I am a Real Estate Agent out of the area, called to ask a few questions pertaining to the investment market so I could refer a client to them. After speaking with Mario he could not answer my question and acted as if he didnt care to help. Not how I would want my clients to be treated at all. I will definitely not be using them.

Was told conflicting information about the charge for electricity. Dishwasher took 3 days to fix and then tumble dryer broke. The dishwasher was not working on arrival and had been installed incorrectly so it hadnt even been checked prior to arrival. Our worst rental experience in 21 years of visiting Florida.
