Amazing , professional .We had a late night problem and l called her and she responded within 5 minutes and this was 3 am . She told me what to do , where to go and she was lovely and resolved the issues quickly and with a warm calming tone, she made the situation less stressful. Her location is in downtown. Without having met Lidia, she has impacted me in an unusually positive way due to the circumstances surrounding someone I care about being arrested. With all the anxiety, stress and anger that comes with an arrest; she acted in a manner that made me feel as though she was truly a trusted advocate of the family. Because I was on the other side of the state, she communicated with me by phone and text to get paperwork started as soon as possible and was able to free my friend in a couple of hours.It wasnt just her actions but the way she communicated that put me at ease and made me feel as though she cared. Its very unusual to interact with someone like that in any business let alone someone in an industry where I just assumed indifference, bureaucracy and inefficiency are the norm. The coup de grace was when the court process was over and she offered to take my check and deposit it in my bank (which wasnt possible due to no locations in a reasonable proximity) and then paid out of pocket for registered 2 day mail. If ever in a need for a bails person Lidia would be a great choice; she really listens to each case and has an open mind about the situation. Most the time you get labeled a certain way if you or a loved one are incarcerated and need some assistance however Lidia was not like that at all. She helped me in my situation with my husband and was just the greatest! I would definitely recommend her services if needed-I know I would definitely reach out to her if I ever needed her services again (hopefully not however sometimes we get caught in certain situations).
