When the corporate Verizon store offered Absolutely NO assistance, with set up of my new phone and Apple Watch, Robbie not only stepped in, but stayed one hour past closing time to ensure that all my information transferred over and my phone was fully operational. I experienced the same amazing service with my Apple Watch and screen protector . Even though I purchased my items at the Corporate store across the street, he was kind enough to provide all the service!!! I definitely know where I am going to purchase my Verizon items going forward! I strongly encourage you to do the same!!Skip the Corporate store and go where you get SERVICE and FRIENDLY, CARING employees!

I have had visits to this Store for phone issues & found the staff was very helpful & professional. One employee, Constance, stands out as an outstanding employee in all respects i.e. most professional, very knowledgeable, excellent communication skills. I recently got a new phone and was having difficulty setting up a new line. I ended up calling one of the stores and a gentleman explained to me what to do and cleared up the confusion, saying I could come in after the call and hed take care of it.I ended up going to the store, but turns out it was a different one from the number I called. The associate there—Brandon ended up helping me. Even though I didnt speak with him on the phone, he quickly understood what I wanted and smoothly helped me. I was able to set the line up painlessly, and in no time. Highly recommend speaking to such associates like Brandon in store, as they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Luis knows customer service! He did a great job setting up our two phones and i-pads. He was patient and worked diligently to complete the job. What impressed me was that he was constantly monitoring what was going on in the store. Everyone who walked through the door was greeted warmly. He made sure the other employees were aware of the customers and what they needed. He is a master of up-selling in polite but efficient way. Thanks Luis.

I ordered a new sim card for my phone because I was switching to Verizon from Straight Talk, and selected the store pickup option. Upon arriving to this store I stood around for about 10 minutes while the only employee in the store had a basic conversation with another man. After 10 min the employee asked what I needed and I explained it to him. He asked if I could leave and go get something to eat and then come back as he was busy with another customer. When I came back there were now 2 employees, and my order was handled by one of them. After trying to charge me $10 for a sim card that had already been shipped for free, and me having to correct him, this employee waived the fee (there was no fee). He took my working Straight Talk sim card out of my phone, put the Verizon sim card in and sent me on my way. I spent the next 6 hours on the phone with Verizon, as well as 2 more visits to another store trying to get my phone activated because of their mishandling of the porting process that was setup for their specific store. The customer support line also expressed that they have been having a lot of issues with this particular location. STAY AWAY. The guy who handles my sale was more worried about talking to his friend about their cars than to do his job

Called in from another store to ask if they had a phone in stock that we needed. They said yes to head over. Drove 20 minutes to the store for them to be closed knowing I was on my way and would be there before they close. Arrived at 6:30 and the store hours on the door states 7pm. All the lights were on and signs were outside but employees decided to hide and not open the door as we called from outside to find out what was going on. You knew were on our way and still did not care enough about your business. Shame on you.

This kid screwed my account up so bad, we had to go to a REAL Verizon store across the street to fix it. My bill was way higher than he said it would be, and he had the wrong phone numbers on my devices. DO NOT use this store. Go across 41 to the REAL Verizon store. Oh, and he screwed us on the screen protector that didnt fit right.As an update to this post, I was quickly contacted by Verizon and was offered any help I needed to make things right. Since I had already straightened things out (hopefully), I told them everything was fine now. The owner of this store took care of the problem employee, so I would give them another try in the future if I need service. Kudos for their response to their posts.

Today I was prepared to change from Verizon to Sprint because I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to upgrade my broken phone. Come to find out, thanks to Monifa, at the Verizon store ( off of Daniels) that I did not have to spend hundreds of dollars. Instead Monifa listened to the issues I had and up graded my phone because I was eligible for an upgrade. She also gave me discounts and turned my angry mood into a happy mood. I am so excited about my new phone and to save about 50.00 on my monthly bill. Thank you Monifa!!!!
