Several years ago Brook-Mill performed a reasonably priced repair on my Hitachi TV so when I had a problem with my LG dryer, I was pleased they were an authorized LG repair shop. About three months ago Brook-Mill sent James to repair my gas dryer. It needed a new electrical component. James was prompt, courteous, and professional. He fixed the problem and provided general service as well, including inspecting the belt and giving the unit a good cleaning. Im working with Jared at this time to come up with the best solution for my LG dishwasher... repair or replace. Thanks to Brook-Mill for your good service.

Excellent in following CDC recommendations-repair tech wore mask and booties. Had wipes and wiped down everything he touched on refridgerator. Had own floor coverings to place needed tools on for job.Second time we have used this business and will gladly keep on using them for their expertise with LG appliances. Efficient service.

I had the infamous Samsung fridge ice buildup hitting the fan noise problem that is well known on the internet amongst owners. I tried all the normal solutions and when Brookmill came out they did most of the simple manufacturers recommended steps which will help in long run but didn’t fix problem. The Brookmill guy then told me that he recommended replacing the main circuit board. No one on the internet had suggested this on the normal Samsung user boards. Once I had Brookmill replace the board it finally fixed this horrible problem! Brookmill is great!

I have had to call about my Samsung dishwasher and Jared has gone above and beyond to resolve the problem. Jared is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I can’t express the awesome service we have received from Jared. He is simply amazing! We need more people like Jared!

I had an LG repair scheduled on my refrigerator. Brook Mill called to ask if they could do the repairs a day earlier than what it was set for. Jared was very nice and helpful. He completed the repairs on my refrigerator in a timely and professional manner. I also want to recommend LG refrigerator they were exceptionally helpful as well and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. Going forward if I ever have any appliance repairs needed covered under warranty or not. I am calling Jared at Brook Mill Appliance. Mitchell W.

Best Samsung partner service and I recommend going to Brook-Mill. They were able to accommodate and scheduled same day to fix my Dishwasher. Jared and Denny were the people I worked with, fixed the issue within few minutes. Great Work!!

I had a warranty claim that they were supposed to come and inspect. They did not. They had me text them a picture. They told the manufacturer that there was physical damage. There absolutely is not. Now, the manufacturer will not warranty my repair. Someone was supposed to come and reinspect it, never showed. $1K+ tv, had it less than a year, and now its a paper weight.

Our LG fridge quit working on May 1st. When we called LG, they recommended A&E factory service. The appointment was for a week later. They showed up and told us it needed to be on for at least 6 hours. So we had to make another appointment for a week later again. They cancelled 3 times and had to wait another week for another appointment. The guy shows up again May 23rd, and starts working on the fridge and tells us labor isn’t covered and we had to pay a diagnostic fee and that we still owed $291. He couldn’t finish the fridge because he didn’t have the compressor. So we waited another 10 days for our next appointment - which was June 3rd. They cancelled. Made the next appointment for June 4th only for them to never show up or even cancel!!!! My husband called LG and told them we want someone else. Within a couple hours, Brookmill emailed my husband and called him. Jared asked my husband what’s a good day to come and he told him this Friday which is today. They just left and our fridge is fixed and running after 36 days. Highly recommend these guys - respectful, super nice, knew what they were doing!!!!!!!! I can’t say enough nice things about this company!!!!!!!

Do NOT use these people. Wanted to charge me $200 for an $85 replacement part, but that wasnt even what ticked me off. After the technician left I found that the he had forgotten to plug the fan in on the inside of my refrigerator. Had I not taken his work apart and found it immediately, it would have led to more service fees, and more replacement parts. Contacted the manager to request a partial refund for the service fee and was told that because I hadnt requested a repair after the diagnostic, he couldnt help me. In other words, its ok that they left my refrigerator in worse shape than it was before he got there, because he hadnt fixed anything anyway. Disgusting.

Samsung sent out a repair person to look at a cosmetic manufacture defect. The repair person said cosmetic repairs in the service industry are taboo and rarely get completed? After a few days of his submission they rejected and said it was shipping damage, which it clearly wasnt. They did offer to replace the piece for double the price of a new unit. They will not sell you parts either, not helpful.

Wow, what a terrible experience.... I took my Fender Blues Junior guitar amp into Brook-Mill because thats where Guitar Center sends their repair jobs. Thought Id cancel out the middle-man. My first encounter with a woman behind the counter at Brook-Mill was incredible; I have never been treated so rudely. She did not look up when I entered - there was no one else in the place - and she never even acknowledged my presence until I said hello, at which point she stopped what she was doing on her computer and turned to me so I could see she was holding a phone to her ear. She shouted, Im on the phone!!! to me in a way that made me want to just walk out immediately. Unfortunately, I waited. When she was ready, I explained the problem with the amp to her. Things were written down, etc. Four days later, they still had not looked at it. When they did call back, I picked it up, paid for it, took it home, and it did not work - horrible humming noise. I took it back - of course they were puzzled, as Its such an easy circuit. They took another three days before I called. They were just now looking at it, and it works now. Picked it up, took it home. Smoke and noise at a gig. I was frustrated. I took it back. Waited three more days. Called again. This time, it was just an old tube that had blown. It works now. I went in, picked it up, took it to a rehearsal, and one of the pre-amp tube sockets just kept frying tubes. I went through three tubes in 10 minutes - in the same tube socket they had replaced!! They had evidently just replaced the tube without checking to see what had blown it in the first place. Incredibly incompetent. Finally, I took some advice from some musician friends and took it to Sweetwater, but this is after wasting three weeks and $160...avoid this place!!! BTW - if this review site would allow NO STARS, I would have rated it that way.

Dropped off a Pioneer head unit to have a fuse replaced and was told it would take a couple days to repair. 5 business days later they hadnt even looked at it. When I explained that I had my entire dash torn apart waiting for it to be fixed the guy on the phone (Jared Yorke) RUDELY told me then come in and pick it up. Worst customer service I have experienced in many years. I wouldnt have them repair a toaster. Sad when people like that who are dealing with the public arent smart enough to realize that customers are basically signing their paychecks...

My Samsung dryer had the ignitor die in warranty. Phil came out and looked at it, ordered parts and made us a priority so we could get back to washing our clothes. He went above and beyond by creating a ticket for an annoyance with our microwave that was apparently fixed with some new parts which he got to us a few days after the dryer fix. Very friendly and courteous, by far the best warranty experince Ive had.

I have a 50 Toshiba LED tv that wasnt getting any power. I scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time and repaired this a lot quicker than I expected, the technician was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to other people to use.

We had a piece of plastic fall in an inaccessible place in our oven and ignite. Brook-Mill was able to schedule a technician the next day. Phil came out, determined there was no damage (just a bit of a mess) and in a little while we were ready to go again. The service call charge was a lot less than I expected.

I have a Samsun refrigerator that stopped cooling. after placing a warranty call to Samsun I got a call form Brook-Mill, the service tech came out and looked at the machine. he ordered some repair parts from Samsung and we scheduled for completion service . he was right on time, had every thing he needed to finish the service and even brought towels to lay on the floor as it was snowing outside and he didnt want to make any mess. I am impressed. I was kept informed all the way through the service and the scheduled appointments were met right on time.
