Very quick and prompt to go and post my bail for me to get out of that cage even though I also needed them to work with me financially they were still extremely caring for my situation and were very much so punctual to get the ball rolling for me to get out as I did within 4 hours of contacting them while every other bail bondsman didn’t seem to care and would not work with me they didn’t hesitate to jump for me! Now when I went to the office to sign the contract I was really happy to meet both the owner and secretary as they were both very professional, respectful sweethearts as they had me smiling and sharing laughs the entire visit! Very pleasant experience...since then I’ve had to check in weekly by phone, or stop in as they want to hear from/have contact with the person they gave a lending hand to as I was very much in need of they’re services which is obvious and should be expected of me to hold up my end of the deal as they’ve done everything if not more than they needed to for me, now as I didn’t check in for 2 weeks I can tell you that they don’t play as they have the upper hand and have no time for the run around as they are very busy due to they’re great reputation and deserve the same respect back that they gave me so I can say just keep your word and hold up your end of the deal by keeping in touch no matter what and they will have your back 1O fold! Also anyone I talked to while inside the cage all referred me to call 1st Premiere and talk to Ivette who is awesome 👏🏼

What can I else can I say about first premier Bail bonds they were there when I certainly need them I didnt need very much money and they got me write out my wife and I had a little trouble once record get smart bail bondsman and they were there to the rescue I think I only gave them a couple hundred dollars and they got us right out and let me pay every week as long as I called in and checked in I just want to give you a big thank you get smart youre the bomb

Well mixed bag here. Everywhere I read about this business says 24hrs everyday, even other reviews even the front door sign on the new location which is of couse not whats posted anywhere online. Yet I was told that they couldnt help me due to not having the key to the office between 1030pm and 1130pm one night recently. I understand mistakes and I understand miscommunication even the later hours being problematic but was disappointed to hear there was nothing that could be done until the following afternoon. I would suggest they fix their online presence to a correct address and fix the statement online and on their front door claiming open anytime. That being said the lady I spoke with was pleasant and seemed honestly unable to get the boss to get her the key at that time. Which lays more blame on the business than the employee trying to help me. All in all I will attempt to stick with them due to a possibly more financially manegable option.More to come as I have another day before completing the deal with them. While my idiot friend sits in jail longer than he has to not that he doesnt deserve to sit much longer I will update this review after I follow up on the next step of the process.
