Having never rented before, I never really knew what to expect. I have been renting through MA Rentals for 3 years, unfortunately the owner of the home is selling and we have to move, I cannot say enough great things about Julia, she is the best, Wish she had something for us to move into now but they do not. If anyone is looking to rent, call Julia, she is very helpful and does a great job of managing the property. Wish I could stay with them because they are top notch.

I inquired about two different properties and was informed that I cannot see them unless I want to go to the open house at 3:30 or 4 PM, which is impossible for me since I work until 4:30 PM during the week. Not very convenient for those who work and cannot take time off from work.

Highly dissatisfied with this company. They recently changed from MA-Rentals to Basora Investment. The better business Bearu will hear about this after the many times I have been discriminated by this business. It’s not surprising I assume because all of the other reviews say they have dealt with this as well! Firstly, They don’t accept checks only money orders and cashiers check? Which is more money that has to go into paying the rent. They will not alert you about exsisting dues until months LATER and will expect you to remember the incident and pay for the dues and LATE FEES when you receive the letter. Not to mention how rude the 1 real licensed realtor that works there is to people that are not “her” kind. The only time this business was good was when it was still MA Rentals and a gentleman was the manager. Everyone that had MANNERS LEFT when the company changed. Even the receptionist that I eventually became friends with. UNBELIEVABLE. You certainly can’t ask questions when you call them because they will take it TO OFFENSIVE if something wrong is said and will act like a child defending their wrong doings instead of saying it’s a “misunderstanding” and try to fix the problem instead of making it worse. OBVIOSULY like a good business with good customer service will say. 0 Stars and I HOPE this helps anyone that will rent with these people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Id give this no stars if possible. Ive never seen a business run so unprofessional in my entire life. My husband and I were approved to rent, were asked to pay a total of 4800 BEFORE I even saw the property, in which we did for a deposit. I was told by the receptionist that as soon as she gives me receipts that was a contract and if i decide to back out they were keeping my full 4800. I hadnt seen the property nor signed anything yet so I dont know how that was even possible. Their is only 1 licensed realtor at that office and she ilegally sent out an unlicensed agent to show me the home. Although she was great she did give me false info but im guessing because the owner Just had a baby a week ago so shes helping me.. Thier was CLEARLY MOLD on the outside unit of ac and AFTER I SIGNED MY LEASE IN ENTIRETY I asked the owner if they were going to send someone out just to make sure mold wasnt inside the unit and told me no and that since i have a concern then she doesnt feel comfortable renting to us. My husband said thats fine being he has major health issues and if he gets sick because they didnt want to send a technician out just to check that we will take legal action. That apparantly scared this lady and completely insisted on returning my whole 4800 plus my $70 application fee which is unheard of. I dont know if have been sued before or maybe she thought we were dumb or ignorant because my husband is black and im latin but the word MOLD spooked this lady and i do believe their was mold in the home. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! Awful and they can also expect a call from the better business bearu.
