This is the most unfriendly bunch of people that have ever been in business. I told my sister not to ever go there. You tried to rip me off 15 years ago when I was returning a rental truck because they thought that the originator of the rental agreement didn’t charge me enough.My sister went there and bought a sprinkler. It is defective. And you did nothing but give her a hard time and you wouldn’t refund her money because she didn’t keep the box. It was defective. She only had it three days. You also said you would not refund the money because she used it. That’s how she found out it wasn’t any good.You need to close the doors.You are doing three notsYou are not helpful.Your are not knowledgeableYou are not always friendlyYou are a disgrace to the city of FtWayne

This store is my friendly neighborhood convenience store when I don’t want to drive to the big box stores. They carry great brands of paints and stains too!

Although its not very close to where I live now, I still stop by for gardening supplies. They always have a beautiful selection of flowers and vegetables. Very reasonable pricing.

This place is alright they have out dated supplies, tool, parts, fixtures, ect. You can clearly tell the stuff isnt bought often, updated, rotated...But my biggest pet peeve, is just to walk around an just look.. all the associates are try to be helpful but its too much just by being in the store for 20- 30min I got asked 9 times if they could Help me find something or asked directly what Specifically am i looking for.Witch was very nice an helpful at first but by the same employee asking me for the 3rd time i was becoming irritated... then when i told them i was fine they went about following me around the store, to each isle i went to... so by that point i had, had enough an saved the money I was going to spend an took it else where... Definitely dont appreciate being treated like i was going to steal...Do not appreciate being treated like that, will not be going back.Will take my money to a place that treats me like a respectful customer. Help me when i ask and leave me the hell alone when i dont need it!Will not be going back!

My wife and I visited this store because of its convenient location to my mother in laws house. We were working to install a new sink and needed supply lines for a new faucet. Upon entering the store, the cashier asked if we had a mask to wear. I explained I could not wear a mask as I suffer from stress related anxiety. She dismissed my statement and we headed to the plumbing section.A male sales associate then approached me and asked if I had a mask. I again explained why I could not wear one and he stated everyone was required to wear one. After about five minutes of him repeatedly pulling the incorrect parts from the shelf, he said I should wait up front while he brings me the parts I was looking for. He didnt even know what the correct parts were for a sink supply line connection, so I asked him exactly how that would work when he obviously didnt know what I was looking for. After he asked for the third time about a mask, I decided to take my business and money to Lowes. So much for the friendly home town hardware store. It wont be the big box store that puts Connelys out of business, it will be there outstanding customer service.

Typically I go here for quick or small items. They were able to make me a replacement key today from a broken one.

Pretty good place to get quick parts and tools for the job when you forgot to bring a thing or two. Theyre all over the place, so theyre easy to get to, and they all have most of the same stuff, so you always know what theyre likely to have.

Came in asked for a certain part for my sink. Girls said yes let me find someone to help you. Waited and waited and no one ever came. So I said screw it grabbed something else I needed and went to the checkout. Not only did she not send someone to help me but she clocked out and left. The worst customer service ever! Ill stick to driving to ace in Auburn or do it best in New haven before Ill come to this place or recommend it to anyone ever again!!

I took my line trimmer here a couple months ago because it wasnt running and had a great experience having the carb replaced. This time I was picking up a leaf blower that simply and obviously needed a fuel line replaced and told them that was the work I wanted done. When I dropped off the blower a young kid stated they had a new policy and required a $20 deposit because people werent picking up their stuff;ok. When I went and picked it up they were keeping my deposit as a diagnosis fee and I owed $7 for the line replacement. When I talked to the service rep his remedy was to talk to the kid and make sure he knew the policy and was explaining it from now on (which does nothing to resolve my issue). His other response thats how mechanics work also was not satisfying. Had I known there was going to be a $20 charge I would have simply asked for the line and quickly replaced it myself. I must have had placed some extra trust in them from my previous experience.

Rip-off artists. Dont try and buy any power equipment like chainsaws or leaf blowers from them. They refuse to sell it to you new in the box. Instead, they demand that you buy an item already open and sitting on a shelf. This is so they can take the items Stihl includes in the box, like safety glasses, and restock them for sale. If you are lucky, they might dig out an owners manual if you ask?!?! Their excuse is we dont want people reselling them and shipping them to Europe! What a joke.If you spend $250+ dollars on a piece of power equipment, you darn well deserve it to be new in the box with all the items! This store absolutely outright refuses to do that. It cost them a customer!

Their staff is top notch and treats you like family. They are always there to help and very knowledgeable. This location has everything I need when working around the house or restoring my old Volkswagen at a competitive price.
