This afternoon I received outstanding customer service from Matt Talko. I misplaced/lost my iPhone a few days ago and looked everywhere for it. I gave up looking this morning and called this Verizon store which is near my home. Matt answered the phone on the first ring, I explained my issue, and he said whenever I come in he or someone on the staff would help me. I went to the store this afternoon, and Matt was immediately available. He helped me choose a new phone and found exactly a style protective cover I love. He transferred all my information to the new phone so quickly and answered all my questions. He is an excellent employee, and I rate this store at 5 Stars. I would rate it higher if I could!

Matt did such a great job today helping me set up a replacement phone. He also showed me some features of the phone that were new to me. As a Baby Boomer, I can use all the help I can get, and Matt went above and beyond to assist. He is so pleasant to work with. Kudos to Matt. Hope Verizon takes notice.

I’ve been to this Verizon location multiple times and I will never step foot in another again. Matt and Ricardo are the greatest solution specialists I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. Not only are they great conversationalists, but the music playing was a whole vibe while we waited for my phone to transfer over to the new one I purchased. 100/10. Matt T. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, services, and plans offered. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I surely had a lot since it had been a while since I upgraded from the iPhone 8. The process of activating two phones to Verizon, porting numbers, and transferring data went without a problem. While assisting me, Matt was able to multitask and help customers as they entered the store and also answered the phone all while never making me wait. Quite impressive. I will continue to use the Verizon store location in Skywalk for our phone and technology needs.

I went to get my 82 year old father a new phone. He doesn’t know anything about the new technology so instead of selling him a phone that had all the bells and whistles they sold him the perfect phone that satisfied all his needs and kept it affordable.We dealt with both John the manager and Shawn the assistant manager. Both were professional and friendly. Each person that walked into the store was greeted “Welcome to Verizon”. Anyways, we had to change Apple ID and password which was not easy and both were extremely patient. Wish I could have said that about my dad. I would rate them over 5 stars if I could. I do not recommend this store they are a fraud. They say you can trade your phone in and get a new one and they will discount the price off the new phone but this is all a LIE!!!! We were lied to we are still to this date paying on phones from 2 years ago!!! We do not recommend this store ever!!! Go to a corporate store not this franchise store they will lie to you just to get your money.

Isaiah and Shawn ( De ) have the absolutely cornered the market on customer service.... We went in black Friday evening at 8:00 ( I had to work ) you wouldve thought we were the first customers of the day!!! Hooked us up with a new phone, Tranfer, bundle pack and all with a smile and just a good make that phenomenal attitude!!!! I just recently got a new phone from here with the help of John (manager). He made everything so easy and smooth sailing! Everyone who worked at the store was friendly and helpful as well. John helped us get the best deal on our new phones and throughly explained everything that was going on. The store had exactly what we needed and wanted (which was awesome because a different Verizon in town said nobody had the 3 phones we got in stock). The only thing that the store did not have was cases that we liked however they put a temporary case on our phones while a shipment came in with some. I would highly recommend using this store!

I made a purchase at this store today. It was my 4th time to visit the store: 1 to ask questions about my plan and I was amazed by the service Chris provided and his phone knowledge. Hes like a celebrity phone doctor. All I could think of when I spoke to him is I had a business, I would want him there. Then I went into purchase phone and was introduced to John. He treated me like a best friend on top of being super proficient. I felt so good when I left the store and was smiling all day - how often does that happen? 3rd trip was to pick up a case that had been ordered for me. The gentleman made a special trip to pick up my case and to have it there waiting. Today, I stopped by for an accessory and met Matt, who, although new, is learning from the best and he fits right in. I kid you not. If you need a new cell phone in Fort Myers, just go here. Hands down best retail service location for cellular phones and accessories. Chris helped me find new phones and get set up without any problems. Im a long time Verizon customer and really applaud the gentlemen at this store for their assistance and great service in my purchase of a phone for my granddaughters birthday. The transaction was a bit more complicated since it was not an upgrade for my own phone, but we were able to complete it without any delay. The experience was so much nicer than trying to navigate the crowds at the Apple Store. I recommend this store and its representatives highly!

I switched carriers today and moved to the Verizon family. I love getting a new phone, but the process of switching carriers is usually a pain, the guys at the store made it completely painless! We walked into this Verizon store and were greeted by a very friendly associate when we walked into the store. After explaining what we needed he immediately started to ask pertinent questions from us and had the answers.Evan Williams was his name and Verizon is his game.It was not an easy task that we asked of this fine gentleman but he went above and beyond the call of duty.Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and made a difficult task look easy and stress free (well stress free for us and if he was stressed he hid it well). But in the end it was accomplished.He stayed later than he should and really went beyond our expectations.We will definitely be back to this location and will use Evan.Great job Evan

I am probably like most people when it comes to upgrading or changing phones. Some places you go into and get bombarded by sales trying to oversell you and not quite listening to what we want or need.I can honestly say that this didn’t happen at this location.Walking in we were met with a warm hello and how can we help you greeting.The young man was Evan and once I explained my issue he was very quick at starting to resolve it. There was no rush at all Evan listened to the issue that I had and made suggestions and even called to find out more answers.He quickly fixed the issue that I had and then we decided to upgrade our 3 phones.He was very thorough in explaining it all and what was involved.The one phone they did not have but the manager John even stepped up and went to another store and picked it up.Now that’s what I call personal service.With all of the phones on hand the upgrade took place and that was very efficient and easy. The screen protectors were applied by Evan and then he placed the phones in the cases that were chosen.Overall this was a very successful and easy visit to a store that I will highly recommend.I highly recommend Evan and commend him on his demeanor and professionalism.You made a believer out of me.Thanks for a great day Evan

I went into the Verizon store at Skywalk Plaza, Fort Myers, FL because the telephone/text components of my iPhone were not working. John Shomshak was the employee who helped me. He learned about the problems the phone was exhibiting, tried many fixes, and gave me my options when it was clear my phone was not “coming back”. John was thorough, patient, and extremely informative when it came to my options and the costs related thereto. I left there a very happy customer - with a new phone, a great rate, and an assurance that he would take care of returning my old phone to Verizon. I highly recommend this Verizon location; along with John there are other helpful, knowledgeable associates.

Christopher was amazing with helping me sort out my phone situation. I needed to get a new phone because I lost my last and he was very friendly. He helped me with handling the transition to the new phone. He gave me great recommendations for a case and screen protector, which I bought, and I walked out extremely happy with my new phone. I live in Naples but would have absolutely no problem driving a little bit extra to this location if I have any problems, concerns or needs with my phone in the future. 10/10
