I am displeased to say the least. I came in to get an acrylic set soaked off and a simple gel polish manicure. The lady who worked on my nails picked my acrylics off with a nail tip (like, huh???) instead of properly filing them off or soaking them off. She did do some soaking and filing, but in the process of picking them off, one of my nails broke... My nails grow very slowly and I had spent 6 weeks getting acrylic sets done to grow them out to the length I have now! But it doesnt end there. I hoped the gel manicure would go well at least since thats such a basic service, but no. She glopped on 2 layers of base coat (???), 2 layers of polish, and 2 layers of top coat (???), making the profile of my nails lumpy and the color uneven. Im not the type of person to make a scene, so I thanked her and was polite but I am NOT happy with the service I received. The Mothers Day rush is not an excuse to mess up my nails to the point where Im embarrassed for people to see them!!!

Very disappointed with Royal Nails. Was treated very unfairly. Nail Tech rush with my service not taking all the paint off my nails, before giving me a refill. The tech that was doing my pedicure was using the drill on my skin as if he did not want to service me. Then he cut my toe had me bleeding. Poor value, Not professional at all. If you are African American DO NOT go are you will be miss treated other races did not receive the same service as me!! And I was trying to spend over $100 for service... but left after I was treated poorly just sad!! This is a NO star Nail Salon

Michael did a great job, reshaping my nails so they dont have a bulky look. The are great.

Ive been to this place of business about 4 or 5 times now. They arent always consistent. Last time I went, All my nails started breaking after about 6 days after visit. I also wish they ran some type of deal; to lower cost.

Me and 2 others got manicures. The gel peeled and or chipped within less than a week. Tools weren’t sealed when they were sanitized, and weren’t airtight according to code. I am not from Florida, and I left 2 days after getting nails done. They refused a refund when I called, refused a redo, and were extraordinarily rude. I am NOT impressed. Very unsanitary and even worse customer service. Wouldn’t recommended !

There are clear plastic partitions, making booths separating each person. They wear masks. They are fast and with my pedicure, they do all the steps. They were able to take me and my sister right away, but one of us had to wait about 20 minutes, but that was fine, I was sitting next to my sister. Their english needs work, but overall they did an okay job. The reason I say okay, is that I had my cuticle nipped and the very edge of my big toe nail had to be polished at check out, because that is when I saw that it was missing polish. They cleaned the blood off my toe and polished the edge of my nail, quickly.

LOVE IT!! They did an awesome job. I will definately go back.

Absolute GREAT experience at Royal Nails today. I went in for a gel manicure ($27) and ended up opting for the powder dip nails ($35) instead and so glad I did. It was tptally worth the extra few bucks. Romeo was an amazing technician and even described every step of the process. He and the other techs were great to conversate with as well. I will definitely come back here if I am in the area!

She is Very Polite, Friendly Professional & A Top Shelf Pro ! All who work there have a great aura!$ prices also reasonable $.💃Since covid, they have mandatory sanitizer as you come through the door. I am highly satisfied with this establishment. Holly and Raven are the best. Never had a bad manicure. I use Ivy for my pedicure and she is so sweet and great at her job. No plans to ever leave. I recommend this place.

There is never a time I leave unsatisfied! I always request Romeo. He is so personable, and funny. He makes this appointment an enjoyable one! The dip powder has changed my life. My nails are not left feeling weak when I change the color and they last about 2 1/2 -3 weeks. I love this place and will always come back.

We had an appointment and we arrived on time. They asked us to pick a color then we sat down to wait for 10 minutes. The lady at the desk then told us to sit in the bigger chairs and there wasn’t any lining or water running. We sat for another 20 minutes, still no water running and we left. There we people that came in behind us and got seated first. Funny thing is that we had a reservation and they completely ignored us. Will not return.

Awesome place and was really happy the first time I had my gel nails done there about 2 weeks ago, tipped the tech $15. However I went back this morning and the nail tech was 15 minutes late (no big deal) BUT when he finally arrived he was rude and miserable!! First time in 35 years that I didnt tip a nail tech at all!I like the woman, who I believe is the owner, but she really needs to have a conversation with him. If you like someone who ignores your requests or questions then youll love Michael, not my taste at all!

I have been going to Royal Nails for years and have always been very happy and If for some reason I am not they are happy to fix anything. My whole family frequents this place: daughter, sister, and mother. I have also referred numerous people and they also have been happy with there service. Give them a try and be sure to let them know what you want and ask how much it cost if that is a concern they will tell you what they can do.

Ive never had a faster pedicure in my life. I think she was trying to break a world record. Definitely not relaxing by any means. I even mentioned this to the technician. One layer of polish. Shellac manicure was standard.

They did an amazing job with my nails. Super nice and sweet. They work quickly and efficiently and they made sure you knew what you were getting and got what you wanted.

I loved my nails after I left! They are literally flawless! I have never been so happy with the quality of my manicure and I will definitely be going back for my next fill! Even the paint at top of my nail by the bed is perfectly rounded with no mistakes or unevenness and that has never happened to me before. The technician took his time and I really felt like they care about their customers. Very friendly atmosphere also. I hate when you go to a nail salon and the people rush and make you feel uncomfortable..so glad I found this place!

Holly did me justice today. I went in Sunday as a walk in for a pedicure and a new full set. I wasnt happy with my acrylics. So I figured Id just deal with it for 3-4 weeks and go somewhere else next time. Then Monday after being at work for a few hours I realized how unhappy I was. I then did something I dont usually do and called back and asked for them to be redone. I wasnt available until today (Wednesday) and I went in at 11. She listened to what I said, asked me what I wanted and even made a suggestion to try hologram chrome for my nails. It was $15 more than what I originally paid for but it was SO worth it. I also brought my co worker with me and another nail tech took care of her pedicure and she said she enjoyed it. I feel like a lady with proper nails now and I cant stop smiling. Ill be back but to see Holly. Shes such a delight and I like how she treated me. Thank you!!!

