Im a first time at&t customer and I switched from Verizon to get a new phone and new number. The sales rep who handled the transaction rushed through it with an attitude. She put me on the most expensive plan, gave me no breakdown of what Id pay, I declined the phone insurance and she added it on still. Do not work in customer service if you are naturally a miserable person because nobody wants to deal with your attitude go find another job.

I have received the best service from Toni Crawford, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I came into the store thinking there is going to be a hassle to resolve my issue but she resolved it so fast! I have been an AT&T customer for 2 years now and she has been one of the best associates.

The place was closed at 6:30pm on a Thursday... No signage to state why it is closed outside of normal operating hours.

We bought new phones for myself and my kids. My phone qualified for an $800 trade in. I dropped my phone off the same day and never got credit. Now I have to fight to get it fixed because the girl told me no receipt needed, it just goes back on the account. Not impressed.

I asked the rep to please compare my current plan with the new plans they have available, so I could compare prices. Next thing I know I get a text welcoming me to my new plan. I asked her if she just switched my plan, she said yes. She switch my plan without my consent. She knew I was just looking to compare prices. This was clearly done on purpose, as she switched me to the elite package which is AT&Ts highest unlimited plan, and most likely pays the most in commission. She was not very informed on how to navigate the system, or customer service. I would ask her direct questions pertaining to the bill,..... you know my money, and she would appear to get annoyed and not even respond. She was clearly annoyed that I wanted to read my contract rather than blindly sign it, which mind you had way higher numbers than quoted, she would just say thats not right, it will he lower. Please go see Izzy at the AT&T store @ 4928 Cleveland Ave Fort Myers Fl 33907 she is by far the most knowledgeable about whats available and will help navigate the news plans that will save you money. She is very versed in, and blessed with customer service skills. Thats Izzy.

Trying to switch 2 att. They want me to do all the work. Etc etc. Not good. Costing my business a lot of money

It was clean. Not really sure what to say.

I went in with a goal to switch carriers and get a new IPhone. Corey assisted me and he did a great job. He was knowledgeable and helped me get a way better deal with at&t than my previous phone carrier offered me. Consultants like Corey is what help gain at&t a new customer. I was very satisfied with my experience.

The lady, Alexandra was so incredibly rude. They would not unlock the door when they were open they kept locking the door behind us and then the lady gave us an attitude and rolled her eyes. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

They associates worked to help me get my service when switching to them from another carrier. They worked 2 hours to resolve all the problems that came up. Would recommend them to my friends and family

I thought I needed a new phone but the young lady said it was a virus and fixed it.

Showed up as per the employees request to drop off a trade in phone, the employee was sound asleep on the couch at noon on a Sunday then she informed me she had been out partying the night before and wasn’t going to be able to help me and then I would need to come back the following day when either she felt better or someone else was there who could help me. I asked that she tried to call someone who could help her and she informed me that was not allowed, she then went and sat back on the couch laid her head down and I left the store

This place was extremely helpful! Natalie and Cory helped me out tremendously! 5 stars because they were quick , efficient and resolved the problem we had. A pleasure to be helped by someone so confident.

Just 2 staff, and they were busy with new phone customers so we waited about 40 minutes. Make an appointment if you can! The woman who helped us was thorough & kind. Heads up if all you need is to unlock your phone - you can probably do it yourself online.

The Natalie, Marcus and Corey were all awesome and took their time transferring my data when I had to get a new phone through insurance! I will do all my business here from now on.

Stay away from this place. The manager refused to give us credit for an item we returned within a few days of purchase because it didn’t work as advertised. He also falsified the receipt! Oh and by the way after checking that all items were returned in the original packaging,he put it on the rack to be sold again! We learned a valuable lesson. Never deal with a “affiliated”store of AT&T. Our credit card company gave us that advice after we told them our story! They have had bad experiences with them as well. Wish we knew that before dealing with this crook. There is no way you know unless you specifically ask.This guy,Angel is the manager(?). Go to a Factory Store if you can!

The AT&T representative was extremely professional.

Terrible customer service!!! Called before going to check protocol for COVID19, was told to walk in to do insurance claim for a replacement phone. When we got there we were told to wait outside in the heat for our turn. After waiting an hour outside, Marcus told us he could not help us, insurance claims must be done online by the customer!!!!

Worst service ever if I could give no stars I would never go here....
