I went there on Monday with my daughter. There were 2 people working, she got the woman and I got the man. My daughter nails are good and she was done in under an hour. My nails took close to 2hours for a full set, they look like press on nails from dollar tree, super thick acrylic, there are pieces hanging off the edges, he burnt my cuticles in several spots with the grinder and the acrylic is stuck to my skin under my nails. I went back in to speak to her about having them fixed when they are healed, and she insisted on doing them today. Said she’s booked up the rest of the week when I tried to explain they are too sore for her to work on them today. Refused to let me come back another day when they don’t hurt, even after I pointed out the sores beneath my nails that he created. She even followed me outside walking away from a pedicure she was in the middle of, insisting I let her redo them when she finished. At this point I don’t want her to fix them anymore. So totally unprofessional, loud and rude.

Kayla ALWAYS seems to exceed my expectations!! I showed her some ideas told her I wanted ‘Mercia nails but to put her own twist on it and she did just that! Both of them always are super nice and always pleasant. Oh and don’t let me forget the pedicures! By far the best pedicures ever!!

Kayla is wonderful! She will do whatever it takes to make sure you leave happy, and she is the best nail person Ive come across to help with in grown toe nails. My nails look and feel amazing. Kayla is amazing and highly recommend.

Kayla does a nice job on manicures and pedicures and wants to please the customer. Unfortunately, my last pedicure was done by the gentleman and I was not impressed! He really dug into my big toes and made them hurt, I told him that he was being rough and he apologized and did again! My big toe was very sensitive for over a week!

I really needed to get my nails done, but no one else was open on a Sunday. Im very happy that I decided to go. Kayla is amazing. She was very friendly and does great work. I brought my husband with me to get his first pedicure. They made him feel comfortable.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I came in three hours before closing and they completely rushed the pedicure to go home early. I sat with my feet in the tub for 40 mins while they performed services on other clients. They DID NOT use lotion on my legs at any point. He simply used a scrub, oil, and a hot towel for 5 mins before starting to paint. The towel was scolding hot. My legs felt completely dry and in need of lotion after the experience. Did NOT receive any type of massage, was completely disappointed. Then charged $28 for a service that took all of 15 mins. Will not be going back.

Went in for mani and pedi. Pedi was good. Kayla literally did my manicure in 5 minutes, then ran out of the store. I didnt understand her rush! I paid full price for that???? Such poor customer care really killed the vibe. Also, my son got a pedi. No polish. Charged the same amount. Overall felt like I was overcharged for poor customer service. Wont ever go back!(

Kayla, Ben are the best of the best ! Very clean, friendly, open and eager for all kinds of nail services you may need. Great at classy elegant simplistic nails but also amazing at designs and fun details you may like that a lot of other places can’t even do or have the tools. I showed her a photo off the internet of a design and she said no problem ! They turned out amazing and lasted very long. And the pedicures , the detail they put into the massages, the care, is beyond amazing. Went above and beyond. A MUST GO ! Amazing location

No wonder the place is empty she was very rude to my husband all because he asked her if the place was busy Today... She started saying don’t talk to me like that to my husband she said don’t say that to me ever again I get a lot of business that was our first visit there. I ended up going to someone else for my refill and she did an amazing job and even complemented Kayla on how she did my nails. today I went into see Kayla again because it’s the closest place to my house Kayla proceeded to tell me that the lady before did a terrible job on my nails and again started being very rude and disrespectful, I’m usually used to getting gel but this time I do not want to Get gel nail polish done, I just wanted regular nail polish she proceeded to tell me that I am the only one that has ever walked in there and got regular nail polish that everyone else gets gel I work in carpentry with my husband I do not have time to get Gel when it chips off and plus I would like to change my own nail polish here in there whenever I feel like it which is why I asked for regular I proceeded to tell her that last time I got gel nail polish chipped off and it peeled off completely my husband was there and attested to it, and she started to argue with us saying don’t talk to me like that! that was not me who did it! and I said we’re not saying it was you who did it we went to a different place before coming back to you...And I do not want Gel because like I said not only do I want to change my own nail polish at home and I work in carpentry so I don’t want the gel to chip off she argued again saying gel does not come off don’t talk to her like that that’s all she kept saying I guess she thought we were broke we aren’t. we paid her the amount that we would pay for Gel we’re sweethearts. she still put a clear coat of gel nail polish on top of my regular nail polishI I am livid and I’m never coming back here again. She’s so lucky I didn’t give her an attitude right back. Terrible not to mention my nails have bubbles all on them.