Walked in today and recieved no greeting when walking in. Sat down for a full acrylic set...still no greeting. Then the tech begin to place the tips on placing only one on straight. When I pointed out they were crooked, I was told it was my nails that were off/crooked. Mind you Ive had other techs do an acrylic set with ease. When he refused to place them on straight, I decided to have the few he placed on removed and left. I truly wanted a happy, peaceful experience but didnt receive one.

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would have. The staff was unpleasant and unprofessional. We made an appointment in advance for 3:00pm and that was not honored on their part. When we arrived ON TIME we were told our wait time would be 30 minutes( mind you WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT). The unprofessionalism continues, one of our party wasn’t seated until 3:40pm and I wasn’t asked to be seated until 4:10pm. I will never come here again. To make an appointment that gets disregarded and have your time wasted is disrespectful. They have shown a blatant disregard for anyone’s time. Unsatisfied.

I walked in to see where there talent levels and artistic abilities lie. ( non existent)They were literally terrified of long nails, and airbrush work! I guess there not that worldly and obviously never met anyone from NewYork or Miami.

A lady who said her name was Holly and the boss and started yelling at me in front of all the customers because I went back to see if Nina had time for me for an appt tomorrow. She said you American did this before. Please make sure you stop at her desk to make an appointment. I was so embarrassed.

I will never go there again. I was so embarrassed by the treatment I received from the man at the first station across from the owner station and cash register. I didnt even know what I did but eventually I asked him what was his problem that he was being so rude staring me up and down and mumbling under his mask after I asked him if I could get a manicure when someone was available. My sister and mom go there a lot but I will not pay to be treated like I was. The girl that did my manicure was great but I wont go somewhere where an employee or owner is allowed to act that way to customers.

I’ve only been twice and my 2nd experience I wasn’t very satisfied. I feel as if Holly rushed on my nails and also tried to make me change my mind on what I wanted and tried to say that the chrome nails doesn’t last long and tried to make me get glitter because the chrome nails would’ve taken more time.

Did a very nice job with manicure. Had made an appt and wasn’t started until 30 min after appt but no other issues. My nail tech was very kind and patient.

There is something really suspicious about that “Michael” guy. He’s outright rude /arrogant to most customers , and the staff here seem to be terrified of him.

Very passively racist. I waited patiently to be serviced. They sat a woman down who came after me & ran her water while I PATIENTLY waited. Then I asked for water & she said she didnt want it to overflow, seriously unfair how people of color are indirectly mistreated. The hearts of people are gold plated & its very sad & hurtful.

Went to get a manicure and what was advertised as a $15 manicure turned into $30. I will never go here again and I dont advice anyone to do so neither. I didnt even get lotion for my hands so what was a paying for a polish job I couldve had my 10yr old niece do at home. The tech that did my nails looked like she was the daughter of one of the workers and she did a horrible job. STAY AWAY!!!

I will start off by saying Im a licensed cosmetologist. I wanted a relaxing, quiet mani & pedi and to be just a regular customer. I chose Royal Nails because it was on my way home and their reviews were 99% 5 star.When I arrived I signed in, asked what I wanted and was immediately walked to the pedi chairs. The tech lined the pedi tub with a plastic liner, had me sit in the chair, turned on the chair massage and began my pedi. She asked what color I wanted, I requested gel polish. She got the color choices, gave them to me and continued with my pedi. The tech then started saying I should try Shellac instead of gel polish. First red flag!!Essentially, gel polish and Shellac are the same. Both are cured under a UV light, gel polish is a generic name used for all gel polish products and Shellac is a brand. As she continued with my pedi, I noticed that she applied the cuticle remover to all my toes but only worked on the cuticles of my big toes. She also cut my nails without asking, noticed my big toe had a small in grown nail but didnt even attempt to trim it. She did 1/2 of the standard pedi procedures and then painted my toe nails with gel polish but didnt cure the polish with a UV light. When the 1/2 completed pedi was done she had me sit for my mani. Seeing as how many steps were missed during my pedi, I had low expectations for the manicure I was about to receive. And I was correct... no arm massage, barely worked on my cuticles, shaped my nails as I asked but left the nails uneven. Then she began to polish with Shellac which was not Shellac it was a brand of gel polish I had never seen. Luckily, the tech did cure my finger nails correctly with the UV light but left them sticky by not finishing with the standard alcohol cotton ball rub on each nail.Very disappointing experience. By the time it was over I just wanted out of there.Whether or not she knew the difference between gel polish and Shellac is whatever, but she definitely shouldve known to cure both with a UV light. When I got home I alcoholed my finger nails and had to re-do the gel top coat on my toes and properly cure.Also, during my mani I looked for her license/registration and did not see one. The other techs working had a state license/registration posted behind them, but were they really for those techs? My Cosmo license is laminated, with an updated photo, at my station and is clearly visable.Moral of the review, be cautious if you decide to go to or continue to go to Royal Nails. You will probably pay for 1/2 of the requested service!

I waited over 45 mins while the lady kept telling me ... Few mins... Few mins... I saw people come in and out right pass me.. And I was wondering why... Low and behold it was my skin color in plain sight!!/so if your BLACK save yourself some time! They dont service you... US! But I was ready to spend my GREEN MONEY! Racist business owner!
