Had a 15k service done on a 2020 Ridgeline - oil change , tire rotation. It took about 30 minutes to check in, probably another 30 minutes to pay and check out. When I left , the vehicle was shaking and not accelerating correctly. I had to turn around and take it back. I reported the problem to the service adviser, who said the service head would be right out. Waited another 20 minutes for him to show up but In the meantime I discovered they did not tighten the lug nuts on the back tire. They were completely loose and could have come off. Took another 15 minutes for this to be fixed. All that I got was a “sorry”.To be positive - the people there were nice enough. Just poor processes and quality controls.If you want slow unreliable service - this is the spot. I won’t go back

Everything way over priced. Common air cleaner elements never in stock. Order on line for better service.

The only place I would buy a bike from the service is incredible
