This is my 2nd review and I still give it 5 stars!! I moved to Fort Smith a little over a year ago and this was the salon I went to. The ladies are very nice and their work is amazing. I have not tried another salon, they are that good.

Ive went there plenty of times before but doubt I will go back after today. My daughter and I went there to get our nails done. My sister and my niece also showed up while I was there to get their nails done. They waited over an hour and a half without being waited on. People who came in after my sister were taken back to get their nails done while my sister and niece waited. Finally after an hour and a half and at least 4 people who came in after her were able to get their nails done, my sister and niece left. I dont know why yall ignored her but its unacceptable.

Cathy did an amazing job on my pedicure. My feet were in a state when I came in and now this is the best they’ve looked or felt in a long time. I’ve lived in the area a little over two years and I think I have finally found my new nail salon

Gel Fill, young lady did a great job!

They are very detail-oriented & dont get in a hurry. They also have water, wine, & beer.

Did blue flames for prom and they came out looking AMAZING!! I definitely recommend

My 3rd visit with Mia, & she does an awesome job. She is great with idea, when it comes to designs. It took me a few years to find someone, and I am pleased thus far.

Cathy is great. I love having her do my pedi/mani. She is so sweet and does a beautiful job on my nails. Very nice and clean salon.

I love it here, Im picky on when I get my nails done and if I dont like a job done then I dont return. They always do an amazing job!!

VERY unhappy on my first visit here. Won’t go back. Nail edges are rough and unpolished. Acrylics immediately look like the were done a few days ago....like they are already growing out. Toenails had tiny hairs left in the wet polish. The massage that comes with the pedicure was a joke. Technician wasn’t focused....kept looking away and talking to others.

Very professional, kind and informed. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I would recommend to anyone who loves a good mani and pedi! Go see my girl Kim, she will take care of you.

After I had a awful experience at another nail shop Ive been tried it out. Theyre attentive and friendly and they did an amazing job on my full set. Everything is very clean AND modern. If the shellac starts to peel within a week of your visit, theyll fix it for free!

This was my first time at the salon. I was pleased that they were open early and was available for a walk in. Service was prompt and hygienic.

They are very clean ! professional work ! best pedicure I have had very had!

The whole overall experience was relaxing and not stressful at all. Whats more, the prices are super modest! I will be going back to see them from now on because I loved their work.

Loved my nails. They looked great right up until my next visit. They were very helpful and recommended a specific treatment and polish for my nails all within my budget.

While my nails were nice a couple days later they started to break and pop off

I didn’t have a great experience here, I was a “walk in” customer around 6:30 PM for a pedicure. They had plenty of workers available and started right away. I requested a French pedicure. The polish used by the salon did not dry. I was kept there for nearly two hours while they tried to apply various top coats and light to get the polish to dry. I had a few other errands to run, so I ended up leaving but the nails still were not dry. I went home and wanted to shower, but I couldn’t without ruining the $35 pedicure. I went to bed and my sheets ended up sticking to the still wet nails... I’ve never had an experience like this! Unfortunately, I was traveling the next day and one nail had completely lost its polish and my big toe was messed up. I’m not sure what type of polish they’re using - but under no circumstances should it take over 8 hours to dry. It was a waste of money, and I had to pay another salon to fix my polish.

I called to make an appointment at 10 am, they didnt get us in until almost 11 am. When I called to make the appointment I let them know what we were needing and told them we had gift certificates to use. Once we received the pedicures, they would not honor $90 worth of gift certificates bought less than 2 months before. The new owner finally gave me half the amount $45. Not good business and will not be back.

I called and set an appointment over the phone 4 days in advance for 3 pedicures for Saturday, the day before mother’s day. My appointment was at noon I walked in 5 min till and all of their chairs full!! They told me just a few mins. 30 mins. Later I was still waiting! I only had a baby setter for a few hours I made a appointment for a reason if this place didn’t honor appointment they should have told me the day I made the appointments I will never go here again I left and another spa got me and my other 2 pedicures in and they will now have my business from now on!! Very upset with this place...

Horrible experience. nail tech clipped the edges OFF my nails and they looked terrible. they looked like half an octagon. she didnt even ask me what shape i wanted. then a different tech painted my nails with shellac and i had to go back an hour later because the top coat didnt cover all my nails..if i could give this nail salon negative stars, i would. definitely not going back and i would not recommend it.
