1st impressions were Wow! Super clean, organized, welcoming and a great pool/ outdoor space.

This vacation home is great! The equipment left nothing to be desired and nothing was missing. We enjoyed the two weeks at the SUNSHINE DREAMS HOUSE to the full. There were six of us with a toddler, we had enough space and felt very comfortable from the first moment.The house is located in a very nice, well-kept, enclosed and very quiet residential area.The location is ideal: two large shopping centers can be reached in a few minutes. Various restaurants are close by. Fort Myers Beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The beautiful island of Sanibel, various outlets and Fort Myers Downtown can also be reached quickly by car.Many destinations can be easily reached via the highways: e.g. Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Everglades-City, Naples, Ybor City Tampa or Lovers Key. Its not too far to Orlando or Miami for a day trip, but an overnight stay would make sense. Just like Orlando or Key West.The hit was the (illuminated) pool with its pool terrace, where we grilled and relaxed in the evening.There are many beach items in the garage such as B. Toys, chairs, umbrellas and even bicycles. The German-speaking manager Karl handed over the house to us (uncomplicated). Some interesting tips came from him.We can only recommend this exceptionally well-equipped, well-kept and clean house.

We stayed at the beginning of November 2017 for a week in Sunshine Dreams, Fort Myers. (Family with just under 2 years old son).The house was one of our highlights on the 3 week round trip through Florida.The location is great and you can get to the beach and the shopping are around the corner.The house is modern and has a high standard, we did not miss anything.We were very excited about the pool, which is great for small children. Since there is an extra flat area here.Conclusion: it was a nice week in the Sunshine Dream house and can anyone without hesitation recommend it!GreetingsFamily Beck