I am up here for two days with my boyfriend & decided to do my nails for my birthday that’s in a week. i found this place and they were absolutely fantastic. mckayla is such a good nail technician. she offered me water and soda. she did a fantastic job with my nails and was super fast. she did my pedicure too and it was phenomenal & i never get my feet done. she is so amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in this area. would give 10 stars if i could.

I love going to Asian nails! The salon is always clean and never over crowded like most salons with long waits. Even during the Covid19 pandemic they are taking steps to keep them safe and me as a customer which is very appreciated! I love that I can walk in show a picture of what I want and I get exactly that! This salon takes care of you and I’ve alway had a very pleasant visit and leave happy and relaxed. I’ve referred even my mother and she loves it too!!

She stayed late for me and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them and even offered a pedicure well after their closing time. I felt so taken care and will be back. I use to love this place, until recently when I was asked to wear a mask, which I agree with 100% and I put my mask on gladly, but as I was walking out a caucasian lady was welcomed in, but wasnt asked to wear one. I asked Kayla about it and was ignored. Never will I get my nails done here again. I was a regular customer & a good tipper. I also love all nationalities. You are a buisness & people should be treated equally.

We came here because it was the closest one we had. As we walk in we already had attitude just because my mother didn’t know English &’ I had to translate. So I had to do a pedicure &’ the guy is very good I’m not going to lie which is why I give it 1 star. But the lady had attitude the whole time. I had a party to go to so I asked her to do my eyebrows before she finished with my mom. &’ I tried to be nice &’ try to start a conversation. &’ she proceeds by already putting the wax in my brow. I asked her politely to please trim first, but she said “I trim later”. Also I’m very strict with who I do my eyebrows with for this same exact reason; after she was done I had a hole in my eyebrows that was not there before she started. &’ when she was done she didn’t put baby oil or a cream for my eyebrows &’ now I have all these bumps on them like if it was irritated. Also she didn’t clean my eyebrows from the wax &’ I had wax stuck in my hair. In my opinion this is not a place you should go to as a first choice.

5 STARS FOR KEILA!I was going to leave zero stars because of my experience but KEILA was so good and saved the day. Don’t get your nails done with anyone but Keila. She does an awesome technique with the dip powder. A guy first did my nails and they were SO BAD that even Keila offered to redo them right there and then. He filed so much and so hard with one of those thick nail files that it gave me a cut on my cuticle, left my nails ridiculously short and he couldn’t even clean underneath the nails because there was so much stuff hardened under the nail it was horrible.I couldn’t see the process because there were papers about the virus on the protection between us. It was also my first time getting the dip powder so I figuered they’d be better at the end. I was so frustrated, thankfully Keila redid them.

I have been coming to this salon for a while now. Just ask for Kayla and she will hook you up! I always leave so happy with my nails and she makes sure you are satisfied before you walk out the door.

Went to Hollys Nails for years but they lost their professionalism. Relaxing pedicure nice music no constant chatter. Finally a spa feel. Its a little more money but worth it.3rd trip. 1 week after, my wife tell me her charge card was compromised and the only place that it was used was here, do not know for sure an employee from here but be on the look out, Im hoping not.If anyone else has issues please leave comments an Ill change my rating also.Im hoping her card was skimmed while in line somewhere else.

I do not! I repeat DO NOT recommend! Their customer service is terrible and their attitudes are horrendous!!! They do not follow what you want to be done and just do whatever they want to do on your nails.. I have gotten cut numerous time on a one time visit! Just terrible!

I see why the place was empty when I came in...the service was terrible. I came in for ONE INDEX FINGER REPAIR. Wish I wouldve selected another salon.The woman doing my repair talked on the phone 90% of the time she was fixing my nail. AFTER she finished my nail she told me that they do not have the color I had (wanting me to get a full polish change). Mind you, she never looked anywhere and when I asked her she told me to look on my own, again providing no assistance. When she was done, I saw the nail she was working on was not even the shape to match my nails (second picture). To top it all off, three days later the nail broke off so my visit was pointless.

Not even one, called Sunday and asked for closing time. A man answered, didnt say his name but told me they closed at 730 as said on their website. I get there at 545 and doors are locked and no one is in the building. 730 or 5 make up your mind.

They really pamper you and make sure you are satisfied from beginning to end. I highly recommend it.

I rate this place a zero because they have no customer service the lady was very rude and rough handle my hands and didnt even do my nails right it was way too thick and not professional-looking. Save your money and go somewhere else they charge for every little thing even the shape of your nails. Unheard of in my opinion never went to a salon that they charge me for the shape of my nails.
