The gentlemen who took care of us in store and at home where very respectful and timely with their install and professionalism. I tried to help with what I could to make it easier on their install and they worked with me on how I wanted things moved around. Everything works after their inspection and everything is in perfect order. When I need the remainder of our appliances they will be who I call.

We shopped around Fort Wayne with a specific refrigerator in mind. We shopped the big box stores and finally went here last. Not only did they have the best price, they actually included delivery/setup/take away of the old one as well as a part of the price when others did not. They were friendly, not pushy at the store whatsoever, and did a great job with the install/removal making sure everything was perfect before they left. Cant ask for anything more.

I have been dealing with Sandpoint for a number of decades and have had nothing but positive experiences, each and every time. The staff is courteous, helpful and the service is great. Above all, they are people of integrity and very knowledgeable about that which they sell. You may find what appears to be lower prices at the Big Box stores but, in the long run, I have always felt dollars-ahead when Ive purchased from Sandpoint. I would highly recommend them for TVs and appliances.

Called to see if a better antenna would help our reception. Dale called back and made an appointment to come out the next afternoon.He called to let us know he was on his way. I was expecting him to come out and give us a quote. Then wait for the installation. When he arrived he took the time to try a new antenna in the attic as well as outside while I tested different stations.When we got the best reception he installed it!All this at a very reasonable price.Wish I had called them years ago!

Karen gave great customer service & Mike our technician was absolutely amazing. Kind, curteous and caring. As for a technician he was equally as great! He wasted no time and got us back up and running with dry clothes within no time at all! Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work was superb. Our LG tv guit working and I call the LG phone number. They gave me three places I could call. Sandpoint had the highest rating and they didnt disappoint.They were courtious and friendly on the phone and set an appointment for me for the next day.Our repairman, Dale, called to let us know he would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived slightly ahead of time and fully prepared.We are very happy with Sandpoint and with Dale. I would call them again and I would recommend them.

I have to say I cant even tell you how wonderful they were. They were professional they were fast and they did not overcharge me. Their service was 10 star if I could give it to them. They fixed my LG oven which was not working for a good year. I cant tell you how grateful I am to the company. I would recommend them to anybody I totally trust them.

They are fantastic! They brought my RCA Victor TV from 1956 back to life when no one else would even look at it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Sandpoint has always been our go to store for any appliances we have ever needed. The staff always gets you what you want/need and the repairman always knows his stuff! Never had an issue in over 25 years.

Very nice people but they had my smart tv for two months and could never get the part to replace it. I was trying to give my business to a small, local company first, but they did not have the capability to fix my television.
