Employees were friendly and very good at multitasking thiers load of customers. The young lady that helped me was helping other people while she waited on my fax to go through. It was awesome to see thier team go the extra mile. The employees communicated and helped each other out. All this I recognized in my short visit. Its a bit more expensive to shop here but the service exceeded. It was comfortable, quick and pleasant. Thank You.

Tried to get a key cut I had ordered. They wouldnt cut it, they wanted to be able to charge me $70 to sell me a key.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by a nice young gentleman named Blane. I was not sure what kind of hardware I needed for a small repair in my home, but he informed me of my options and helped to select the items best for my needs. Additionally, he helped carry my items to my car.

It took me three trips to get the right person to get me the right parts that I needed. They need better help.

Needed to fax some papers, this was only place in Southgate area that offered the service. All personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The store wont last much longer their prices are outrageous we went to Walmart right after shopping at Connollys and could not believe the price difference but it is hard for anyone to compete with Walmart

This hardware store has things that you cant get at the big hardware stores not all of my trips were the best but overall its a pretty good place to go

My go to for home improvement needs. Always get great help from the staff, and there is still a high level of knowledge here that I no longer find with Lowes and Menards employees.The store is on the smaller side but well stocked, and it is still rare for me to need to go elsewhere for most of my needs.

Every time I need help with a project, I go to Do It Best. They are a local hardware store in every sense of the word, and multiple employees have gone out of their way to help me with everything from car keys to watch batteries to plumbing and electrical projects. They always make time to assist me, and they stand behind their products.

Its one of the good places to get your Key made in town, the employees always nice and helpful. I always get my Key made there when I need another copy.
