85 to get it out. The van was in a tight spot at a tough angle and they managed to pull it out after several tries which I was grateful for. They then requested $165 for the job after telling me it would be $85. They arrived and left within half an hour. There was no reason for that much of an upcharge. I almost wanted them to put the van back in the mud. Almost.

We were stuck at frank park. Tried calling a few places all 2hr waits. He said half an hour and got there before hand. He was so quick and a good spirit. Thank you again so much. ♥️

I had an amazing experience getting my bus fixed at this repair shop. Chris and the fellas went above and beyond from the second i called and needed a difficult tow and several little and medium repairs.The price was very fair and i was overall happy with the Communication, Punctuality, and desire to get what i needed taken care of done.As i told him, he has definitely restored a long lost faith Ive had in repair shops due to misleading information and unfair pricing that Ive experienced before.I will definitely be back to do more business with him. Ive found my mechanic for sure!

The owner, Chris, came to tow my my car. He got there fast, and had it in the air in no time at all. It was the quickest tow Ive ever had and the nicest tow Ive ever had. I will be going back next time I have any car trouble!

Excellent Service! This was the second time we have needed a tow for a visiting family. The first time the vehicle broke down on I 69. AAA sent Chriss towing and they did an excellent job. Now after examination by a dealer, it needed towed to our home. Called Chriss and Ozzie did an excellent job. He grabbed the vehicle in Ft Wayne and got it to our home in Churubusco at a very fair price and in excellent time. He was very professional, kind and now that the company has done so well, we would highly recommend Chriss for towing. I had the best experience ever with this company. I called for assistance on a Saturday afternoon and Ozzy came out immediately (within less than an hour of calling) and dropped my car off to the tire shop. Thanks to them my car was able to be fixed within hours and had ot back same day. Extremely professional and will use them again. Also checked their shop to see if they were available to help me same day. He went above and beyond!

Ready to leave work and the fuel pump on the minivan died. These guys came out and hauled me and my ride to their shop, dropped the fuel tank, installed the new pump, and had me on my way in a few hours. Very reasonable prices on towing and labor. If I have anymore issues in the Fort Wayne area again these are the people I will call.

Ozzy was the driver. He arrived earlier than his anticipated ETA and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service if anyone needs a tow.

UPDATE:So I just got a call basically threatening about my review. Really professional. Communication is key, and it wasnt there during the process. Eventually I found out where the car was, but I stand by my original rating soley based on the lack professionalism and customer service. Chris told me that he doesnt give a damn about the customer and it shows. He also told me that they get down how they live around there, which is basically a threat where I come from. Little does he know all of my phone calls are recorded. Junk the car and keep your threats.___Original Review___If I could give 0 stars I would. WHERE IS MY CAR?! Went to pick it up and its not there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
