I went there with my brother he was looking for a work van . I began looking at the vehicles. We met with sales man Trevor he was friendly and helpful and very professional, he knew his product very well. I liked the Lincoln MKZ I had to have it. I test drove the car and was very satisfied with the way it drove . I also spoke with manager Mark who was great to work with . I found both Trevor and Mark to be honest, professional and very helpful. They were able to get me the best price for the vehicle, Mark worked very hard to get me the most for my trade and he did . I took the deal and am very pleased with it. It was a two for one visit as my brother bought the van he came to see he paid much less than sticker price. I recommend this dealership highly.

Great Service! Todd was very helpful in getting me into my new car. Diane was very easy to work with and let us play with the down payment to adjust the monthly payment to were it was affordable. Victor even helped out when Todd was running around to all of his customers on Sunday and we came back on Monday to finalize on everything as my insurance agent wasnt working that Sunday. Love my New Car and will highly recommend using any of the Wallace showrooms! they really treat you like family.

I am very disappointed with my experience, with not only the dealership itself, but Lincoln Financial as well. I was so disappointed that I terminated my lease early and obtained a GMC instead. Ive done business with Audi with 4 different vehicles purchased from Audi of West Palm Beach. They have always treated me very well. Service department at both the Audi of Stuart and Audi of West Palm Beach is excellent. When you buy a luxury vehicle, such as a Black Label, you expect to be treated in a certain way. In my humble opinion, Wallace did not meet those expectations.

William is the best Service Advisor, not just for Wallace Lincoln but any dealership I have dealt with. He goes above and beyond at all times. Any inquiry or request is answered the same day, often within hours or by the next available day if he is out. Any service scheduled is a smooth and timely process. Quotes and pricing are given quickly and no question is too small to ask. A major repair was done to replace our water pump and he coordinated the entire process, from rental car to status updates to final pickup. William has the kindest and most respectful manner and has assisted with both emergencies (dead battery) as well as routine maintenance. He truly represents all that Lincoln stands for and is an asset to Wallace. Thank you William for all that you do!

Had a very bad experience when I took the car in for service ... was totally ignored and sat for 3 1/2 hours, most of that time alone, in the waiting area. Virtually no other customers. When I finally went up to the rep and asked about my car, he said, I thought you went home! They never offered a loaner and I had no way to get home. I ended up renting a car, something I could have done hours sooner if this guy had done his job. All he had to do was turn around in his chair and he could have seen see me through his glass walled office. How difficult could that have been?

Where I am concerned, I can only say one thing - bad service more than once, nets you no return customer ever again. Multiple phone calls as an attempt to get things straightened out with no return calls. I scheduled service on my vehicle before the holidays. The service department contacts me the day of to state it was an oversight, and that my vehicle cant be picked up, and as a result, Id have to wait another week.This is not the first time that Ive experienced terrible customer service from this location. Youd think with everything going on, that theyd attempt to give better service. Instead, they make it out to be your problem. If I could give them a negative star, I would!

Our experience with Wallace Lincoln went very well from meeting with Chris, our service rep, right at the time of our appointment, to being kept up to date on the progress as we waited, and through the ease of having everything that was done explained and completed. The service was more than excellent. Much more than expected, as we were just in the area visiting when an issue with our Lincoln came up. We never expected to be able to get in to have the work done so quickly nor have the service we received completed so efficiently. Well done!

Unprofessional, rude, they do not negotiate.I dealt with a man named Todd who was extremely rude and wanted to argue every chance.Tried to buy a car with cash and get a little deal even if it was $100 it would have made me drive down to get the car a lot better. But no they would not budge from the price or negotiate anything off window sticker.I finally agreed on the full sticker price and was going to make the drive anyways because I liked the car, then after some long thought I decided not to and hold out because of how pushy and rude Todd was.After I let Todd (A manager) know I would not be coming by to pick it up he sends me a rude text provoking the fact I asked for a $1,000 off sticker. Im so relived I didnt spend money here.Victor needs to get his employees in line.

What a fabulous experience....we have a family member in Detroit who works for Lincoln and shared his Family Plan with us....expected due to the reduction in certain costs not to be received well but that just was not the case. Our salesperson,John R. was just Super! He knew the plan and all it required...He never pushed or rushed us....we ended up purchasing a fully loaded 2019 Nautilus that day...the process went really smoothly.. Diane S. Service was great. Called and spoke to William, who was very accommodating in setting an appointment convenient to our schedule. We got there a few minutes early, and car was taken in right away. William checked back with us later to let us know all was going well and the car would be finished soon, which it was. Car was nicely cleaned and ready to go in just a little over an hour. This is truly a five star service center. Ive been bring my car here for years and the service writers are excellent. But we all know that its the mechanic that brings you back. If your car isnt repaired or serviced to your liking youre never coming back. Kudos, to the mechanics working there. Also, I need to mention William, my service writer. He keeps track of my service records and if something should go wrong with a part that was previously repaired he automatically checks your service records for warranty on the part. Hes saved me some money due to faulty parts. So, request William and tell him Roger, sent you. You want be disappointed.

He was able to schedule my Lincoln in and complete all service in a timely manner. A great atmosphere in the waiting area and even bottled water and snacks. When my vehicle was delivered to me under the canopy at the dealership, my Lincoln had been washed, vacuumed, and even had the windows cleaned on the inside. I have never had this kind of service for any luxury brand Ive owned.
